• EMMANUEL (10/5): - Très belle location à Dubrovnik. Avec une très belle terrasse Le vieux Dubrovnik est facilement accessible à pied. Boulangerie et restaurant au pied de la location. Se garer et au petit bonheur là chance, Zone de stationnement.17 euros la journée.

• Beatriz (7/5): Agradável - A localização, 20 minutos a pé do centro, perto da praia, com padaria, supermercado e restaurantes a 2 minutos a pé. Não tem forno nem microondas. O chuveiro tem pouca sensibilidade, sai a água ou muito quente ou muito fria. A cama e as almofadas não são muito confortáveis. Ouve-se algum barulho na rua. O studio é quente, tem de ter o ar condicionado ligado, mas a noite se a porta do quarto estiver aberta levasse com a luz de um candeeiro de rua. O check in é às 15:00 e o check out é às 10:00. Pedimos à anfitriã se era possível sairmos às 10:30, disse que não. Ficamos à porta do estúdio até às 10:30 ao sol sendo que não apareceu ninguém, por isso podíamos perfeitamente ter ficado dentro do estúdio. Faltou aqui algum boa vontade e simpatia por parte da anfitriã. Preço/qualidade vale a pena.

• Niraj (8/5): Cosy apartment with lovely sea view - near beach and walking distance to Dubrovnik - Fabulous location and views, privacy as apartment not above or below others, 5 mins walk (with staircases down) to Bellevue beach / swimming spots and 15-20 min walk down to the old town (Pile gate). Basic ingredients provided eg salt, pepper, oil as well as washing up sponge and liquid soaps. Directly opposite Bellevue hotel so easy to locate. Tiny kitchen area in a cove, limited utensils but basics are there (eg missing grater, scissors, toaster, microwave). Small bedroom - bed in a corner with limited space so no bedside tables, charging facilities. Host could have given clearer instructions for hot water - bathroom switches had to be left on for several hours for water to heat up. They were unable to provide a 2nd set of keys or bag storage within the apartment after 10am checkout but did allow leaving them in a communal area.

A 20min easy walk from the old town. Also a great bakery downstairs for breakfast. Good communication with owner

• Fábio (10/5): It really is the dream apartment - Everything was perfect, well equipped and truly cozy. The location is not at the center but it really doesn’t matter because you can make a nice walk by the cost.

• Catherine (8/5): Very good - Compact and well equipped apartment and good outdoor space with views to the sea. Shutters kept out the hot sun and light when needed. Close to bus stops to take you to old town and ferry port but an easier walk downhill to either. Constant traffic noise on a busy road made you less likely to sit out for long.
• Christin (6/5): Pleasant - Location and view is unbeatable! 5/5 Some of the provided dishes were dirty, one of the chairs is very unstable (were unable to use that chair), the bedsheets smelled weird and the bed is broken and super uncomfortable. Honestly , I would’ve been able to stay there on more night in that bed

Perfect setting loved all the flower pots Someone had half pulled out plug for heat pump in bedroom and as I am very short I could not reach to push it in and it was rather chilly. Next time I will let host's know that I am rather short and ask for cups and glasses to be at a lower level. I managed to find you tube instructions to manage the shutters. Couldn't work tv so instructions would have been handy but didn't miss it. 🙂 one of heat pump remotes need a new battery.

• Van (8/5): Appartment with a view - Easy to navigate to the Old City if you just go down the road next to the ocean. Lovely terrace to watch the view. Go to Otto's down the street for the best burger ever! Bus station close by. Tip: don't try to walk from main bus station with your luggage. It is uphill! The guests were super friendly and I could store my luggage after check-out. The bed could be improved.

• Imogen (10/5): Modern apartment a short (15 min) walk from the Old Town - This is such a cute apartment! The living room has 3 windows with sea views & you can see Lokrum island. The apartment is modern, the kitchenette is small but well equipped with decent crockery, cutlery etc. The shower was strong and hot. The apartment is located around a 15-20min walk from the old town (5 mins on a bus - they run regularly from a bus stop nearby), I liked this as it meant I could get away from the crowds at the end of the day and the walk had lovely views. There is a medium sized Tommy supermarket within 10mins walk - I thought it was better than the slightly nearer but smaller Konzum or Sudenac. Easy to get to the port on a bus or walking. Check in was easy when I arrived late at night using the key safe - was glad I had looked at street view so I knew what the main entrance to the building looked like, might be helpful to add a photo of the front door of the building to the photos of the property It would have been good to have a bigger bin in the kitchen, or spare bin bags. I was self catering so filled up the small bin pretty quickly.

• Sam (10/5): Great apartment with stunning views - The apartment is in a fantastic location in Dubrovnik with a beautiful sea view. A 15 min walk into Old Town with amazing see views along the way. It's a cosy but well thought out living space, perfect for couples. There is a big roof terrace to sit out on which also captures the stunning view. Facilites are good with great air con for those hot summer days, a little home from home. There are even grapes growing outside the apartment which makes for a gorgeous entrance to the property. Plenty of local eateries and bars close by as well as car rentals. There is a beach 5 mins away (Bellevue beach), you need to walk down a lot of steps to get to it though and it's very pebbley so bring some shoes. However, there are other easier access beaches within walking distance or uber (which are usually pretty cheap). There is a lovely bakery underneath for morning pasteries or just a nice snack/ lunch. Grud harbour is only about 25 min walk away with lots of other eateries and bars to choose from as well as excursions leaving from there. The hosts were so friendly and helpful, nothing was too much trouble and they were on hand if we needed anything. All in all a fantastic location in a great apartment with a stunning view. Nothing, this property exceeded expectations! If I had to suggest something it would be perhaps a little welcome folder explaining the shutters/ rubbish disposal (plenty of bins & recycling along the street) etc rather than trying to figure it out (which honestly wasn't difficult). But that is really being picky, its honestly a fabulous apartment in a wonderful location.

Amenities on the booking included a microwave and iron, but there was no microwave or iron. We planned our trip to iron our clothes there so we had to make alternative arrangements. It was about 15 minutes from the city center, and the walk to go there is absolutely stunning. The exterior areas are super nice and the views... Speechless. We went by car, and we strugled to find a place to park for free. We finaly did in the street that goes down in front of the apartment.

Easy walk into both Dubrovnik old town and the new port area. Small niggle. Tv not tuned in but who watches tv on holiday - just wanted radio/music
