Location great for price and close to shop and restaurants and little walk to a beach very pleasant surroundings. Lovely coastal walk and cave bar! Finger lickers was the most amazing fish place at the bottom of the hill opposite mama Mia’s you can find them on instagram. Loved our stay here and so comfortable well equipt kitchen and facilities and beach towels thank you so much. Highly recommend!
• Booth (9/5): CROATIA Rocks! - This was our first trip to Croatia. Excellent holiday all round. People are friendly and Lapad Town is spotlessly clean. Not a lot of difference in prices from the UK but to be expected in the EU. Villa Curic is a great base to explore from. Our apartment was on the top with a huge balcony overlooking the town below, the port and the mountains in the distance, which was a view not to be rivalled in the area we stayed. Staff were helpful and pleasant. Roberto was great meeting us for our inward and outward bound transfer and very friendly and at a cost of €40 door to door for a family of four, also very reasonable. All in all, we couldn't fault our holiday and would like to return in the future. Thanks to Sanjin and Anđela and the other staff for looking after us. Rob Booth Bournemouth. Nothing. • Nicola (9/5): Relaxing, easy, everything you need. - The property is immaculate, and the family who run it are extremely helpful and friendly. We had 2 rooms for a group of 5 and used the roof top pool. The property is up a steep hill, we used Ubers, for the shirt trip up there, plentiful, cheap and short waiting times.

Inoltre la camera che ci è stata data non era ben insonorizzata, si sentiva l'eco della TV e delle conversazioni delle stanze sopra attraverso un bocchettone dell'aria presente sopra il letto

Uima-allasta ja oleskeluhuonetta sai käyttää vielä uloskirjautumisen jälkeen mikä oli meille helpotus myöhäisen lennon takia. Ainoa miinus oli että uusia pyyhkeitä sai vain 3 päivän välein, tai vaihtoehtoisesti lisä maksusta

• Maud (8/5): Jolie découverte - Hôte accueillant et disponible. Appartement plutôt moderne d'un point de vue esthétique et spacieux. Piscine avec jolie vue au loin sur le pont et la mer. Situé proche d'un petit supermarché et des restaurants. Climatisation trop froide et impossibilité de la régler au niveau de l'appartement (climatisation par étage m'a-t-on dit). Manque d'équipements et parfois de qualité. Les horaires d'ouverture de la piscine pourraient être plus larges (fermeture plus tard en fin de journée par exemple). Dommage pour la vue sur une petite "décharge à ciel ouvert", de nombreux débris et déchets étaient entreposés en contre bas de la piscine (parcelle attenante ?)

• Vivek (9/5): Nice place in Dubrovnik (a bit far from old town but easy bus connection) - Located next to a residential area with a bus stop about 3-5 minutes away that took us to main old city centre as well as harbourfront for island hopping boat cruise, it has a great location. The property itself had extremely polite, friendly and helpful reception folks (we met Sunny and Mat at different times). Rooms, bath were spotless and spacious. Kitchenware was provided and thankfully our room was right next to the reception so wasn't required to carry my heavy luggage in the upper floors (though our room lacked any view, we were fine with it as we were mostly out in the city). We also tried the pool in the second/top floor which was clean and nice (though small), would have been great using it after sunset (like in the profile photo, but the pool timings didn't allow it). Nothing in particular, but a wider window for pool timings would have helped (say till 9.30-10 pm).

• Shirley Anne (9/5): Beautiful views - Cleanliness of Apt and The Pool. Small bench/garden area as nice tortoise family and shaded area. The hills which were exhausting in 34 degree heat. Empty vending machine. Would be good not to rely on the shops which are down the hill for small things like drinks and snacks.. Not having a terrace, although I knew this when I booked. Kitchen cupboards are very high, so small stool would be handy for reaching items. Kitchen could also do with taller glasses and a colander. Altough in general it was well equipped. Hairdryer in bathroom very weak, so take your own if you have a lot of hair.

• AnnetteB129 (10/5): Beautiful, Charming + Clean , just Perfect - Beautiful, clean, friendly apartments with everything you need, stunning views, quiet roof top pool + a comfortable nights sleep..Free WiFi, air-conditioning + safe deposit+ flat screen tv, also beach towels + seat covers + spotlessly clean. We really felt home from home + nothing was too much trouble for staff who all went out of their way to make our stay such a delight. It is 10 minute walk to Number 6 bus stop which takes you to Old Town directly + 15 minute downhill walk to Lapads tree lined promenade with local tavernas + restaurants, It was our 1st visit to Croatia + we were definitely impressed.

• Signe (10/5): - Majutus asus väga heas kohas, vaade basseini ääres oli suurepärane. Basseiniala on hubane ja tuulevaikne. Majutusasutuses oli lift, mis tegi liikumise mugavaks. Toad olid puhtad, hiljuti remonditud – voodis oli kaks erladi tekki ja neli mõnusat patja. Vannitoas olid erinevad rätikud, eraldi basseinirätikud, samuti vedelseep ja dušigeel. Köögis oli olemas kõik vajalik, sealhulgas sool & pipar, suhkur, pannid, potid, röster, kohvimasin (ka kohvifiltrid), klaasid ja taldrikud – kõik, mida oleks võinud vajadusel kasutada. Host ja kõik töötajad olid sõbralikud :) Üldiselt väga positiivne kogemus ja kindlasti soovitan seda majutust!
• Katharina (7/5): Decente place and nice pool, inflexible with checkout - - nice pool -great view -clean Apartment -comfy beds - quite old furniture and coffee machine (from 1970 or so) - didn’t let us stay even until 10.30 even though I asked due to a Business call and rain. Not sure why this isnt possible, Check in is After 2pm. They just told us “NO” and kicked us out at 10am. Very unfriendly contact with them via booking also. Staff at reception was nice but couldn’t do anything.

• Thomas (10/5): A fantastic place to stay in Dubrovnik! - Our stay at Villa Curia was absolutely fantastic! The property was easy to find and had plenty of amenities nearby such as multiple small stores and it’s a short walk from lots of different places to eat out. The bus stop to the Old Town as well as the rest of Lapad is only a 2 minute walk away. The room was spacious and clean and had everything we needed for a week long stay. We stayed on the top floor and the view of the dock was fantastic. The area was relatively quiet as well and we were never disturbed during the night. The property also has a pool area which was also very clean and well kept. The staff were all incredibly nice and helpful. They made us feel welcome and we would happily stay again. We would also especially like to thank Ivana for her hospitality and the lovely handmade gift she gave us on our last day. Overall, I would recommend Villa Curic to anyone who is looking to visit Dubrovnik.

Comfy beds, good shower and modern throughout. Not the properties fault but there was a dog barking often throughout the night one night.

Amazing spot on the hill, facing the port and bridge, we had a spacious self catering 2 bedroom apartment with balcony and when we arrived, it was spotless and immaculate. The beds are firm and comfort, shower was good pressure, kitchen has everything we need for cooking. Despite in the residential area, the place was so quiet at night. Staffs were so friendly and helpful. It was near any necessities, mostly we were walking but Uber/Bolt App is handy to have. Anything you need, do ask the staffs and they will help you. We would love to come again. It was just almost perfect. Thank you so much for having us. Tips : bring good walking shoes as it will be lot of walking, bring 2 point adapter and waterproof jacket.
• redskippingcat (10/5): Lovely hotel - This is a lovely, clean and comfortable hotel. The staff are very friendly and welcoming. It is near supermarkets, cafes and restaurants, and the bus (6) to the old town is about a five minute walk away. The only issue would be that it would be difficult to stay here if you have mobility problems as it's at the top of a steep hill, and our Jet2 transfer dropped us off about 100 yards away so we had to walk up the hill with our luggage.

• Denise (4/5): Teleurstellend - Het was fijn dat er een zwembad bij de accommodatie was. Wij hebben de accommodatie via de app van booking gemaakt. Hierin konden wij niet zien dat ze appartement A t/m D hadden. Wij zijn met vol vertrouwen op de algemene omschrijving afgegaan net als de foto’s en hebben zo een beschikbare kamer geboekt. Wij kwamen in een kamer voor 3 personen met 1 klein raampje terecht. De man van de receptie heeft zijn best gedaan en ons naar een zelfde soort kamer gebracht met 2 kleine raampjes. Handdoeken uithangen, in de ochtend buiten ontbijten of kijken naar de zee behoort niet tot de mogelijkheid. De airco wordt automatisch bedient, van de 4 nachten heeft deze het 2 nachten niet gedaan. Ze hebben maar een paar kamers beschikbaar met uitzicht en een buiten en achter zit een een gebouw waar alle appartementen inzitten zonder buiten en geen uitzicht. Ook was het zwembad om 20.00 uur dicht. De prachtige foto vanaf het zwembad met uitzicht in de avond hebben wij niet zelf kunnen bewonderen. We hebben €700,- betaald voor 4 nachten slapen in hokje. Bij de ingang staat dat het een 3-sterren accommodatie is en niet zoals omschreven 4-sterren. Als laatste willen we delen dat het ontzettend gehorig is.

• Tomi84 (8/5): Mahtavan näkymän Vila Curic - Allasalue kiva ja mahtavat näkymät. Altaalle paistaa aurinko aamusta iltaan. Iloinen henkilökunta. Pari kauppaa ja bussipysäkki lähellä eikä ravintoloillekaan ollut pitkä matka. Huoneessamme iso terassi, jossa oli kiva syödä aamiaista ja ottaa aurinkoa. Toki näkymää meillä ei ollut koska huone alimmassa kerroksessa. Huoneessamme ei ollut ilmastointia, jota olisimme voineet itse säätää. Huone ei onneksi ollut yleensä kovin kuuma. Terassin oven avaamalla sai viilennystä koska ulkoa tuuli mukavasti. Wc-pönttö ei toiminut aina kunnolla. Äänet kuuluivat muista huoneista ja vastaanotosta.
