• Selah (9/5): Beautiful location, nice little apartment, no parking or rides available from the lot, 20 walk. - We loved this location! Close to a lovely swimming spot and easy access to food and the walled city. This location doesn’t have parking. Our host didn’t respond to many messages I sent asking if we could be picked up from the very expensive parking spot lot, 20 minutes walk.

• Lorraine (9/5): Amazing location - The apartment is 30 seconds walk down an Alley to a little harbour. It's 5 mind to the old Town and we couldn't have chosen a better location. This apartment had everything we needed and made our short trip very easy to reach where we wanted to go. The host gave us clear instructions of where the key was. I'd stay here again definitely. Thank you host for a great stay.

• bianca maria (9/5): espectacular sitio ubicado para ver el antiguo casco de dubrovnik - apartamento ubicado en la mejor zona del barrio antiguo de Dubrovnik, con vistas espectaculares, limpieza, con mantas toallas y cocina útil para pasar los días. El único problema fue el de la ducha que no absorbía el agua y al final hizo q se derramara en el suelo, pero tras comentárselo al anfitrión pudo resolver posteriormente, por lo que muy bien la atención de él en todo momento

• Edward (9/5): Beautiful and convenient location and a very well-equipped apartment - Great location, very spacious, comfortable and had everything you could need and more. It was quite hard to find without the address saved (there were no signs marked Old Harbour City Center Apartment). It would also benefit from a shower screen as it was hard not to flood the bathroom with the shower curtain. (Only very minor issues!)

• Louise (7/5): Good location - Very easy to get keys where they were left to get in. The location was the best thing about this property, very central and convenient for old town and main tourist sites. Be aware cars can’t access this place, so you need to walk from pile gate with bags. Property owners were responsive when we messaged. Washing machine provided. There was no outside space and facilities in the property were not most modern. It was easy to turn the hot water switch off so we had cold showers for 24 hours, no instructions left on this. However, we enjoyed location and think it’s reasonable price for where it is.

Il faudrait le rénover sérieusement : prise électrique non fixée, porte de salle de bain cassée, pas de vitre au-dessus de la porte de la salle de bain, raffistolage pour tenir le rideau de douche.
• Alba Fidelina (8/5): Buena ubicación y tranquilo. - La ubicación, esta cerca del mar, de la puerta de Pile y de la ciudad vieja que es uno de los atractivos turísticos principales. El apartamento es amplio, cocina equipada y tranquilo. En la cama y en el sofá cama había algo que nos dio picazón considerable. Deberían poner instrucciones para el uso del agua caliente de la ducha.
• Annie (7/5): Excellent Location. - This place had excellent location, you walk out and you have great views of the water and the old town. The host was very helpful in helping us find the place. They also held our bags until our ferry which was appreciated. The property missed some touches like there was no shower soap or stuff to wash our dishes.

• Kathy (5/5): - La localisation par rapport au centre de Duvronik est très bien située. Nécessaire de lits et de toilettes à disposition. Les plaques de gaz ne fonctionnent pas toutes. L'humidité est très présente. La literie est a revoir. Et ATTENTION aux parkings qui n'ont pas les meme tarifs...au plus près (parking juste en face) vous êtes a 100€ les 24h idem pour les parking aux alentours, nous avons du faire 15min de marche rapide (pas facile avec les valises et les côtes), nous avons payé 18€ les 24h fin octobre.
• Philippe Nathalie (1/5): A éviter, la localisation ne peut pas tout justifier - L'emplacement uniquement Le seul point positif de cet appartement est sa localisation. Pour le reste, tout est en mauvais état.  Le descriptif de cet appartement est mensonger. Pas de canapé d'angle comme indiqué sur les photos, pas de grille pain, pas de torchon pour essuyer la vaisselle !! Porte de salle de bain cassée et pas de vitre au dessus de la porte de la salle de bain si bien que toutes les odeurs se répandent rapidement dans l'appartement. Pas de rideaux aux fenêtres ni de volets, la porte de séparation entre la chambre et le reste de l'appartement ne ferme pas, beaucoup de moisissures dans la cuisine au dessus de l'évier, la gazinière est rouillée et il manque un bouton. Même le sol stratifié est abîmé fortement. C'est un appartement qui est globalement en très mauvais état. A éviter où bien vous le prenez pour uniquement dormir.

• Pascal (4/5): Mauvaise pioche - La seule qualité de ce logement est son emplacement à proximité presque immédiate de deux petites plages adorables. L'entrée de la vieille ville est à moins de cinq minutes. L'ensemble du logement est en mauvais état ( photos à l'appui si nécessaire). La présentation sur le site Booking est presque mensongère. Grande différence entre les photos présentées et la réalité du logement. Le mobilier n'est pas le même et en mauvais état. C'est pratiquement inadmissible.

• Jes (10/5): Perfect landing place in prime position with great host - Couldn't speak more highly of our wonderfully friendly, kind and responsive host. This made our arrival and first impression just perfect. The location is also probably the best I can imagine. Right outside the city walls and around the corner from a fantastic swim spot. It was the perfect landing place to explore from. I would absolutely not hesitate to book again.

• Kate (9/5): Amazing position - Position!! We were absolutely thrilled when we arrived. 20 steps to a beach one way and a few more to another!! Super close to Pile gate to old city but out of hustle and bustle. Highly recommend. We were a family of 4 so the living room became another bedroom. No space left to relax. Very small issue though.

• Justin (8/5): Overall, it was a fantastic location and would recommend if you are not looking for 5 star finishes - The location was amazing and hosts easy to deal with. The apartment had everything we needed. Smart TV was a welcome addition. The apartment is a little dated (and not in the historical way).
• Edward (4/5): - The location was excellent. The apartment had no windows with any kind of a view at all. It was very dark even though the pictures on the web site showed views. Also parking is an emblem on the web site but the suggested parking is a 30 minute walk which is a problem with luggage. Including parking was deceptive on the website. Also the bathroom door/curtain did not work properly. And the shower basin leaked. Great location and the actual apartment was just OK but that's the best I could say about it. The unit needs some attention.
• Rochelle (9/5): Amazing location - Location was amazing, right outside city walls and beside swimming spots Hist was responsive and had apartment ready for us when we arrived from ferry at lunchtime. For 2 adults and 2 teenagers it was a tight squeeze, but we were only there 2 nights it was manageable.
• Alexandra (3/5): - Mauvais rapport qualité prix mais il faut dire que les prix se sont envolés à Dubrovnik. Appartement sombre et vieillot, mal équipé mais bien situé. Communication rudimentaire, je n'ai jamais obtenu de réponse pour des affaires oubliées dont je proposais de payer le réacheminement.

• Nuria (8/5): Para una noche está bien - La ubicación, no se necesita coche para visitar el centro histórico y hay una cala (mucha gente) justo al lado. Es un apartamento para 2 personas o 3 personas. Lavabo muy antiguo, con cortina en la ducha que salía toda el agua y no tiene intimidad, pues la puerta es abierta por arriba y de plástico que no cierra bien. Éramos 4 y en el comedor las 2 camas eran el sofá. Para una noche y no más.

Eso hizo que tuviéramos que andar 25 min con las maletas hasta el parking más cercano para dejarlas y luego otros 25 min para volver a visitar el centro. Nunca contestó al mensaje.

• Dominick (9/5): Great location, within the Old City, for shopping & restaurants. - Location was excellent! Apartment size was more than adequate for two people. Bathroom was small but UPDATED and clean. Equipped with starter supplies of towels, blankets, paper goods, WiFi. Laminate flooring was worn down and lifting. The folding door to the bathroom works but is flimsy. The fabric shower curtain does not keep water in the shower stall. Each time we showered there was a significant amount of water on the floor. To prevent falling, we used bath towels on the floor to contain the water.

• Magdalena (8/5): Great location - We really enjoyed our stay — the location is excellent, just a short walk from the Old Town, which made it so easy to explore the historic sights. One of the unexpected highlights was having a lovely beach nearby — perfect for a refreshing dip after a hot day of walking. Overall, it was a pleasant stay in a convenient spot. While we felt the price was a bit on the higher side for what was offered, we still appreciated the experience and the atmosphere of being right in the heart of such a beautiful city. The apartment is situated in the charming old part of the city, which gives it a lot of character. We did notice a bit of a musty smell in the bedroom, which may be due to the age and traditional structure of the building — something not uncommon in older historic areas.
• Karlmarx (8/5): Very good - Nice location, good communication & helpful owner. When we had issues with microwave, he quickly replaced it. Few small improvements can make it much better. The bathroom door, need replacement I think. Also a door mat is required - particularly during rainiy days.
• Jenny (10/5): Perfect little place for a few nights in Dubrovnik. - We loved this rustic little place. Perfect location, just outside the busy old town next to a beautiful sunny bay. The apartment was so quiet. Perfect base for a few days in Dubrovnik. The host was quick to respond and even left us some arrival beers in the fridge! Would definitely recommend.

That was my first visit to the city. The host was very helpful and friendly so that I felt like I have been there before. nothing I could complain about.

Few steps away from the wall, fort, public beach (very small, with stones, but has a shower and its fine to refresh). The host is responsive. It has a smell of mold from the bathroom. Small windows and, therefore, a bit dark.

The location of the property is amazing, and the apartment was very clean. It had all the facilities needed, and we were also supplied with a loaf of bread, milk, Nutella, honey, jam and 3 in 1 coffee sachets. Specially with kids this was very much appreciated and helped us a lot! We would recommend this stay to everyone. Like mentioned in the other reviews, the bath area is bit smaller so the water spills out, so we need to be a bit careful there, otherwise it’s all ok.

• Stephen (9/5): Great location and everything you could need for an apartment stay - Great location just outside the city walls in the old harbour, 30 seconds from the sea and two minutes from the old town bus stop where various busses take you to the main bus station. Easy to find if you follow maps to the nearby coffee shop. Keys were left for me at the door and i left them in the flat when i left so never met the host although the communication on line was good and clear. A lot of space and had all the facilities you would expect for an apartment, would be a comfortable place to stay for a long period but I was only there overnight. Comfortable and clean, quiet and isolated from the crowds that visit Dubrovnik. City gate a couple of minutes away and the old city is full of eating paces. Would have loved to have stayed longer. Was all really good

• Borreson (5/5): A Place to Sleep - The location is phenomenal! The apartment is minimal, but all you need as long as you just need a place to sleep. For multiple people, the privacy is very low (windows in the doors, folding door on the toilet). Also, if you are parking outside of old town, it would be very difficult to carry heavy suitcases (we just had backpacks).
