• Torben (10/5): - Værten er MEGET imødekommende, venlig og MEGET hjælpsom. En MEGA skøn lejlighed med god plads til både hunde og os. Et sted vi varmt kan anbefale 💪💪💪. Lejligheden ligger dejligt tæt på byen.
• Katarzyna (10/5): - lokalizacja bardzo dobra, poranna kawa z widokiem na zatokę. Od plaży i promenady bardzo blisko tylko pokonać trzeba schody. Apartament przestronny, dostęp do ogrodu. Właściciel przyjazny. Łazienka wymagała odświeżenia a kuchnia uzupełnienia lub wymiany wyposażenia.

• Guest (10/5): relaxing and stress-free. - it was clean the perfect size for the amount of people we had and there was a very nice outdoor area. It was easy to find.

• MASSIMO (6/5): - Appartamento spazioso e comodo per 5/6 persone L'appartamento era arredato con mobili un po' datati, la cucina era abbastanza vecchia e non molto adeguata per mangiare in 5 persone. Bagno anche un po' vecchio (il bidet non era fissato a terra) Non molto comodo da raggiungere dopo aver parcheggiato perché era necessario fare un paio di rampe di scale
• Adam (8/5): Spacious and convenient location. - The apartment was close to sunset beach (5 min walk) although on many stairs and had loads of space for our family of four. Very nice host.

• ZS (7/5): Beautiful but hectic - The host was very nice. Location was beautiful A few things should be highlighted, There is no beach front view from this apartment as written in description. There are 150+ stairs, which is not mentioned anywhere. The furniture in the apartment is too old, no locks or stoppers in the doors

Apartment excellent location. Close to Lapad Beach (Sunshine Beach) and promenade. Bedrooms very large & comfortable. Apartment on a hill, many steps to climb from the beach or you can take alternative routes. Bathroom a little small.

• Emanuele (9/5): Great location Pavo is a great host - Pavo is very welcoming and share his passion for Dubrovnik and his knowledge of the area is fantastic. He gave us great tips for sightseeing as well as a bit of history about himself and Dubrovnik which was great The apartment has a great view of Lapad Bay and is very close to many amenities but prepare yourself for steps as it sits on top of the hill and the way down can be challenging especially on a hit summer midday on a hot day. Other than that 5 stars throughout. Thanks Pavo we had a fantastic stay. Nothing

• Jose (9/5): Spacious apartment with a view and a great host - Big and clean 3 bedroom apartment with an outstanding view of the city and offering all you need to rest and get clean afer visiting beautiful Dubrovnik The host Mr Pavo, was very kind and willing to help us on every possible way Since the apartment is located on a hill you have to climb some stairs to get in and out of it but that was not a problem for us

He came to give us the key show us the house and answered many questions about how to go around Dubrovnik and where to find things that we needed. We loved it!

The location which required lots of stairs to climb to reach the accommodation. The apartment was big and clean but it was quite dated. It would be great if it was clearly mentioned on the advertisement that the apartment is not accessible by car. Now I know that Dubrovnik is a city of infinite stairs but not all accommodations are inaccessible by cars. The apartment lacked basic amenities like soap, shower gel, shampoo. Towels were of different colors; we have always found white ones on our earlier stays in other apartments. The shower leaks water which is unacceptable as it wets the entire bathroom floor. The couch in the living room smells of sweat. Last but not least there is only one air conditioner and none in the bed rooms.
• Raluca (10/5): Exceptional - It was a very beautiful staying at Pavo's appartment, if we will have the opportunity, we will surely be back. The appartment is nice, clean, spacious, has everything one needs. I loved its style, furniture, also the garden outside. Pavo has a heart of gold, and we appreciated every moment at his place. Highly recommended.

• Graham (7/5): Going back in time! - Very old style apartment but not needing upgraded, it's just old style. We liked it 😁 Pavo was very welcoming and full of info for bus travel etc. Lapad is a nice suburb of Dubrovnic. Many bars and resturaunts near by. Loads of stairs, but that's Dubrovnic for you. You can't get away from that. We only required one night for a quick visit, and it was good for that. Temps were around 36 degrees and I've seen previous complaints about poor air con. There's and old tired unit in the living area bit also a new unit in the hall, so this was good enough to cool the whole apartment. Thanks Pavo. The shower curtain needs replaced ASAP.
• Виолета (9/5): Great, memorable times in Dubrovnik - The location in Lapad, the home itself was in a quiet neighborhood with magnificent views over the city and the surrounding area. Easy access to beaches and the city highlights.

• Zuzana (8/5): Good enough for a big family for couple of nights - The accomodation was very spacious, nice location, close to smaller but gorgeous beaches. We also loved the balcony and the view, it was spectacular. The owner was very sweet though and explained everything well plus arranged an airport pickup/dropoff, which was very nice of him. Overall the accomodation had everything we needed, but it needs a lot of updating and more care. The beds were horrible - for 3 people out of 6 the the mattress base collapsed in the middle of the night (smallest person was 50kg) and dealing with that at 4 am waking up everyone is not the best… and that happened 3 times. Also bathroom needs to be updated - the shower head is leaking and shooting out water from all sides, leaving the poor shower curtain completely useless. Also it wasnt cleaned enough - a lot of dust and spider webs (even under the mattress), so not ideal if you have any alergies.

Close to the beach, stores, bus station to old town. Fantastic balcony views. Available car parking slot. Bathroom and kitchen would welcome refurbrishment and renovation. Small fridge. Narrow parking spot.

• Wendy (6/5): Nice stay but could be nicer. - The rooms were big. Dubrovnik was beautiful the water was fantastic. It did not feel clean. The kitchen smelled like fish, the bathroom smelled of urine and the freezer had lots of frost. It would be good if there was another AC unit near the bedrooms.
