• Rob (8/5): - De locatie is fantastisch We misten toch heel erg een balkon. Het was ook jammer dat niet werd aangegeven dat je niet in de buurt kunt parkeren. Voor ons maakte het niet uit, maar er zijn geen 2 tweepersoonsbedden, maar een twee en een eenpersoonsbed.
• Shelby (8/5): Enjoyable stay with friendly host and excellent view - Great host, very friendly and the check in process was very easy. Good location with a lovely view! Spacious and clean. Towels need replacing as they’re quite rough… beds and bedding also not the most comfortable. Hot water did seem to go off after around 5 minutes in the shower.
• Karen (9/5): Perfect - The apartment was wonderfully located overlooking the old town and Lokrum Island. A short beautiful walk down to the old town. It was spacious and light. Would definitely stay there again. Host was helpful and responsive.

Asuntoon menevä portaikko ei sovi kovin hyvin, jos on huono liikkumaan ja tasapainossa ongelmia. Pimeällä parempi valaistus auttaisi, samoin yhdessä kohdassa kaide.
• Vasiliki B. (8/5): - Loved the view and the location (close to the gate, the cable car and bus stops). Check in process was easy (using a password to access the keys). The house is fully-equipped to ensure a comfortable stay. There's even cable TV with countless channels to choose from. Cleaning should be more thorough: there were black hairs all over the bedroom floor and some small black insects around the windows. There was also an issue with the thermostat. Because of that, warm water wasn't sufficient. We only had very quick showers, and still, the water was cold after 5'. Fixing the above will definitely grant you a top score!

• Lee: (9/5): - 숙소에서 바라보는 뷰가 너무 좋은 곳이에요. 다른 단점들이 뷰 하나로 모두 지워지는 곳입니다. 식탁에서 보면 구시가지 뷰가 살짝 가려지지만 저녁먹으면서 노을 보는게 진짜 좋았어요. 방 2개 있고, 거실도 넓어서 편안하게 이용했어요. 두브로브니크 모든 곳이 그렇겠지만.. 수많은 계단.. 그거 하나 아쉬워요!!

• Renate (8/5): Amazing views and a clean and comfortable apartment - Breath taking views, very comfortable. Air conditioners in both rooms worked very well. Although there are 44 steps to the apartment there are a couple of landings to stop and rest. There is a grocery store and a place to have a drink close. We loved it and would gladly stay again if we were to go back. The air conditioner in the main area did not work too well but it may have been something we did wrong.

• Eliza (10/5): Spacious apartment in a perfect location! - We had a great stay in Croatia. The apartment was in the perfect spot, just a short walk to both the old town and the main beach, making it super convenient for exploring and relaxing. The host was fantastic, providing very clear instructions ahead of our arrival which made check-in a breeze. The apartment itself was way bigger than it looked in the photos, a really nice surprise. We especially loved the view from the lounge overlooking the area it was just awesome. Having a washing machine was also a handy bonus during our travels. The only downside was the bed, which we found quite hard and not the most comfortable. That said, everything else about the stay more than made up for it. We'd still recommend it, especially for the location and space!

Having a washing machine and a laundry rack after 2 weeks of travel was so handy. The host was easy to reach by phone and messaging. Decor a bit dated, only 1 wine glass in apartment but a second one was delivered when requested. These cons however did not detract from a wonderful stay.

• Linlin (9/5): Overall, pleasant stay in Dubrovnik. - 1) This good size two bedrooms apartment is on the second floor, with beautiful view from the living room windows. It is on a main road which means easily access to local transport. 2) Good location, Very close to Benja Beach, Polce gate, cable car station. And few mins walk to nearby airport shutter bus station. 3) The apartment is clean and comfortable. 4) Friendly host helps us with temporary luggage storage after checking out. The bathroom facilities are little be old and may need some redecoration.

An appartment has a great view and very welcoming host (Pero). We had a great 3 night stay and Pero was very communicative. He also offered us a bottle of Croatioan wine which is a nice touch. He helped us with luggage storage and the transfer as well.. We definetly recommend to stay here! Nothing!

Just a short walk into the old town and to the beach. Supermarket close by as we’re the cable car and bus stop. Absolutely nothing

Manager was very helpful and very responsive to any communication Nothing. There are lots of steps but it is clearly stated in the property description so we expected it. It is easy to get an uber if you don’t feel like walking all the stairs.
• Pablo (10/5): Apartment with excellent view and very close to the walled city - The apartment has an excellent view towards the walled city of Dubrovnik In 6-8 minutes walking you can reach the walled city, without having to go up steps, only downhill when you go to the walled city and uphill when you return to the apartment. It is a spacious apartment, very comfortable, although to enter you need to climb about 30-40 steps (an insignificant number of steps. Because in Dubrovnik there are steps everywhere.) There is a Studenac (minisupermarket) 150 meters away, very convenient to buy groceries and other things The owner's name is Pero, he is an excellent host, he treated us very well and was attentive to any questions about the apartment or the city. My wife and I are very grateful to him. Additionally, he can help you get a transfer from the airport to the apartment. I attach photos of the view from the apartment window

• Rose (7/5): Good - Owner was a little stand offish as they had a bad experience with a prior booking. Partner was upset as i was being helped with luggage upstairs even though I actually didn't ask for help up the stairs. I organised / or requested book in for 1pm which was agreed to by the son and then the owners who met me there (live there in below apartment) told me check in was 2pm) Grant them they allowed me in as soon as apartment was cleaned. Overall, they warmed up and were very friendly after the first day or so. Towles were a bit scratchy.

• Stephen (9/5): Superb - Very good apartment. Owner provided a service from the airport at a good price. Apartment comfortable, with all amenities. No disturbance by owners who provided all needs. Not far from old town and beach. Excellent view from flat which already makes it a good choice. Nothing special except found it difficult to use TV but opted for mobile TV. There are also 40 steps to reach apartment but one has to be accustomed to steps in Dubrovnik! In the bedrooms, parts of the attic are a bit low.
• Mc (10/5): Fantastic stay - The apartment has the most beautiful view and very well located to the city walls and old town. It is also very close to Banje beach. The apartment was very clean and well equipped. The beds were very comfortable. The living / kitchen was lovely and bright. Our Host Pero was very friendly and easy to contact. He also arranged us a transfer from the airport which was brilliant. Any questions l had were answered promptly. I would definitely recommend this apartment and location. I liked everything thing, but if you have a problem with climbing steps, maybe choose somewhere more level, but Dubrovnik is full off steps, it all apart of the charm. Beautiful place for a short visit.
• Exploring-the-world (9/5): Superb - The apartment is very well located literally a few mins walk to the old town with the most gorgeous view. It's clean & comfortable. Kitchen has basics (salt & pepper etc) which helps. Spacious lounge area. We spent a week here & it was perfect for our needs. Also super close to the supermarket & the cable car. Washing machine too, shower pressure was good which is important when I choose a place. Secured and easy checkin/check out (keys in safe location accessible with pass code). Even had a cute little tortoise which we spotted a few times. Not really a negative per se however more a personal preference, I'm not a fan of all the artificial flowers scattered everywhere. In my opinion it cheapens a look. As I said it's personal, some may like it that way. Bathroom could probably do with a little updating but it's fine too.
