• Ellen (9/5): Excellent, comfortable, and enjoyable:) - How close it is to the old town, to Maxi Konzum and everything. It’s clean and comfortable. The staff reaches out for self check in and guides us about the local shops with google map links. They’re fast in replying, and you can always call or leave a message for smooth communication which helped us a lot☺️ Nothing negative really, I wish we could have had more toilet papers from the start so we wouldn’t have had to request later when they ran out, and also more often towel change would have improved our overall stay (Like every two days). Everything else, exceptionally good🫶🏼

Very nearly stayed in one day on the - Had everything we needed and was lovely and clean We thought being near a road might be an issue but it was easy to walk to many different places within 25 mins.

• John (7/5): - Nice balcony-property was clean and the host very abliging Access to the site was down a very narrow path next to a very busy road which felt unsafe especially when carrying luggage
• Lipiec (10/5): - Pokój był bardzo przyjemny i zadbany. Wszystko było czyste, dobrze wyposażone i zgodne z opisem. Pobyt przebiegł komfortowo.Blisko do centrum, plaży czy marketu. Kontakt z właścicielką rewelacyjny. Zdecydowanie polecam 🤗
• Sylwia (10/5): Było wspaniale i chętnie wrócimy 🫶 - Cudowne miejsce do zatrzymania się w Dubrowniku. Spacerem 15min do starego miasta, do dużego marketu 3min. W apartamencie znajduje się wszystko, co potrzebne. Dodatkowym atutem jest zmywarka oraz ekspres do kawy (kawa była na miejscu🫶). Wielki plus za czystość i wygodne łóżko. Pani właścicielka to życzliwa i bardzo pomocna osoba, zadbała o nasz komfort do samego końca. Będę polecać i chętnie wróciłabym na dłużej ❤️ Nie ma takiego rzeczy.
• David (10/5): Absolutely amazing. Would recommend it to anyone planning to stay in Dubrovnik - Location was amazing. Less than a 10 min walk to old town Marijana was a fantastic host. Accommodated all our needs. Flat was spotless and had everything we needed Balcony had seats and sunbeds making it perfect for all times of day

• Peter (10/5): Mycket prisvärt boende hyfsat nära till allt - Fint och fräscht. Afaciliteter man behöver typ kaffemaskin, mikro samt en fin uteplats med solstolar m.m. Bekväma sängar. Går till Old Town på ca 15 min och till Banje beach 20 min Fanns inget att klaga på egentligen.

• Mariana (10/5): Comfortable stay and great location! - Exactly like the pictures, clean, comfortable and really welcoming and helpful host! Nothing, everything was great. Ignore google maps telling you it’s a 40min walk to old town, it’s only a 15min walk.

• Juliane (10/5): Sauberes Appartment in guter Lage, sehr freundliche Vermieterin - Sehr gute Lage, genau mittig zwischen Altstadt und Lapad/Babin Kuk. In unmittelbarer Nähe zu einer Bäckerei (sehr leckere Ham & Cheese Brötchen) und mehreren Supermärkten (Maxi Konzum, Market Prima & Studenac Market). Die Altstadt war ca. 12 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt. Nach Lapad waren es ca. 20 Minuten, es gab aber mehrere Lokale auf dem Weg für etwaige Zwischenstopps :) das Appartment hatte außerdem eine kleine Terrasse wo man gemütlich sitzen konnte.

• Sara (10/5): Wonderful Stay in Dubrovnik! - I had such a great experience during our stay in Dubrovnik. Our host was incredibly kind and welcoming, sharing so many helpful recommendations about places to visit, eat, and explore. Marijana even offered us a late check-out, which was perfect since it was a rainy day and gave us extra time to relax. The apartment itself was lovely and very clean, tidy, and well-equipped with everything you might need. It’s also in a fantastic location, close to the Old Town and within walking distance of shops, restaurants, and anything else you might need during your stay. Highly recommend this place for anyone visiting Dubrovnik 😍
• Deborah (9/5): Nice little get-a-way - Loved the hospitality and cleanliness of the apartment. It was a straight shot to old town but a little bit of a walk. Kitchen was a little small with the 2 seater table but we did not use it much. There were occupants with kids on top floor that you could hear running around in the morning.

• Mária (9/5): Superb - I liked that it was a very private location, although a bit close to one of the main roads and therefore a bit noisy. But inside the apartment the sound was very well isolated. The air conditioning in every room allowed a comfortable temperature inside the whole apartment during the heatwave outside. The owner of the property was very communicative, responsive and helpful with everything we needed. 10-20 minute walk to the old town, other parts of the city and beaches, involving a lot of stairs, would be fine before June or after September, but during the height of the summer months (e.g. July), walking anywhere for even 5 minutes gets quite sweaty and uncomfortable. That’s of course not the fault of the property which was very nice, but knowing what I know now will make me consider properties very close to the sea or old town in the future.

• Serena (8/5): Comfortable stay generally but would prefer being off a main road. - Bedroom and Living area were spacious and comfortable. Not far to walk into the old town. Didn’t like being located on such a busy main road. Kitchen was small. Great coffee machine but it would be better if some instructions for use were provided
• Kate (10/5): Loved it - Ace. Lovely place. Sweet little verandah and apartment has all you need. Including a clothes horse!! Little detail but the details make the difference. Has been setup with love and it feels like a home. Would highly recommend.
• Papini (10/5): Exceptional - Fantastic stay at a wonderful apartment 10/15 minute walk from Dubrovnik walled old town. The apartment was extremely clean & had every facility/ amenity you could need. And was cosy and comfortable. I couldn't ask for a better place to stay for this great value. It exceeded my expectations. Marijana was easily contactable for anything needed & response was pretty much straight away. I would highly recommend 👌

• Pepe (10/5): Great stay - Cute, clean and comfy apartment. The location was great (15min walk to the walls). There was a paid parking lot right next to the apartment that was pricey, but we could find free street parking thanks to the host's guidance. Bed sheets were too small for a queen-size bed. There was a bit of humidity smell coming out of the shower drain.

• Nicole (10/5): Wonderful stay in a beautiful city - Marijana the host was so wonderful and helpful. She was so easy to communicate with and ensured that we had everything that we needed at all times. As we stayed for 2 weeks, we thought it was a really great service that they arranged for the apartment to be cleaned during our stay after the first week. This is something that doesn't often happen with apartment rentals but it was such a nice touch. The apartment had everything we needed and was in an excellent location to the Old Town. Either a 10 minute walk or a 4 minute taxi. The coffee machine was a bonus with great coffee! Would really recommend staying here.

Yeah, We Happy! - Pulp Fiction - It starts with great communications and hospitality, continues with super clean, very well equipped apartment(clima, TV, iron, hair dryer, coffee machine ready to go, cooking plate, lots of kitchen tools with which you can cook many types of food if you choose to do so...etc) and ends with really nice feeling of our stay.

• Heidi (8/5): Very good - The apparment was really nice, big, cozy, clean, great interieur and well equipted I stayed in the appartment with a little terazze/spot with two chairs and a table right infront of the dor, not the balcon. There was no sun there at any time and it was facing a very noisy big road w lots og traffic, that you could also hear inside the house. I did not use it at all because of that. Would defenitely choose the other appartment in the house, facing a garden
