• Αντωνια (3/5): I would not choose it again - It is renovated and has a comfortable bed. You have to do everything yourself — there is no one anywhere to help you with anything. You do the check-in yourself, the check-out yourself, and you even have to find the keys on your own. No one cleaned the room during the 3 nights we stayed here. The bathroom has no ventilation, so it smelled bad. The breakfast is very small . The reception where you can at least leave your luggage on the day of departure is a 24-minute walk from the room. And what shocked me the most was that they expect you to take out your own trash when leaving. I have never experienced this anywhere before, not even in the cheapest hotel.Almost €120 per night, and the only thing they don’t ask you to do is clean the room before leaving!

• Ana (10/5): Odličan apartman na korak do Straduna, čisto, uredno, odlična komunikacija s vlasnicima apartmana. -
• Hermann (9/5): Hangulatos, jó elhelyezkedésű szállás. - A reggelit egy környékbeli kávézóban szolgálták fel, nagyon kellemes volt kiülni és nézni az ébredező várost. A szállás rendben volt, közel volt mindenhez, ugyanakkor az utcazaj nem hallatszott be. Jól fel volt szerelve. Valamilyen oknál fogva a fürdőszobában mozgásérzékelős a világítás, ami éjszaka kellemetlen volt, ha sötétben akartam volna kimenni.

• Ellen (7/5): Overall great for a 4-night stay in dubrovnik. Perfect location within the walls of the old town. - Location was amazing - right in old town Dubrovnik close to restaurants and bars. Room was fairly small. Window looked right into street and stairs where people often sat so can be quite noisy in the evening.
• Kelly (10/5): - The location of this property is wonderful, just read the instructions they send you 😀 The room it's self is spacious and clean. Loved room Eddie and would return. Had to take our own rubbish out, which was no big deal as we didn't have much, but was annoying with our luggage.

• Monika (7/5): Very convenient and comfortable place in the heart of Dubrovnik old city - Perfect location in the centre of the old city. Can get anywhere easily. Plenty of restaurants around. Clean and comfortable room with easy access. Good communication from the hosts. Very pleasant stay! The room is in the same building as the restaurant and sometimes the restaurant staff was noisy when closing down after 11pm which could disturb sleep if you go to bed early.

• Agata (10/5): Perfect location for a city break - The location was excellent, the room was very clean and had everything we needed. Breakfast was cety good, served in a nearby cafe. Every time I had a question, the contact was easy and replies were fast.
• Mr. (8/5): Huge room at ideal location - Perfect location within the old town. Major tourist attractions are within 15 min walk. Plenty of restaurants and shops around. Room is huge and clean with a queen bed, also equipped with a mini kitchen (but no cooking appliances, just an electric kettle), big wardrobe, and a couple of armchairs. Bathroom is just the right size and clean. You have to pay online a refundable breakage deposit of 70 Euro which will be communicated via email a day before check in date. If you do not pay this, you will not be provided with the access code to the main building and room doors. Refund of this deposit will take up to 7 days after check out. As a consequence of being located inside the old town, you have to navigate a series of steep staircases from the nearest old town gate (Buza Gate). It is a strenuous undertaking if you are carrying a medium-large suitcase because you have to lift the suitcase while going down the very long staircases. Going up is doubly hard when you leave the apartment to go to the nearest taxi pick up point at Buza Gate. I suggest if you book this apartment, use Pile Gate as the drop off or pick up point to Old Town, where the route to the apartment is mostly flat or ramped, and there's only one flight of stairs to climb, compared to at least 5 flights of steep staircases from Buza Gate. There are no basic toiletries provided in the bathroom, so bring your own soap and shampoo.
• Ane (10/5): Perfect stay at Room Eddie - Room Eddie was perfect! It is localed in the main center of Dubrovnik, close to the Pile Gate. Clean and comfortable! Nice staff very helpful to arrange a taxi for departure, taking us to the exact point for the pick up. We recommend to pay breakfast extra, as it was arranged with a Restaurant at the main Street. Nothing, everything was perfect!
