- Wendy (1/5): Nos metieron gato por liebre - Debbie wrote me a the day of our arrival that she could not receive us because of renovations being made (in that case, why accept our reservation in the first place? and why let us know at the very last minute, when it was too late to make other plans?). She sent us to a friend’s place nearby, very sketchy- in a huge empty house with bathroom down the hall. Not the cute apartment with garden that we were expecting at Debbie’s! Not what we reserved- bed with one side sunk in, slippery highly perfumed sheets that made me sneeze (or was it the dust?). No soap in bathroom.
