• Jenny (7/5): - Good value for money, well serviced by public transport, and friendly staff. The room is very spacious relative to what is on offer in Singapore. The air conditioning units leaked, and the linen was a bit stained.
• Melanie (10/5): Great stay downtown - Location was perfect for us during our almost week long stay. Walking distance to several MRT stations and also attractions like Lau Pa Sat and Chinatown. The one bedroom felt extremely spacious for two people. Our unit was very quiet and the bed was great. Having the washer/dryer right in the unit was a game changer. There is also a dehumidifier. We ended up emptying ours twice a day (staff did it for us the first time but after that we just did it ourselves). TIP: The Pinnacle residential building next door has an observation level on the top floor which wraps around the whole building and which you can get access to as a visitor for $6. Just find the building management office on the ground level in section 1G. Amazing views of Singapore with zero crowds at a fraction of the price you would pay to do the same at a fancy hotel. Nothing really. Would definitely stay here again.

• david (10/5): Overall, it proved to be a great choice of accommodation for our visit to Singapore. - We were self-catering for meals. Yes, my wife and I were really happy with this serviced apartment. It was in easy reach of hawker food markets and the regular markets. Was nice and quiet inside the apartment also, and easy access via the lift in lobby. we can't think of anything we did not like. The manager in attendance Mel was very friendly and helpful with local knowledge.

The beds were comfortable, the tv was good, wifi was fast and the AC was fine. There was a dehumidifier in the room which helped with the humidity. The kitchenette is fairly equipped. Everything worked. Mel was a very good host and was always eager to help. She took care of every request we had, the rooms were cleaned regularly, towels and sheets replaced every other day and if we had any issue in the apartment, Mel resolved it quickly. Our stay was comfortable. Thank you, Mel. Our trip to Singapore was memorable, thanks to a comfortable stay here. Maybe the sofa could be a bit more comfortable.

• Jennifer (8/5): Great value for money for a spacious apartment close to all amenities and attractions. - Great location close to Chinatown, MRT/bus stop/stations and Tanjong Pagar plaza. Many bus routes intersect near the apartment so getting around to Sentosa, Marina Bay, Chinatown was a breeze. Apartment was larger than expected and the main bedroom in 2-bedroom apartment was spacious enough to put an extra single mattress on the floor for my 4yo son. Both bathrooms were clean and free of mould. Soundproofing is excellent - didn't hear any other residents in the building the entire time we were there and rarely noticed the traffic even though it's on a main road. Management very responsive to questions via WhatsApp and fixed the bathroom door that came off the hinge the day we reported it. The second bed was in the living area with the kitchen/dining area for the '2-bedroom' apartment we stayed at. There appeared to be dried food on the 'clean' quilt cover on the first day we arrived. No toilet paper supplied although there was a bidet on the toilets. Although there is a remote for the aircon in the rooms, the temperature is centrally managed and I felt it to be too cold at night with only a thin quilt.
• Nur Farahiah (6/5): Overall, we had an enjoyable stay, with access to fantastic facilities (food and transportation). - Fantastic location - between Tanjong Pagar and Outram MRT - especially the latter which allows us to access 3 different lines to get to literally anywhere in SG. Also close to shops and good cafes. The kitchen utensils felt sticky and some of the crockeries didn’t look clean so we didn’t use any kitchen equipment. As we were there for 2 weeks, it would’ve been helpful if the host provided basics like hand soap, liquid detergent, disposable wipes at kitchen sink - this could help future guests to maintain cleanliness of crockeries.

• Bárbara (6/5): Razoável - A Mel foi muito simpática e prestativa sempre que foi necessário. O apartamento é perto de varias estações de autocarro e metro (5 a 15min dependendo da paragem). A maçaneta da porta estava partida. Ouve-se os carros/motas a passar na estrada, e as pessoas a conversar na rua/no prédio) Durante a nossa estadia de 6 noites só houve limpeza 1x. A cama é pequena para 2 pessoas e o sofá é muito desconfortável para ficar a ver tv. Não havia toalha para secar a loiça/ mãos na cozinha, nem havia guardanapos. Uma das razões para alugarmos um apartamento foi para cozinhar e havia poucos utensílios na cozinha. Faltam coisas básicas na cozinha e devia haver instruções para a maquina da roupa visto que havia programas que tinham a função de centrifugação a funcionar mal (na máxima centrifugação 1400rpm, a roupa acabava ensopada/encharcada). O apartamento foi suficiente para suprir as nossas necessidades, mas precisa de melhorias.

The accommodation itself was spotless, spacious, and thoughtfully serviced throughout my stay. I never had to request a thing — Mel, the host, was consistently proactive, ensuring the apartment was always in perfect condition. She’s friendly, punctual, and incredibly reliable, going out of her way to make sure guests are comfortable and well looked after. Prompt responses if I ever did text with a query and lovely to chat about my days and evening adventures of which I maximised. Fell in love with everything Singapore offers 😍 The location is excellent — just a short walk to two MRT stations, making it effortless to explore Singapore. Tanjong Pagar is nearby with supermarkets, great dining options, and affordable takeaways, while a local Kopitiam just a few doors down offers authentic meals right on your doorstep. Chinatown is also within easy walking distance, adding even more local flavour to the experience. Although not right in the heart of the CBD, the quality, space, and value of these apartments make them a far better choice than many central options. The full amenities — especially the washer and dryer — are a real bonus in Singapore’s warm, humid climate. If you’re looking for well-appointed, comfortable, and private accommodation with exceptional service at a reasonable price, I couldn’t recommend Cantonment Serviced Apartments highly enough. Meer winkels en restaurants dan je in eerste instantie denkt. En dd Rooftop in de flat ernaast is een aanrader. The Pinnacle Sky Garden. Volg de bordjes of vraag ernaar, niet Google maps vragen. Beetje oud en versleten. Kraan ging zwaar, bank doorgezakt, van dat soort dingetjes. Het heeft aan m'n verwachtingen voldaan want die waren niet zo hoog.

Staff was friendly whenever I encountered them which makes the place welcoming. My room was quiet which I appreciated, especially when going through a bereavement.

• Ahrin Anna (9/5): Great if you want more space and independence than a hotel, especially for longer stays - I was recently in Singapore for 2weeks for work east of the city (near the airport) but wanted to stay more central for tourist-ing as well. This serviced apartment complex suited my needs perfectly. Great location, facilities and cleanliness as advertised/in the photos, bed/pillow very comfortable. Mel, the manager, was always available for any questions or concerns. House keeping was offered 2-3times a week. Best of all was the location. It is located within a few minutes walk from all the day-to-day amenities you would need as well as public transport links. Loads of restaurants, cheap eats, grocery stores, gym (the 100AM complex was great!). You can get to the heart of chinatown on foot in 15-20mins. There is a stretch in Tanjong Pagar of seemingly endless Korean BBQ restaurants if you like Korean BBQ. And there are two metro/subway stations within an easy 10min walk (Tanjong Pagar station for the Green East/West line; Outram Park for the Green/Brown/Purple lines), plus loads of bus stops within 5-10mins walk. Tanjong Pagar itself is a very nice area, clean, felt safe, lots of working professionals about. The one-bedroom apartment we had was well set up, had space to work from home if needed, and the washer/dryer was a life-saver in the heat and humidity! Added bonus was enquiring relatively last minute about late check-out (as my flight was a night flight) and being able to sort out very quickly - the prompt response and ease of organising was much appreciated. If you want to do proper cooking, you might find the set-up a bit lacking. We ate out every day but the kettle, fridge, utensils meant we could make our own coffee in the mornings, keep drinks cool in the fridge, have some basics (yoghurt/granola/snacks) in the apartment and bring takeaways home.

• Gì Pop (8/5): Old but gold - Mini appartamento con i confort necessari a un soggiorno medio-breve. Il letto è più grande di quanto ci aspettassimo dalla descrizione: è un 160×200, non uno alla francese, ed è stata una bella sorpresa! Lo staff è gentilissimo e super disponibile - abbiamo avuto problemi con l'aria condizionata che hanno provveduto a risolvere a stretto giro. Lavasciuga funziona bene. Grande frigo con freezer. Divano che si apre e diventa un piccolo letto. Un po' troppo umido all'interno dell'appartamento, cosa un po' inevitabile visto che la struttura ha i suoi anni e gli infissi sono storici.

Bus stops are a few minutes away and easily accessible to most sightseeing places. The lady is attentive and is always reachable via WhatsApp. Check-in/out was easy and we had 2 cleaning service during our 1 week stay.

A 2 pas de l'appartement se trouve un food court ou on peut se restaurer à pas cher avec des cuisines excellentes. • Christian (9/5): Excellent; correspondait totalement à nos besoins - Super emplacement, proche des métros et des principaux centres d'intérêt. Chambre séparée excellente avec salle d'eau-wc privés. Courses, restaurants... à proximité. Lave sèche linge, grand frigo congélateur, micro onde, plaque chauffante, 2 TV... Le wifi est fonctionnel. La personne qui s'occupe de l'établissement (ménage, fournitures, réception, réparation...) est très, très serviable et agréable. La climatisation qui a parfois été défaillante mais remise en fonctionnement rapidement. Il y a une terrasse mais difficilement accessible (il faut passer par une fenêtre un peu au dessus de lit !). Dommage.

Wi fi potente sempre funzionale. vicinissimo al centro e nella zona di cina town dove c'é tanto da vedere e a soli 2 km a piedi da Marina Bay. Cucina completa con piastra + frigo e micoonde . Grande Tv con tutte le app moderne. Bagno grande e pulito. Abbiamo chiesto due cuscini piu bassi e la gentilissima signora alla reception ce li ha forniti il giorno seguente.Siamo stati benissimo. voto 10+

Good air-conditioning. All appliances new and good quality. Good location, slightly distant from Chinatown (15 Mins) but with good restaurants nearby - Chinese, Indian, European, and a small hawkers market of various foods including great Chinese. BYO wine for $15. Substantial small supermarket next door and two large supermarkets a few minutes walk. Various transport options. Very helpful staff . Good lift (broke down once while we were there but fixed next day. Overall a strong recomendation. There was no toaster!? Sofa has seen better days. Front door did not lock unless pushed and often left open by guests. Relatively minor issues.

• Kunal (9/5): Pretty little apartment. - The apartment has enough space and everything was in good condition. The little balcony is also good for evenings. There was one staff and she was polite and understanding. Some of the utensils need to be replaced. Airconditioner is auto controlled which can be given an individual controller.

The extra bed was a mattress on the floor. The furnishings were old and of bad quality. The table was unstable.

• Nadezhda (10/5): Very good location, nice and comfortable apartment with more than necessary equipment. - The location of the property is very good. I recommend it. It is quite near to Chaina town. The staff is very, very kind. The bed in the bedroom is quite comfortable. Only the additional bed (sofa) wasn't comfortable. It was deformed by the use. In the apartment there are combined washing and drying machine, hairdryer, utensil and utensil table which was more than good. Not necessary to carry your own.

• Indrė (9/5): Good value for money for a longer stay - there was plenty of space to store things, so we were comfortable there living for two weeks. Great that there is a washing machine, smart TV, good wifi it would be nice to have 4 forks if the room is for 4 people :) So kitchen utensils, dishes should be renews or restocked. You cannot regulate the A/C so it was a bit too hot for us inside.

• Isabela (8/5): Very good - The apartment is ideally located and well-connected. You can easily walk to Chinatown or catch a bus to anywhere within a five-minute distance. It's perfect for two people, but the sofa bed may not be very comfortable for more than that. There are plenty of restaurants and supermarkets nearby. The sofabed was uncomfortable.

• Sandy (10/5): Great apartment and great location - The property was better than expected the layout was amazing for such a small area The staff speak limited English this causes issues but the owner was on hand to sort out any issues
• James (8/5): Good stay if you can tolerate a few trade offs - Great location, comfortable beds, good-sized tv, nice kitchenette and washing machine. No driveway for drop off and pick up (plus double yellow line right outside the apartments), bathroom was musty and a little mouldy, noisy traffic affecting quality of sleep.
• Nancy (8/5): Felt at home and found a short cut to the MRT by walking through the Hawker Center - Happy to have a kitchen. Close to local hawker center. Appreciated that an extra bed was placed in room. There were 2 air conditioners but one didn't seem to be turned on. Inquired about getting reimbursed for first night since our plane would not start which delayed our arrival in SFO..so missed our connecting flight into SIN. Arrived next day . Sent email to Dave Kong per business card info but have not received a response.
• Igorilla (9/5): Superb - Stayed 4 nights with 2 small kids. Spectacular value for money considering we've been in Singapore for Chinese New Year. Location is great, 10 min walk to 2 MRT stations and Chinatown. Around 30min walk to downtown. There were two large beds in the apartment +futon bed which was more than enough. Staff was helpful as well. Apartment has a large fridge, cooking utensils and washer+dryer, which was particularly helpful considering humidity. It was secure, calm and comfortable stay for us overall. Maybe the only thing missing was electric kettle. I believe TV doesn't have any channels, however you can use your accounts in Netflix or YouTube. That said, one doesn't come to Singapore to watch TV anyway.
