Beds were quite hard and the cooking facilities ( pots and pans and cooking utensils were very limited)

De locatie is centraal gelegen, naar zowel dorp als de start punten van de hikes. Het appartement is ook van alle gemakken voor zien.

Un grand merci à Laura qui nous a gardé nos sacs le jour de l'arrivée et du départ. Dans la chambre, les boiseries autour de la fenêtre font de la condensation. Pas bien gênant : placer les plantes vertes de la cuisine sur le rebord de la fenêtre à l'endroit du goutte à goutte.

• Heike (9/5): Super Alternative zu Hotels, sehr gut fuer laengere Aufenthalte - Sehr saubere und gut eingerichtete Ferienwohnung mit Heizung(nicht selbstverstaendlich in Patagonien). Alles bestens, lediglich etwas Trittschall vom oberen Stockwerk,stoert aber nicht weiter.

A bit expensive for two, would be better suited for a small family. Shower was small and had an annoying shower curtain. Couch needed a cushion back and was uncomfortable. • Karen (8/5): Charming place to stay - Costomer service was excellent, provided free Mate for us to try, ponchos for us to use for the rainy days, the unit is charming, bright, clean and good size. The town is small, so the hotel is located right in town close to everything and the trails. The mattress needs to be replaced. Occasionally there was an odor from the pipes.

• Anna (10/5): Amazing apartment and incredible hospitality - I couldn't imagine a kinder and more helpful host. Laura truly went above and beyond for me during and even after my stay. She made my stay excellent and helped me navigate some difficult issues I couldn't have done without her help. You never know what can happen in El Chalten with weather or anything else and I learned how important it is to have a host like Laura.

Es liegt etwas außerhalb am Rand vom Dorf, aber fußläufig ist alles schnell zu erreichen. Von unserem Wohnzimmer aus konnte man den Fitz Roy sehen. Da fällt mir nichts ein, nur Kleinigkeiten

Unit had a view up to FitzRoy and an easy walk in to town. Although safe, wouldn't say it was the prettiest part of town. Bathroom (particulary shower) is very small. Not a huge issue for us, but a bigger person may struggle a bit. Minimal kitchen equipment, but as mentioned, Laura would get anything you requested.

Die Atmosphäre ist sehr familiär, was unseren Aufenthalt besonders angenehm gemacht hat. Wir waren wirklich sehr zufrieden und würden jederzeit wiederkommen. Absolute Empfehlung!

• Elisa (10/5): Dream apartment in El Chalten - The best apartment we stayed in during our entire trip through Patagonia. Spacious, beautifully decorated, and equipped with everything we could possibly need — from a well-stocked kitchen (including essentials like oil, salt, and sugar) to cozy, comfortable furniture that made us feel right at home. The hosts were exceptionally kind and welcoming, always available and willing to help. They even offered us a ride to a panoramic viewpoint outside of El Chaltén, which turned out to be one of the highlights of our stay. Truly a perfect experience from start to finish!

The location of the apartment is fine, the rooms provide enough space and are equipped with all you need. Overall just a great experience and highly recommended!!
• Steven (7/5): Good - Location. Near the only free walk !! All other walks are £35 per person per day, total rip off. If you book, you need to be on the upper floor. We were on the ground floor, and the noise from upstairs is very annoying as you can hear people walking about and creaking floors. They have put a massive 6 foot bed in a room that is very small and makes it difficult to open the door. Would have had a lot more room with a smaller double
