• Stefan (6/5): - Küche war super Ausgestattet, Zimmer groß und ausreichend Amseisen sind durch das ganze Zimmer glaufen und haben sie auch an den Lebensmitteln bedient. Dusche musste 5 min glaufen lassen, bis warmes Wasser kam. Klospülung war eine Lotterie, mal ging sie, und mal nciht, dann musste immer wieder versucht und versucht werden.
• Michał (7/5): Good location close to the city center in Bad Vöslau. - We stayed at the property for the second time, returning after two years. The apartment is close to the city center. You can drive to the nearest metro station and then take the metro to the center of Vienna. There are many parks and places for walks nearby, both in the forest and in the quiet. Hiking trails are well-marked (Kaiser-Franz-Joseph-Jubiläumswarte, Auge Gottes Kapelle, Vöslauer Hütte, Vöslauer Dolomitwerk etc.). Parking is quite convenient, outside, partly under a carport. We had no problems parking our car. There was always a free space. The apartment needs renovation. This is evident in the details in the kitchen and bathroom, including cracked tiles, missing grout lines, and slightly tilted stairs. Unsecured WiFi network. In the late evening, before midnight, I had the impression that someone in the apartment closer to reception was playing bass guitar. This is unless it was rock music played at a higher volume.
• Maria (8/5): Ein schöner Kurzurlaub - Die Lage ist gut. Das Appartement ist groß genug für 5 Personen mit Kleinkind. Die Küche ist funktionell. Wir hatten vereinbart, dass ein Gitterbett vorbereitet wird. Darauf wurde leider vergessen, der Kleine schlief dann bei den Eltern im Bett.

Reception was warm and friendly. Dated. Could do with a refurb. Leak in bathroom, which appeared each night. Presumably from underfloor heating. No-one available to speak to at reception when leaving apartment.

• Gregor (8/5): Very good - The location of the apartment in the city is very good. Everything is within a 15-minute walk. Also a very quiet location. It is a clean and spacious apartment. Possibility of parking within the apartment and even in a covered parking lot, which are in limited quantities. The negative thing is that there were some problems with the electricity at the electric hob. It would be good to fix this as soon as possible. And the skylight is obviously a bit worn out and leaks water when it rains, it would need to be replaced. The colors of the walls are a matter of taste. They are very colorful.

Covered parking place in the garden! The appartment was fully equipped and clean. The beds were comfortable The lady at the reception desk was very-very friendly. We were satisfied with everything. -

• Tamás (10/5): Such a great place for the New Year's Eve - The Appartementhaus Witzmann was over our expectations. It is locatad right in front of a dog friendly park. We travel with two dogs and our hosts were so kind that there are no words to say, we've got always smiles and hospitality all over our journey. Absolutely recommended if you'd like to stay at a quite silent locataion on the New Year's Eve.

Bad Vöslau also amazed us --- a small and quiet town with beautiful architecture. We will certainly come back at some point.

Very nice staff who allow us to stay there with a small dog. Parking right next to the appartement. About 20min. ride to Peilstein (great climbing), spa is just across the street, a lot of possibilities for cycling and trailrunning.

• Jonathan (7/5): Apart from the faults mentioned, my stay was peaceful and pleasant. - The apartment was very clean, well laid out, and well equipped. The bed was very comfortable. The location was, for the most part, very quiet. The host was very friendly and helpful The water was not very hot and remained lukewarm and even cold for a long time after a tap was opened. Eventually it did warm up, especially in the shower which was satisfactory. The Wi-Fi worked weakly and, in the end, not at all. There was an infestation of ants by the kitchen sink.

• Erez (3/5): Very low quality, bad experience - We came at the evening just to sleep before a flight from Vienna airport, so we didn't really need anything more than the basics. Many! We didn't get the basic requirements from a descent place. you need to wait 10 minutes for warn water, Appartment was re-designed many years ago. Family room with 5 separate beds?? really? can't I sleep with my wife? Broken shower head, Broken shower lock, Pictures are SOOOO far from reallity. it's was like a diffrenet room. Kitchen is tiny and very very old. Floor makes a lot of sound when you walk. and more.... I am sorry (if owner reads it) but you must take an advisor to make everything work!!) One free parking left when we arrived (7 pm)
