• Susanna (8/5): Great place for some gathering of friends for a short JB trip. - Property was well-maintained. Water pressure is good. Beds were comfortable. They provided towels,toothbrushes, shampoo and shower gel. Contact person gave clear instructions and was responsive. The covered walkway fr CIQ made it very convenient for us. A slight musty smell which can be solved with a nice reed diffuser. Some hooks in the master bedroom would be good.

• Adele (9/5): Within walking distance to CIQ. - It was within walking distance from CIQ on the elevated walkway to R&F Mall. The entry point to the condo is outside one of the exit points of the mall. The place was clean and comfortable. The free wifi was strong. There is a pool in the condo but we didn't use it. Bring your own indoor slippers if you don't want to be walking around barefoot. Unlike some of the other places, this one didn't provide any. -

There are many restaurants in the nearby shopping hall, convenient to get food. Easy access from the CIQ as well. This might be subjective: the apartment is right beside the causeway link, so please expect noise from transport throughout day and night. Yet the room itself is cosy.

• Farhana (8/5): Spacious and clean apartment, great for big families. 3 bedrooms with strong aircon, plus a large balcony. Convenient lo - Great apartment for big families. It was clean and easy to find. The unit had 3 bedrooms and 1 toilet. The aircon worked very well. The balcony was very spacious, but the laundry area was outdoors and faced the RTS building. Because of that, it was dusty and the view was not so nice. From CIQ, it only took about 5–7 minutes by Grab. However, since it’s near the CIQ area, traffic jams are common, so be prepared. The R&F area itself doesn’t have much to do. The mall nearby was quite boring. But the apartment lobby has a 24/7 convenience store, which was very handy for last-minute items. One downside is that there were many Shopee parcels piled up outside the main entrance, which made the place look messy. Other than that, the facilities were clean. We didn’t have time to try the swimming pool or playground, but they looked nice. The apartment provided towels, toothbrush, soap, and shampoo. The only thing missing was tea or coffee sachets, so we couldn’t make a quick drink in the morning.

• Chee Hong (8/5): Well furnished studio in Phase 2 of RnF - This studio apartment is in the new Phase 2 of RnF Condo and is very well furnished and clean. The facilities in the Phase 2 are also well maintained. This is my third time booking managed by SC and their rooms are always good. Phase 2 is also connected by a link bridge to Phase 1. The adjoining shopping mall has more food options now and a new cinema is opened. You do not need to travel far for food options now. The only dislike I have for the facility in Phase 2 is that there is only one pool and it is very crowded with swimmers.

• Kevin (8/5): Perfect apartment for a short stay in JB. - Apartment was clean and very nicely prepared for my short stay. There was a nice TV also for chilling at night. All the air-conditioning, fans and lights worked well. Best part is the view of the causeway. The noise is not audible from the bedrooms but you can hear some noise if you keep the balcony doors open. The shower in the master bedroom was slightly loose but worked well. The towels could be better but was OK for my 1 night stay.

Apartment is clean and host is very responsive. The condominium is very secured and safe. Nice view of Singapore too! The location is near to causeway, hence it can be noisy sometimes (lots of honking early morning and late in the night). The rubbish chute is beside the apartment so it can be smelly if the chute door is not closed. Tips to others: make sure you have data as online registration is required before the security guard lets you in.

• Anthony (9/5): Clean, secure, near local amenities. - Really nice and clean. Air con was great. Nice to have separate bathroom and bedroom from the main living space and kitchen. Helpful security staff at main entrance to building. Good food options on the ground floor. Many of the R&F mall shops are empty. And building work nearby on more blocks and the RTS link are on going, though they don’t cause too much disruption. The walkway to the bus station and JBCC and City Square is partially closed with long steps down to the diversion and back up to the walkway, so if you are on foot with luggage it may be an issue.

• Zaireen (7/5): Pleasant stay overall. - Proximity to Woodlands CIQ was exceptional, and we were able to gauge when traffic would be ideal for the journey home. Also, we really appreciated the CNY welcome pack that the host prepared for us- enjoyed the snacks and chocolates! Thank you so much! 👍 Swimming pool was rather far from the unit, and areas around it were rather isolated and not very well-lit. Quite a few facilities were under renovation - billiards room, children's playroom etc. Also, carpet in the unit needs anti-slip treatment on the underside as it is a tripping hazard.
