• Muhammad (6/5): Ok with a little bit more of mopping with more fragrant soap and more fragrant in the toilet will ok - Fast response, room was decent, seconds away from variety of food with bands playing songs at night, also nearby gentlemen barber, lastly convenience store. No heater, got ghost, floor was sticky, toilet smells

• Rajendran (4/5): Disappointed. - The saving grace was the Location. The Bathroom was smelling of Urine all day long. I washed the bathroom but the smell did not go away. The sofa was broken as well.

• David (5/5): Passable - Great location. Good pool. Big unit. Good air-conditioning. Very comfortable bed. Smell of block disinfectant used under shower grate in bathroom made my wife feel sick. Check-in process is very clunky. Only one key and card for lift entry to the floor made it difficult for 2 people.

• Geraldine (5/5): you pay for what you get. - convenient to most shopping area Sewage smell is very strong and pungent. Bed is hard and sheets are super thin. dust pan wasn’t emptied from previous housekeeping so we can see plenty of dust and hair. host did not send us instructions to check in till three hours before I started to call the number but it wasnt easy to reach him.

• Nccchin (7/5): Experience with the property can be better. - Excellent location if you're looking to explore the city centre. Short walk to shopping complexes, food outlets, night market and transport hub. Ideal for day-tripping to Singapore using the train/bus from the hub. Eatery opposite the apartment serves awesome fried mee mamak and lamb chop in the evenings. Apartment unit no. 20-07 was well equipped. Was initially assigned apartment no 23A-09 which was in a poor condition. Poor lighting, holes in the curtains, very worn furniture, cigarette burn marks on the table, detached toilet seat cover ... and that smell. Re-assigned unit no. 20-07 was well equipped, but the toilet seat cover was also not properly secured. There were 2 broken dining table chairs. One of which was left outside on the balcony and the other fell apart when it was pulled from the table. Mattress was not firm but hard. Felt like sleeping on compacted coconut husk. Better management and maintenance will do the property wonders.

• Naveen (4/5): Disappointing - It's located in the prime center of the hub where ease access to the malls and shopping complex Homestay wasn't comfortable, poor couch, toilet tabs were leaked, no proper support, not happy with the accessories were fitted in the homestay

• Eve (8/5): Overall a nice apartment - Location is great. Good size apartment. Value for money. There's no proper shower screen and bathroom gets wet all the time. No proper floormat to dry off your feet. Water pressure is weak. Pillows feel lumpy and flat.
