Windy balcony. Nice to let us check in 1 hour earlier Welcomed by roaches in balcony & kitchen. Aircon remote ran out of batteries got to buy and wait for reimbursement from host. Pillow was too soft like cotton wool😅. Damaged toilet bowl cover.

The high level gives a nice view, beautiful both daytime and nightime. The spacious bedrooms are nice to sleep in and the living is comfy to gather in as well.

• Bryan (6/5): Great condo stay at a great location but let down by its LIFTs. - The hosts Ying and Page were helpful with my requests. The apartment was clean and comfortable. The lifts in the building is...just not functional for the daily usage of the residents and tenants at the condo. The average waiting time at the ground level is around 20 - 25 mins. This does not include the extra time that sometimes the lift overloads and you have to step out and WAIT AGAIN. The condo has 39 floors and can carry a maximum of 8-10 people. The wait time at the level you are residing in is around the same, with the lifts skipping your level at times if it is bearing a full load. It also doesn't make sense to have two lift entrances which adds to the crowding and weight bearing of the lifts. The lifts' weight sensors also seem to be faulty as the full load indicator comes on when there are only 7 people (of average weight and build) in the lift at times. The buttons were also not working at times, and the lift doors are quite heavy, which can potentially cause an injury if an elderly is walking into the lift and gets clamped. Leaving and returning to the condo apartment is always a stressful point due to the lifts.
• Isabella (6/5): Convenient - Really convenient as it’s just above KSL. There’s Lok Lok right below at night, and it’s walking distance to Avery-day mart which has many dessert options. Waiting time for lift was long. Lift also felt a little shaky, but other than that the location is great. Also not sure if it’s due to a shared tank, the water levels when we were showering were super low. Starting from around 10PM. Only got better at 6AM.

• Ivan (10/5): Awesome stay - Location is convenient especially with kids and there is plenty of space for the kids to play and run around. The host is very responsive. The lift is slow so give about 10-15mins buffer when you are checking out.

• Dreamland (7/5): Would have been a great place with a rating of 10 if not for the lack of smart tv and poor lift syst - The location, which is above KSL mall. The high floor of the room which gives a superb view. The good wifi signal. The washing machine which is good working condition. No Smart TV even though there is a good wifi! The high traffic at the lifts which there are only 3 to serve so many units. The check-in to the mail room needs to go through an Access card door which one is yet to have!

Bathroom floor will be very wet during shower time.... And plus water leak below bath tub. But I like damn big bath tub !!!! • L (10/5): Exceptional - Convenient location + the unit was really clean, neat and spacious. With 2 double beds, it can fit a family of 4, definitely bigger than a standard size hotel room. The host is also very responsive and friendly. Slow lifts.
• Soek (1/5): Worst stay ever - Location and nothing much Staying for paxes needed to be reported and 1 of the friend claimed like jail. We don’t like violating rules therefore adhere unwillingly. 1 parking for 2 bedroom for 10 paxes sleeping arrangement is a little unacceptable. Collection of key, no guard as mentioned. Need to wait for ppl to exit and get in by chance. 40 levels. 4 lifts with 1 shut down, left 3 in operation! Waiting to get down need 10mins, waiting to get up need 10mins. Not an occasional incident, another friend who came visited wondered why did we chose this terrible residence. House has stale unventilated air smell yet didn’t allow earlier check in. First and last attempt. Parking entry card separated with room card. Didn’t inform is both similarly accessible to room and parking till I feedback to owner.

• Bharat (7/5): Lovely location and flat, horrible Lift access. - Location was awesome, flat was clean. All facilities in the flat was good to use. The lifts in this location are the worst. Just because of the I cannot recommend this property more. The flat is great value for money, in a great location and clean with good maintenance, the having to wait for 20 mins for a lift, then walking down the stairs from 18(cant rmbr exactly how many) floors up makes this place not the best for families.

• Chris (10/5): A stay that exceeded my expectation - We are a group of 12 Singaporeans who stayed at the unit for 3 nights, 21/6-24/6. The unit really exceeded our expectations. We visited KSL vicinity frequently and stayed at D'Esplanade, by far, this is the best unit. It's clean, well kept, the staff responded quickly to our message and most importantly the furnishing is well done which makes the living room spacious. Will definitely book again for our next visit. Thank you for making our stay very comfortable. Nothing.
• Yifan (10/5): Clean , easy to found food! - The places were very convenient just beside KSL. Very big, good view and clean.it’s 35 floors. They provide washing machines inside the room. Don’t need to bring many clothes. I will definitely come back again soon
• Rudy (10/5): Overall my family and I enjoyed the room. The host's instruction very clear and the room is clean. - Cleanliness and location It would be good if the host can provide water dispenser. It is quite heavy to buy and bring water from mall to the room

• Lee (8/5): Will consider booking again! - Location! Location! Location! There’s an entrance that leads directly to KSL City Mall, which is super convenient with the shopping haul. The elevator took a really long time as it was literally stopping on every other floor.
• Kelly (10/5): Exceptional - The apartment is spacious & clean, our 3d2n stay was great! Will be back again to be staying in this unit again. The waiting time for the lift is terrible. 4 lifts but only 2 lifts are working but it is always full load & has to wait at least 20-30mins before we can get in from the Ground floor or from our level (#15). On top of that, while waiting for the lift be it at Ground or our level, there is no ventilation & is so suffocating & hot. The management has to really look into it otherwise it is very uncomfortable for most people esp young kids whom had to endure the heat & suffocation too while waiting for the lift.
• Soon (9/5): Will definitely go back to stay there again. - The location is excellent. It is just beside the hotel but there is no need to queue up with hotel guest as there are separate entries. This made waiting to go up to the room much more faster. The room is also clean and better maintained than the hotel beside. The tower also has a direct entry to the shopping mall and we can skip away from the general crowd. This make traveling very efficient and convenient. NA. All are good
• Shenna (2/5): Would not consider booking this again in future. - The view from the balcony. When we arrived at 12 pm, the air conditioning was working fine. However, after a few hours, it stopped functioning, and water started dripping onto the table and floor. We had to use all four bath towels to soak up the water, but it still wasn't enough. The entire night was unbearably hot from the afternoon until the next day. Thankfully, I had a handheld fan for my baby. The next day, the host arranged for AC servicing, but we had to wait until 4:30 pm to 6:00 pm. As a result, we had to cancel our afternoon plans and stay in the unit. Additionally, there were no pans provided for cooking. There was an electric pot, but the plugs were in poor condition. The toilet was so smelly that we had to use it quickly. The comforters were very old and covered in lint. They should invest in good bed linens, as the current ones are too old, and it's uncertain if they are being washed properly. Despite all the inconvenience, the host did not refund the early check-in fee. On the positive side, the host was responsive and provided an easy check-in and check-out guide.

Have to take turns with other guests n service staffs to go up n down.

• Leong (4/5): Disappointing - - flimsy toilet roll holders, toilet paper couldn't roll properly and looked like they would just drop. annoying when u just need the paper - fridge door not tight, so it's not cold. We used a chair to push against the door to keep the fridge cold - whole house, esp the kitchen has unpleasant smell, and we had to buy air freshener. - floor feels like it's not been mopped with detergent, probably just water. -most mattresses were firm but two mattress were lumpy. Some pillows were lumpy too. Definitely need to be changed. -Due to the late check in time 3.35 instead of 3pm, we had to rush to our next appt. -The private lift did not work one day so we walked to the other lifts to exit.

• Paulyn (10/5): Value for Money and Convenient location - Very convenient location, just beside KSL. Apartment was big, spacious and clean. Fantastic view at night. Owner was helpful and very responsive. We had some problems with the lift initially as the private lift to the unit was not working, but the owner helped to speak to security swiftly and resolved it as soon as possible.

• Yu (10/5): 2D1N with colleagues - This is my 3rd stay in KSL residences, and this host is the best! Prompt replies to our queries with very clear and precise instructions. Apartment is at Level 35 with nice view. They allowed early check in at 2pm. Hope can have more tv entertainment instead of having singapore channels only. And there is no remote for ceiling fan.
