• Mohd Hafiz (9/5): - It's easily accessible to travel to other locations. Very good amenities around the location. Nothing except the fridge is spoilt I guess. It's not cold wen we put things in the fridge.

• Pun WL (8/5): - Location is central, convenient and accessible to the nearby shopping malls and eateries. The room is spacious, comfortable and clean. It has a purified water filter for drinking. The kitchen is equipped with the necessary appliances, plates, cups and cutleries. It has a washing machine too. The shower heater is faulty. Have to bathe in cold water throughout our stay. The staff didn't follow up on the problem. No repair was done on the heater and no replacement of the room was made as communicated.

• Segers (10/5): Top locatie best appartement!! - Alles is gewoon top , ruim appartement met alle toestellen voor keuken aanwezig . Gratis 5g wifi wasmachine ruime leefplaats bed is geweldig top matras gewoonweg alles van goede kwaliteit . Ook het zwembad is netjes en gezellig om te vertoeven op het 33ste verdiep .5 sterren voor mij 🙏🙏 Niets

• Yap (8/5): Good location and value for money. - There was Aircon, WiFi, microwave oven, thermoflask for boiling water, water purifier attached to the kitchen sink, washing machine & dryer, soap, shampoo, toilet paper and washing liquids/powder provided. Drying rack also provided. Felt itchy on the bedsheets. Had to do self wash up of the towels and beddings. Was not told earlier on that prewash before staying was required.There was no window in the bathroom for ventilation causing some stench in the living room.

• Lili (8/5): Worth the money - Location. Near to eating places and shopping complex. Walking distance if u want to go to Bazaar Karat. The unit itself is very comfortable. Iron not working. Others i’ve no complaint

• Mr. (1/5): Please do stop these Third party- homestay scam.. - Location. It’s a scam, lies say that’s my booking no listing. Rai said..No more room from the person who’s checking me.. but later I’ve received text from booking.com - said ‘ Leaking Issue ‘. so which is which - no room or leaking issue???!! Me and my wife wasting time, waited more than 3 hours. No solution. I’ve asked Rai, if to cancellation my booking, they have to 3 times but he silent and not sure did he inform to his Boss.. Rai’s- Boss did booked Attrus Hotel a room without our interest that the Toilet sharing with another guest. Huhh!!! And we decided it. And I’d make decisions to stay other Hotel near by the area to Citrus Hotel. Did send pictures of bill’s for refund but till now…no news.
• Mick (5/5): Difficult checkin but really nice good value stay - Close to everything we needed and comfortable , pool was great, lovely cafe across the road Checkin was very inconvenient and stressful…. No instructions, took over an hour… Please contact property for room number and pin in advance and ask hotel reception to help you get the key… this will make it much easier.

The apartment was big, but there were so many cockroaches in the kitchen, inside the microwave, in the cupboard, even on the dining and coffee table... The owner needs to do something about the cleanliness and hygiene purpose... And there was a strong smell along the corridor because of the Bin Area...
