• Mohamad (2/5): Very poor - Nothing. The owner of whoever is supposed to maintain the unit has been doing a poor job.
• Muhammad (5/5): Disappointment with host and the quality of things in the apartment - Location The room was run down. The wardrobe was bad. Room wasn’t clean. Host didnt put the carpark key in the mailbox. We had to call to receive the excuse that he forgot.
• Roslan (8/5): Repeat stay - Very convenient location. Hope to be able to check in earlier at 1 pm & hope to be able to store our luggage somewhere if the room is not ready. Based on our pass experience our luggage cannot be kept in the hotel before check-in.

• Norlindah (4/5): Disappointing - Location was good. Its near to the malls and also custom. Toilet dirty and had a foul smell. Tv has no channels except for youtube. We change the room that was reserved for us because of the toilet. The 2nd room they give us also had the same problem.

• Sie (7/5): Great weekend stay at Suasana - Location n cleanliness The sound proving was not good. Noise were quite loud throughout the night when neighbours flush or shower
• Clement (5/5): Disappointed. - Good location Room is stuffy. Toilet is always smelly . Toilet paper looks dirty. Found 6 cockroaches (2 inside the fridge) over 2 nights 3 days stay. Microwave oven was super dirty. So grouse.

The numbers are very small. It's not easy to open as I need some one to help.before this was very good . I stay in more often. Pass few times. I was not happy with the stay.hope it will be better.even the tv channel not much.to see.hope it's get better.thank you

• Yeo (8/5): Perfect location close to CIQ. Cleanliness could be better but good enough for a short stay. - Location is perfect as it was just next to CIQ / KOMTAR / City Square which was what I needed. Place is spacious for 2 person but cleanliness could be better. However host was responsive and kind enough to help keep luggage before check in and after check out which helped alot. Perfect place if looking for a place to stay for a couple of days near CIQ.
