• Farhanin (10/5): - Basic utilities are provided . The rooms are spacious with all the three rooms having a large bed. The sofa is not like a sofa - not comfortable to sit since it's an old sofa. The mattresses and pillow are not comfortable to use - pillow too lembik and mattress were old. Melengkung already .
• Eric (10/5): Great location - The location is super near the two top chilli crab places in Bukit Indah, Tian Lai (Opposite), and Yi Jia (just outside the entrance). The Wednesday night market is also within walking distance. NA

• Christine (5/5): Passable - The guard are good, call for help, arrive just a while. The house look old and dirty, not same with picture attached. The aircond in the big room not cool. The toilet dirty and the wall too.
• Arif (3/5): Poor - Have kitchen & stove to cook Wifi a bit slow , the beds are small and not real queen size ,a bit dusty around the house ,stuck sliding door for the corridor , access card have problems which can't touch to access the door ,the sofa bed are worst ever

• Karen (5/5): Passable, could be so much better - The location was convenient and the parking was right next to the lift. The property has attentive security and the pool and playground were well maintained. There was a distinct odour in the property, probably from pungent foods being cooked there over a long period of time. There was also a huge COCKROACH lurking in the kitchen, a hole in the ceiling of one of the bathrooms, and we couldn’t get the wifi to work (though staff were responsive and sent someone over very quickly. Unfortunately the problem couldn’t be resolved). Some of us found it very hard to get to sleep that night.

The unkeeping and maintenance of the unit is very very poor!  *All the furniture are in very bad conditions let alone there are old.  *Refrigerator not working properly, whatever put in will soon become ice.  *One of the window can't close due to the lock was spoiled.  *Fans a lot of dust.  *There were rubbish didn't threw away caused the yard smelly when I checked in.  *Chair and sofa sink in when sit, this should have changed long time ago. * Toilet ceiling full of water leakage marks. " Toilet paper not enough for 10days 5 person use, got to request more. It doesn't not worth the money! Bedsheets not changed to clean,cigarette burnt holes on sheets,units reeks of cigarette smells, toilets not cleaned got pee stains & smell, didn’t provide extra toilet rolls for longer stays,kitchen mats have smells not changed.

• Dheeraj (4/5): Disappointing - overall apartment space is good, parking, location is good too. there r below points, owner has to do something ASAP - - PLEASE use toilet spray instead of just normal pipe. it wouldnt cost more than RM 20 per spray. much needed. - pls change whole bed, bedsheet, and blanket, need to change whole set. - there were no fry pan in the apartment for families. - Pillow needs to change.
