- Kathryn (6/5): We enjoyed our stay apart from the hassle it took to get the keys to the apartment and the smell in the hallway needs to - The pool/spa and entertainment area was really nice The unit was very roomy. Good kitchen facilities and washing machine and dryer There was a terrible smell in the hallway, it was so bad it made us feel sick every time we got out of the lift There was a big dog next door that barked if we went out on the patio. We didn’t feel safe when we walked around outside of hotel.

- Golf_traveler1306 (6/5): Lage Aussicht wunderbar, Service und Ansprechpartner unterirdisch - Die Lage war für unsere Pläne super, die Aussicht aus dem 18. Stock ist ebenfalls wunderbar. Durch die Küche hat man die Möglichkeit zuhause zu kochen. Alles andere steht weiter unten. Die Kommunikation sowie die Übergabe des Hotelcards war extrem anstrengend und nervenaufreibend. Kurz vor der Anreise erhielt ich die Info, dass wir nicht an unserem gebuchten Anreisetag einchecken können, sondern erst einen Tag später. Angeblich waren Bauarbeiten am Gebäude, was eine glatte Lüge war. Das Apartment wurde m.E. selbst genutzt oder es wurde eine andere Buchung versäumt und wir mussten darunter leiden. Es wurde auch erst am Anreisetag sauber gemacht, Geschirr lag noch in der Spülmaschine etc... Auch, musste ich meinem Geld für die erste Nacht hinterherrennen und täglich daran erinnern das zu überweisen. Alles in allem eine tolle Customer Experience

- QIANHAO (7/5): It was a good stay there in LA. - The property is in downtown LA, which is very convenient to anywhere. Two blocks within 5 minutes with a whole food market and you can buy most of the stuff there. We chose there because it is very near the LA Convention Center, about a 10-15 minute walk, and Crypto... The beds are big and one room with a balcony which allows you to have a very wide view of the city. You can even see the rooftop movie just sitting on the deck chair. 1. The check-in process!!! This drives me crazy cause they contact you only before the hours when you arrive. I keep contacting them because some clients complain the actual property address does not match and just wanna figure out how far it is. Fortunately, the actual address is only 10 minutes around on foot. 2. One of the two lights in the public bathroom is sometimes on sometimes off... I told the engineer guy and never came back to repair it. 3. Late response by text, better call directly.

Le nom de l établissement Luxury Highrise Living Downtown LA résume bien le contexte général de l endroit.Le stationnement intérieur sécuritaire est apprécié et important. L appartement était bien isolé , détail important car toutes les autres chambres semblaient être en plein party. La piscine, le terrain de basket-ball exceptionnel et le cinéma extérieur chaque soir en font un oasis de bonheur. L itinérance est un problème super majeur à LA et l hôtel est au centre de tout cela. L inconfort est présent le jour et total le soir. Le stationnement intérieur sécuritaire est important, nous l avons dit car le stationnement extérieur tout en face s est fait attaquer plusieurs soirs lors de notre vacance. L hôtel est de haut standing; la chambre beaucoup moins, elle a un besoin urgent de rénovation.plomberie déficiente, armoires brisées, tiroir absent, dégâts d eau très visibles et il faut ajouter la propreté qui est limite ce qui n est pas acceptable.Nous sommes restés dix jours et nous devrions y retourner mais bien conscient des qualités et des défauts de la place.

- Jørn (9/5): - Great placement in Downtown LA. The Hotel consist of large well equipped suites. The pool and especially the gym was amazing. The hotel also offered outdoor cinema for its guests. The check in routine was not the best.
