• David (10/5): Was really great the girls really liked it had great time - Was really nice place easy to get to Nothing it was great but if it was my place I would add some ceiling fans in the room otherwise great place

• Melanie (8/5): Excellent location, walking distance to the beach and great gym close by very nice neighborhood too. - We made our own BF and the Kitchen facilities were very good. One of my sons found the fan to be inadequate at night time, however he is renound for feeling the heat.

• Robert (7/5): Great location! - Location is perfect, walking distance to the beach and Santa Monica Pier. Easy access to Hollywood, nice neighbourhood. Contact with the owner is fast and perfect. A pity that the unit is a bit run down, which really is a pity considering location and access.

• SPocalun (10/5): Very nice apartment. Perfect for 5 people. - Very good localisation - 5-10mins walk to Santa Monica/Venice beach entrance. Perfect contact with owner. Dedicated parking spot in underground paring. Overall we had what we needed for a 5 p. family.

• Janet (1/5): Location great property disgusting - The only good thing about this property was the location From the moment we walked in the door. We had issues with Internet as well as the TV. The whole property is very dirty and ducted heating is very noisy and needs a really good clean. There were light globes that didn’t work in both bathrooms. I know I might be sounding petty but I paid $2600AUD for this apartment for 5 night left a night earlier once we seen cockroaches and it was absolutely disgusting. There were cockroaches in the downstairs bathroom as well as a hell of a lot of dirt everywhere kitchen was absolutely filthy with sticky benches as well as cupboards and very dusty. I understand that yes there was fires in the area but does not count for the amount of dust that has been in the property.

Lots of good bars and restaurants in walking distance. TV didn't have access to the channels needed to watch sports games. Smart TV didn't have app needed to stream either (YoutubeTV for example) so we tried to cast it from a phone and the TV wasn't able to keep up (kept freezing).
• Glenn (10/5): We had an amazing time! - Very spacious, loved having 2 bathrooms! The kitchen was well equipped and the beds were all comfortable. Plenty of high quality towels were readily available as well.

Responsive owners Front door lock took some time to work out - auto lock worked if you really pull the door closed. Could have used some complimentary coffee and creamer

Good location to enjoy Santa Monica and easy to access Los Angeles. The kitchen and utensils were not very clean, nothing that was too disruptive. But we had to sanitize it.

Most essentials provided in kitchen to cook and eat meals - quality hygiene products provided as well. Also, great communication from FJ before arriving. Would definitely stay again! TV didn't work, kept freezing and crashing. And the place could definitely use a deep clean - the kitchen in particular. Beds definitely seem old and uncomfortable, but worked fine for a place to rest our heads while traveling.

• Herwig (8/5): Nice large apartment with plenty room - Many rooms available, kitchen and 2 bathrooms was very convenient Some furniture and rooms look run down (e.g. bathroom wall, desk and chairs, but this is a matter of compromise between largeness and price-performance. Sometimes the Ara bird from neighbours is annoying (in the morning).

• Pauline (8/5): great unit for families, essentially 3 bedr and 2 baths. Recommended - 15 min walk to beach safe clean neighbourhood unit has plenty space for family, bonus 2 bathrooms. Good sleeping/ bed options plenty shampoo, body wash and moisturiser provided. kitchen well equipped washing machine and dryer in basement and required many coins. Being foreign travellers and user of card payments, it was inconvenient to get 10 quarter coins for a load of washing and dyer Could do with a clothes airer rack or clothes line in back patio area We had no car, so walking to nearest supermarket was 15-20 mins oneway
