• Brandi (2/5): Please let guest know that there is only ONE working television in the entire home. - The place was relatively clean and very nice to come back too! The host did not provide the entry code on time. We also booked this two bedroom unit because we needed TWO working tv’s. The tv in the front living room DOES NOT WORK!!! You cannot pull up any apps to watch and it barely turns on!!! FYI If you are traveling with family this is not the best place to rent. There is NOT a tv in the second bedroom and the internet connection in the master bedroom is scared and runs slows. I suggest booking another location if you are on vacation and looking for leisure.
• Valerie (5/5): Gorgeous apartment let down by poor building maintenance and cleaning however, great jacuzzi and facility. - Loved the property especially the jacuzzi. Incinerator had brown smelly gunk come up. Was not fixed until next day. Can opener broke, only 2 pots, curly black hair left on the corner of the bath so unit wasn’t cleaned properly. Gate codes weren’t working sometimes.
• Nathan (5/5): Passable - Location Our apartment was dirty. The toilets and sinks still had grime and dust all over them. The rubbish bin was dirty, the floor still had crumbs on it and our feet were covered in black from walking on the dirty floors. There wasn’t enough towels for 5 of us. We arrived to only three and didn’t get another one until the next day. We had traveled from New Zealand and were desperate for a shower so we all had to share. We ended up buying more towels for the rest of the stay as they only provided one more. Communication had to be done via email which isn’t ideal.
• Zaitchik (1/5): A Horrible Experience – Absolutely Nothing Like the Photos - The location. I cannot express how disappointed and frustrated I am with this property. First, upon arrival, we were immediately faced with a power outage that left us without electricity and heating, making the apartment unbearably cold. We had to wait until the next morning to get any communication from the owner, which was incredibly frustrating and unprofessional. The biggest issue, however, was the state of the apartment. The bathroom was completely filthy and had visible moisture and signs of mold – definitely not the clean, welcoming space depicted in the photos. The toilet was unclean, the dishes were dirty like they were used and not clean after with traces of food and also, food was left in the dishwasher, which only added to the overall unsanitary feeling. It was evident that the apartment had not been cleaned properly before our arrival. The apartment also looked nothing like the pictures online. The images showed a clean, well-maintained space, but in reality, it was in poor condition, with stains and dirt everywhere. The photos were misleading and did not reflect the actual state of the property, which made the entire situation even more frustrating. As a family with young children, we felt unsafe and uncomfortable staying in these conditions. When I reached out to the owner, I was told that cleaning staff would not be available until several days later, which was simply unacceptable. I had no choice but to book another hotel, incurring additional costs for accommodations, because staying in this apartment was not an option. To make matters worse, the owner refused to take any responsibility or offer compensation for the dreadful experience. I am extremely disappointed with the lack of professionalism and the false advertising. I strongly advise anyone considering booking this property to stay away. It’s unclean, unsafe, and in no way resembles the listing photos. You will be left disappointed and frustrated, just like I was.
• Lori (9/5): Superb!!! Just what a relaxing vacation visiting family should be!!! - I loved everything about the property. It was peaceful private and quiet. Just what a relaxing vacation needs to be. The location was perfect and everything I needed was within “reach” especially for LA. It was cold at night and the thermostat needed fixing to adjust which was not a terrible issue.
• Rosemarie (8/5): Very good - Good location near shops, restaurants and a grocery store. Nice to have a washer and dryer in the condo. Good to have 2 bed/2 bath. There was no coffee, no soap, no shampoo. It also lacked fresh towels and very little toilet paper. The kitchen cabinet is full of old expired cans, spices etc. The pots and pans were old. The toaster doesn't work properly. The dining table was wiggly. The patio door on the balcony does not lock. It's awkward to get to the pool. The code for the pool didn't work close to 10pm when we wanted to check it out.

• Lasich (9/5): Great hosts and unit - Hosts provided clear instructions and guidance. Great location. Easy parking and access to the unit. Pool and spa were wonderful. Clean and spacious unit. They provided an air mattress and a rollaway bed. The beds and pillows were comfortable, and there were plenty of sheets and just enough blankets. WiFi signal was strong and provided plenty of bandwidth. A bookshelf in the main area was very rickety, and it was located in a spot that made it susceptible to being bumped into when the hide-a-bed was pulled out. The spring mattress of the hide-a-bed was terrible, but luckily, a foam mattress for it was in the closet. Some of the towels and sheets hadn't been washed, so we did a load of laundry on day one. The TV remote in the living room had to be aimed just right to work correctly.
• Ivan (7/5): Good enough. I think the hosts just need a bit of hospitality training. - Spacious apartment in a good location. Telephone conversations with LA Host were helpful and courteous. Access turned out to be much easier than suggested from reading the welcome instructions. Beware of fees not posted obviously with Booking.com. Written instructions from host remarkably abrasive. They must have had problems in the past and now treat clients as guilty until proven innocent. It makes you feel like you are sneaking into an unapproved unit.
• Ahmed (1/5): Do not recommend. - The location was the only good thing 1. The place was missing a lot of amenities. 2. Host is not very responsive. 3. The kitchenware is pretty dirty 4. There were only a few used sponges for washing the dishes. No new ones. 5. The sink is weird as the water does not flow through - it stops. 6. The single bed and the sofa bed did not have any blankets. I had to write to the host several times before 1x blanket was given. We had to improvise regarding the other blanket. I texted the host and did not get any response. 7. We tried calling the number at least 5 times and no answer. 8. We were 5 guys but it is not meant for a 5 person apartment. The single bed and sofa bed was quite bad to sleep in. 9. I would not recommend this place.

• Rose (7/5): I would say this place was not as pictured. Looks much different in person. - This property location was great and close to all the places we wanted to see. However, it had some needed repairs. Nothing was outstanding but it was a descent place to stay at. I would be at a hotel since the checkin was late in the day and check out was too early. So I felt like we paid close to the cost of a nice hotel. Entrance was outside like a motel type place. Nothing special.

• Brian (8/5): Very good - The apartment is in a great location. It was exactly what we were looking for, with 2 bedrooms for 2 people. The place was mostly clean but I could tell that the cleaners were rushed as food was left on the stove and the dryer had sheets in it. I let the owner know, and he couldn't have been nicer about it. Really nice unit, did smell like bleach when we first arrived. Both beds very comfortable! Worst thing was the chekin process, asking me to send a copy of my ID beforehand. I didn't want to do that, and he was able to work with me (let me show it to him on the camera on the front door). Made me feel like this was a condo that's not supposed to be rented (the list of rules was long... including "don't tell people where you are staying." I didn't mind keeping to myself, but it does make you feel less than welcome on the property. Host is incredibly nice, and I know he was just protecting the place. It was a minor inconvenience, overall, and the one small thing we didn't like. (Didn't provide soap, but did have shampoo and conditioner)
