- Joseph (10/5): Looking forward to return yet another time - We like apartment Anna a lot: It is clean, has an extra bedroom and a comfortable bathroom with bath and shower, has an efficiently organized well-stocked kitchen and cleaning equipment for longer stays, as well a drying rack to dry our clothes and towels upon return from the Alpentherme or Felsentherme. We enjoy the sunshine in the early morning followed by the shadow for the remainder of the day, which keeps the apartment cool and makes sitting at the balcony a pleasure. Several hikes start close to this apartment, we often hike into the Koetschach valley or to Bad Hofgastein via the Gasteiner Hoehenweg. At a 100 meters distance there is a bus stop and -- with the almost free Guest Mobility Ticket -- all Salzburg state bus and train rides are for free, upon scan of a QR code. We even traveled to Salzburg for free by intercity train (the conductor scans the QR code) and back by German ICE, which saved us the costs of a highway vignette, the driving itself, and the costs of parking and busses in Salzburg. Many times we left our car parked on the appartments' building spacious parking place and visited the local valleys and cable lifts by bus. We stayed several times in this apartment and each time look forward to return. Nothing

- Gordana (1/5): Everything was beautiful outside the apartment, but inside very, very dirty. - After 8 hours of driving, on arrival we had to drive 5 more miles to collect the key. The floor in the kitchen was sticky and disgusting, so I washed it because I couldn't stand it sticking to my slippers. There was peanut under the kitchen cabinet. In the room, there were crumbs on the carpet next to the bed, as well as on the bed, which had not been made when we arrived, but the sheets had been thrown on the bedside tables. The faucet on the bathroom sink was dirty with soapy water. In short, very dirty everywhere. Not to mention the smell of onions that was overwhelming the entire apartment. We aired it finally, in these few days and left it cleaner then it was (because we are used to stay in clean). Before departure we received the note of host: "make sure that you leave the apartment well swept upon your departure. The existing inventory, particularly the kitchen facilities and utensils must be clean and tidy. Deposit the garbage in the containers provided across the parking lot in front of the apartment house. The final cleaning will be completed by a cleansing team." Unbelievable!!
