• Agnes (5/5): All would be good if not because of the lifts performance. It's truly painstaking. - Cozy n homey feel. Good for family. The lifts are too slow and not user friebdly at all. We have to walk down from 31st floor wuth our luggages as the lifts did not stop at our floor . We waited forr almost 30 mins.

Cleanliness I would rate it 3 out of 4, below 🛏️ is super dusty like didn't really clean at all and cigarette butts thrown into plant pot on the balcony. that's all I can say, other than that all good

Some extra information on the 2nd and 3rd bathroom would have been better. - The location was ideal for us and there was plenty of living space in the apartment. The washing machine and dryer were good to have. We expected that the 3 bathrooms to be ensuites so disappointed that only 1 bathroom was an ensuite. The third bathroom was far too small to use as a shower. Access via a single lift was sometimes annoying as we had some lengthy waits. Maybe this is just a consequence of being on the 36th floor. Payment method for the security deposit was difficult as I don't have touch&go. I had to find an ATM and deposit the cash. Providing bank details would have made this process better.

But cleanliness is exceptional, namely the balcony floor seems mopped after per customer. Open balcony, yet the floor is dust free. Bed and pillows are superb. Lastly, it comes with toothbrush 🪥. What more can we ask for. Awesome communication too. Bathroom basin seems leaking beneath. Maybe can do a check if it's true. Cheers

Highly recommended. Perhaps the sofa needs to change. A bit sunken. As what other feedback. Going up and down the apartment is very challenging.

• Hnin (10/5): Highly recommend - This is my third time staying in the same unit, and I can confidently say it always feels like a home away from home. The room is consistently clean, well-maintained, and comfortable — perfect for a relaxing stay. The owner is incredibly supportive and provides such kind hospitality, making each visit smooth and pleasant. It’s rare to find someone so attentive and thoughtful! KSL City Mall is a fantastic location, and having such a reliable and cozy place to stay makes my trips even better. I’ll definitely be booking the same room again for my future visits. One small downside is that the condo lifts can be crowded and a bit slow, especially during peak hours — but it’s manageable and doesn’t take away from the overall positive experience.

The room was beautifully appointed and had all the amenities we needed with the cleanliness and comfortability. The location is fantastic too with a shopping mall just downstairs within walking distance which is very convenient. Everything was absolutely great, I really enjoyed it.

There were specks of remains on the toilet bowl bidet. More thorough cleaning should be done for the toilet bowl. Like what others have mentioned, the lift was really slow and old.

• Lim (6/5): I did my shopping without rush. That’s my reason for being there in the first place. It was good. - The fridge was already switched on so I could keep my chilled items with no worries of it going bad. I like that I could unload my shopping, relaxed with a glass of wine, and then go back to shopping again. The key card for the door could not activate the life to the required floor. Lucky for me a man entered the lift to go up to the floor above mine, so I walked down a flight of stairs. I was glad that I had not returned the parking key card, so I used that key card, the next time I went out. The balcony was facing the opposite block so it didn’t have a good view. I felt that, if I had sat at the balcony i’ll be watching people in their houses, like a busybody 😂. So I didn’t do that.😅

Smooth check in & out, and the host was very responsive. Just beside KSL so it's very convenient. Walking distance to Pharmacy, restaurant, hawker stall and mall. It was the perfect place to bring the kids, Highly recommended.

• Cheong (8/5): Very good - Location and ease of checking in. Although have to pay a deposit of RM100 which is refundable. The poor maintenance of the place and dinosaur swim requires additional charge of RM20/ pax. The wait for the lift is terrible coz it’s on high floor.
