• Viniss (4/5): Not worth the price i would say - 1.Parking is FOC 2.Guard able to speak english and willing to help 3.Late check out is only 15/hour 4.Responsive host 5.Room is clean 1. The key collection is just a bad experience. You need to wait for the door guard (not the building guard as she is not wearing uniform) to be there so that you can enter the mail box area to collect the key 2. The parking is just so far away from the tower B and you need to bring your luggage all the way to there which is super not convenient + the day i arrived is raining, it even more worst 3. The lightning in the room keep blinking due to malfunction + the socket cover is broken in the bedroom area (mirror there) 4. TV doesnt have tv box 5. Bed is not comfy 6. Construction is on-going just opposite of your view, once you open the curtain then you will see, and yes, the noisy is there

• 鳳🐳 (7/5): room can stay, but the host maybe can be more alert - the room comfort, large space like the design of room I think the host already forgot my booking, cause he doesn't send me the information before the check-in date or that day, wanna call him to remind him and dun have the road instruction, i mean video to the block we stay, just have a picture of how to get to the condo. and dunno the way to the mail room get the key I think the host can be more professional and give more video or instruction, cause no all the traveler is from Johor, more is outstation. Me and my friend carry the heavy luggage and ask around just to take the key, and we dunno where the parking is near our block, so tired.

• Lau (10/5): Accurate pictures of apartment, enjoyed our stay - The fact that the pictures were really accurate. The owner was really prompt in replying too. We checked the apartment too, it was very clean in our opinion. Lobby which was dirty, obviously not the owner's jurisdiction. Then again, almost every condo in Malaysia don't have good facilities management to begin with. If possible do provide with shampoo too!

• Nik (5/5): It’s ok lah but not that ok. Get it? - The owner was really kind and he even replied my text at 1 am even tho I didn’t expect for him to reply that time. The house was clean it’s the same like macam mana dalam gmbr. Tandas sofa and tempat tidur. When first2 check in bilik dia bau masam sikit like bau mop dia I rasa so that was a little bit uncomfortable. Second is the parking. You are only allowed to park at the white and yellow line tapi malam tu keluar gi makan end up takde langsung tempat parking dari luar hingga ke dalam. So terpaksa park tmpt merah.

Booked this for an escape to finish my assignment and feel at ease til manage to complete my work peacefully. good service as I came alone and need to do self checkin, i feel safe here. definitely will repeat to stay here and this will be my go-to whenever i need an escape. thankyou!
