The Hand shower and jet was broken.The amenities were very basic. Much better options were available at that price at the time of booking.

- Siti (7/5): Good location for short family stay - The guards of the building are helpful and courteous. There is a dedicated parking lot for 1 car. The keys have to be collected at a nearby small sundry shop manned by foreign workers. Do not reflect professionalism and makes the whole process unsystematic. The kitchen cabinet reeks of cockroach smell although there is none. The mattress quite hard and pillows lumpy. Cleanliness can be improved as it is not as per hotel standard.

The apartment was a bit dirty. The plates and cutlery were used previously and wasn't washed carefully. The bathroom was also a bit dirty, there were stains on the floor.

- Goo (7/5): good design but under poor uha management team. should change management company. - very good interior design but under poor Uha management. 1. Water heater is not functioning in one of the bathrooms, while the management did not bother about this issue. 2. Wall sockets for washing machine, microwave and kettle was not functioning. The uha management provide extension wires which is loosen one and made me go out buy a skru driver to tighten it. Wasting my precious leisure time. 3. Big hole (eye sores) at one of bedrooms which still persist during my previous stay a month ago.

- Mymesra (7/5): Setia 88 is a great place for family and friends - Setia 88 managed by Setia was very well maintained. Facilities was easily accessible and guards were friendly. However, this condo run by UHA provides a bare unit. No drinking water or coffee or laundry detergent. Check in and out also very strict at 3pm and 11am respectively. Security deposit of RM200was also relative to other management company. Overall, was happy with Setia88. Strict check in and out time. High security deposit.

- Ernest (3/5): My experience at Setia Sky 88 (Aug 2022) was terrifying 🙁 - The host is very responsive and able to provide upon my request. The price is reasonable but just areas needed to be rectified. Location wasn't the best for the price point, Fair enough. Cleanliness. There are cockroach nymphs infestation during my stay at the hotel/apartment. I wasn't able to sleep well due the creepy crawlies around me. 😔
