- amyahnsg (10/5): Overall, very satisfying experience and will return again next time. - Check in process was smooth. Communication with the Host was really easy and prompt. The facility was exactly as the pictures shown on the website. Seven Eleven convenient store at the basement was a plus! Location was also very nice - right next to Amari hotel and across KOMTAC mall. Not sure if there was construction going on at upper floor but there were multiple incidents of loud noise of heavy things falling from higher floor.

- Dee (3/5): Disappointing - Location Poor customer care: Checked in at 6pm. Air con in the main hall was not working with blinking orange lights, and made motorcycle sounds. We asked to cancel and refund room so that we could eat and rest up for the night. However, they told us to wait till their repaired it— we waited and watched them try to fix it from 7-8pm. Customer service was responsive yet unwilling: staff delaying our requests for cancellation, insisting that they wait till the repair is done without considering experience and welfare of customers. Turns out the air con is spoilt and it could not be fixed. We called them numerous times to ask for a resolution, but only after 2 hours at 9.20pm did they finally confirm that they could cancel and refund the second night. It was an unpleasant check-in and first night where we had to watch them do maintenance and fixing, during the time we should be resting. It was noisy and not very hygienic. No compensation given. Overall low maintenance: the toilet cabinets were broken and the raw wood attracted insects. I spotted a silver fish. Quite disturbing.

Our bad. - Like the house interiors and designs All is good just that the day I went there is no electricity from 9am until 12pm that was our only day we took and we didn’t use up any electricity we was there without using aircond tv washing machine even boiled water which we felt so wasted..but atleast the owner could take a responsibility to release partial refund but he did only 10% which is not satisfied.

Bilik yang bersih dan katil yang selesa, bilik yg lengkap penghawa dingin dan kipas. Tandas bersih, besar, lengkap utiliti dan air yg bertekanan laju. Ruang dapur besar dengan kelengkapannya, mempunyai meja makan bersambung ke ruang tamu yang luas. Internet laju, televisyen lengkap dengan netflix dll. Apartment dilengkapi komuniti kolam renang yang luas dan mewah di bahagian atap bangunan, mempunyai kolam renang anak kecil, bersebelahan cafe untuk makan pagi,tengah hari dan malam. Bilik gymnasium juga lengkap bersebelahan laundy berbayar. Apartment juga berdekatan dan akses mudah ke Komtar dll. Apartment tiada mesin basuh baju dan pengering, parking juga berbayar RM3/2 Setiap jam.

- John (10/5): Stay Smart: Cool, Safe & Super Convenient for Families - This was the perfect place for a family stay; cool, clean, and super convenient. Located right next to the checkpoint and just opposite the mall, it made everything incredibly accessible. KSL was only 5 minutes away, which was great for shopping and food options. The unit had everything we needed, from a well-equipped kitchen to comfortable beds, and the whole property felt safe and secure. A great choice for anyone crossing over with family and looking for comfort and convenience! All very good

I love the scenery from the window at living room. The host is also helping me well with the check-in & check out procedure. It was great In booking system the check out time is supposed to be on 12pm, turnsout the host said check out on 11am .

Unit is different from booking pictures, the apartment including furnitures are very basic, cheap and worn out. More towels incl hand towels and kitchen towels are needed. Drying rack for clothes are needed too, otherwise what's the point of a washing machine.

Bedroom tv very lag. Only 1 pillow per pax was given. Pillow is very soft and flat. Lacking toiletries Shower no place to hang towel, put soap bottle. No tissues Bath towel has a weird smell Main tv has an automated voice to narrate whatever you pressed. Very annoying. Main door cannot lock properly at times. Had to leave airbnb with unlocked door as it the electonic lock doesnt auto lock. Room lacking socket. Had to use extension cable. Hair dryer attachment broken, always falling off. Bedroom cabinet door has loud creaking noise, even when closed. Sofa is very dirty and stained. Small bedroom dressing table.

- Yvonne (9/5): Spacious 2 bedroom unit in a modern bldg and excellent location - - excellent location close to ciq, komtar, city square, surrounded by shops and eateries - spacious unit, very comfortable for a family of 5 - AC and water pressure all very good Areas for improvement: - provide more towels incl hand towels and kitchen towels - proper bathmats. The bathrooms are very spacious but a tea towel size, thin bath mat doesn't cut it for 5pax - drying rack for clothes. Otherwise what's the point of a washing machine - pls fix the wear and tear of an otherwise very good unit eg bathroom cupboards peeling, showers need proper door otherwise water goes everywhere
- Keith (6/5): Nice apartment. - Location is excellent, facilities well above average. Value for money is arguable but it was close to Malls and CIQ. Although directions through Maps was misleading. There was a much shorter route. Check in experience was confusing and a little difficult. Having been informed that a 24 hr reception was available it was found out, after booking and paying, that this was not true. The apartments have a reception but it did not serve the apartment we booked. This was like an Airbnb set up. We were contacted through Booking.com that we had to have the WeChat app to receive instructions. This was a problem. We had to download it and because we didn't have a data plan in Singapore or Malaysia we had difficulty receiving check in instructions. This involved a mail box, a combination code a key and lift card. Many things could have gone wrong and we would not heve been able to get assistance. Luckily we were able to get assistance from a stranger who offered us their 'hot spot', so we could confirm directions and instructions once we had cleared CIQ. Check in process was untrue and misleading after we had booked and paid.See above.

- Victor (4/5): Not value for money staying. - The living room wallpaper was torn, the sofa seat cushion was sagging, and its armrest was loose. Additionally, both toilet cabinets were broken and damaged, the shower window films were poorly installed, and the wooden floor was peeling off.

- Faten (6/5): So-so as we just spent a night there to recharge after a day’s shopping. We wouldn’t stay there more than a day. - It is near to malls and reataurant. Easy parking. Three out of four lifts were out of service so it took a long time to go up or down. The bathrooms have black molds. There no mirrors in one of the bedroom.
- Haron (1/5): No service recovery from property management when all 4 service lifts were down to all 36 levels. - Good location between 2 popular malls I.e..komtar and jb city square. I was not able to access and enter the accommodation. I was not informed earlier before my visit that the 4 services lifts were down and inaccessible to all 36 levels as of 13 June 2024. Only emergency fire lift was operational while this lift did not serve carpark level lift as there were long que at floor level for the residences, contractors who needs to service the down lifts and also other guests. The service recovery was not satisfactory as there were no updates after requesting to further check my feedback about the inaccessibility to my accommodation at level 19. No refund was communicated properly.
