• Karin (8/5): - Excellent location, close to canals, boardwalk and direct bus to Santa Monica and Downtown LA. Very quiet and safe. I had the studio apartment which was perfect for one person. Everything was clean, the bed comfortable, enough toilet paper and garbage bags were provided (I always find it annoying when I have to buy these things). The only downside is that the fridge is on the smaller side and the next affordable supermarket is not right around the corner, so managing food supplies can be a bit challenging without a car.

Rustige buurt om te slapen. Voldoende handdoeken ook. Afwasmiddel, etc... Goede airco, propere kamer en badkamer. Geen schimmel. TV met netflix. WIFI Gratis parking, let wel op dat je auto niet groter is als een normale auto. SUV kan daar niet parkeren. Inkijkraam was vlak aan inkom. Kamers zijn niet geluidsdicht, mensen boven ons hoorde we wandelen en praten.

The apartment is very well equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay, and the beds were extremely comfortable. Everything was clean, convenient, and thoughtfully arranged. Everything was perfect, we would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it!
• gpape (9/5): Great beach getwaway in LA - Great location, super clean and spacious. It made the LA trip a true and comfortable beach getaway. Just 7 mins on foot from Venice beach. Communication with host was very efficient and they were ready to support when needed. Check in super easy, clear instructions sent in advance. The flat came with an iron, many extra towels, including beach towels which was a very nice touch. Nothing, everything was great. A nespresso machine would be nice but appreciate in the US people mostly drink filter coffee (there was a filter coffee machine).

Avendo cercato alloggio con posto auto annesso ho dovuto cercare un parcheggio che fosse aperto h24 e pagarlo profumatamente. Si può parcheggiare anche sulla strada, ma essendo la prima volta che mi succede, i cartelli non erano ben capibili. Per il resto tutto ok.

• Salvatore (8/5): Dispute a few minor issues our stay was very comfortable and met our needs for the purpose of our stay - The location to the beach and canal areas was great. It was clean and well presented Off street parking was a plus As we had children with us it was hard to cook with limited utensils and cooking equipment. Also no basic condiments supplied eg pepper, salt, sugar just little packets from restaurants. Ventilation when cooking toast would have helped as the toaster dry off the fire alarms. TV in bedroom did not work. Code for courtyard gate did not work for dealing with rubbish

• Emma (10/5): A fabulous homely apartment - Gorgeous apartment with everything you need for a comfortable stay. Area is quiet so was perfect for a relaxing sleep after days of sightseeing. Absolutely nothing. A fabulous stay. Parking was a tight squeeze for our Mustang but plenty of street parking should you struggle with a bigger car.
• Angel (10/5): - Me gustó que tenía aparcamiento que creo que es un plus en Los Ángeles, la cercanía que tenía con Venice beach, para mí la mejor zona de la ciudad y en cuanto al apartamento es pequeño pero muy limpio y con una cama enorme. El precio al final es elevado, pero es que si lo comparas con lo demás en Los Ángeles todo es asi.. así que, está bien.
• Emanuel (8/5): good location, clean, but you shouldn't have high expectations, especially those coming from Europe. - They have spot for parking, is a good location close to Venice. if you encounter a problem the owners are very prompt. they also gave me a room upgrade, they were very nice about it the toilet wasn't working, someone came and improvised something... everything a bit old, furniture... but the location is very good.

• Maria (10/5): - Waren bereits das 2. Mal in dieser Unterkunft, wieder problemloser Check-in mit Code. Die Lage ist wirklich super, man ist in wenigen Minuten am Strand und in den Venice Canals. Das Zimmer war sauber und diesmal (im 1. Stock) sehr hell, das Bett sehr bequem und die Ausstattung mehr als ausreichend (Kaffeemaschine, Bügeleisen, Geschirr, Besteck, Föhn und sogar ein Glätteisen…). Wir kommen gerne wieder! Die Wände sind etwas hellhörig, auch Straßenlärm ist zu hören. Aber damit muss man in Los Angeles rechnen.

• christine (7/5): Nicely near the beach and the canals… - Die Nähe zu Strand war sehr praktisch… das war auch der Grund weshalb wir diese Unterkunft gebucht hatten. Es war ein kleines Apartment mit Schlafzimmer (Doppelbett) und anschließendem Badezimmer. Deshalb nur mit Kindern oder guten Freunden Buchner - man muss immer durch Schlafzimmer um ins Bad zu gelangen. Das Wohnzimmer hatte einen großen Doppelbett (140cm?) in der Wand zu herausklappen. Für die 7 T. war kein Housekeeping vorgesehen, hätte man organisieren müssen. Neue Handtücher gab es auf Nachfrage. Diese waren zum Teil mit Microfasern - sehr unangenehm. Es habe ein 20g. Rübchen Duschgel und Bodylotion - das was man eigentlich für 1 Übernachtung benötigt, vorallem wenn man zu dritt ist. Wir haben das nötigste dann gekauft. In der Küche waren die Utensilien nicht so ergiebig. Ein großer Topf für Pasta habe es nicht und kein Sieb, im Grunde genommen sehr wenig - das nötigste. Ein sehr stark parfümierter Geruch der Whg störte uns Anfangs, bis wir den Raumduft in der Steckdose entdeckten… Das Reinigungspersonal, das wir vor dem Einchecken und zwischendurch im Außenbereich antrafen war sehr freundlich und warmherzig. Im großen und ganzen war die Unterkunft in Ordnung, aber wir hatten den Eindruck, dass die Gäste nicht wirklich willkommen sind - von Seitens der Gastgeber.

• Olivier (9/5): Super emplacement avec parking gratuit ! - Emplacement fabuleux, dans le canal district. L'extrémité (sud?) de la plage est toute proche, vous pouvez ensuite remonter à pied, vélo, roller... jusqu'à Santa Monica ! Le logement est cozy, bien agencé. Les restaurants et un magasin sont très proches. Nous aurions préféré un logement au RDC avec nos 2 grandes valises... A préciser lors de votre réservation ! La terrasse se trouve entre les appartements, pas d'intimité et pas très accueillante. Nous aurions apprécié un accès à la machine à laver le linge, comme cela se fait dans beaucoup de logements.
• Sebastien (9/5): Parfait pour visiter LA - Appartement très bien situé proche à pied de Venice Beach du quartier historique de Venice Canal et de Santa Monica. Literie très confortable. Endroit très calme et avec une place de parking.

• Dominika (6/5): Bardzo fajne miejsce, ale wymaga drobnych usprawnień. - Czysto, spokojna i bezpieczna okolica, wszystkie wymienione w ofercie udogodnienia pokrywały się z rzeczywistością. Do oceanu spacerkiem około 10 minut. Słabo działające WiFi, co chwilę się zacinało lub przerywało połączenie. Kontakt z gospodarzem był bardzo dobry do momentu przyjazdu i dania znać o zameldowaniu. Mieliśmy problem z hałasem za ścianą, o którym napisaliśmy gospodarzowi poprzez Booking i na WhatsApp, a gospodarz odpisał dopiero po dobie od zgłoszenia. Ogólnie było cicho, ale hałas rezonujący za ścianą nie pozwalał na pełny odpoczynek i dobry sen. Kurki od prysznica ciężko ustawić na właściwą temperaturę wody, a jak już to się uda to samowolnie się zmienia z ciepłej na zimną i z zimnej na ciepłą.
• Lucie (9/5): Super séjour à Venice - La proximité avec le quartier de Venice, l’emplacement de parking gratuit. Le lit était grand. C’était calme, il y avait tout ce qu’il faut, nous avons passé un excellent moment. Le matelas était très mou, on sent l’autre bouger à chaque mouvement. Pensez aussi à prendre un masque de nuit si vous êtes sensible à la lumière car des éclairages sont allumés toute la nuit devant la porte de la chambre ( chambre à l’étage)
• Jeffrey (10/5): This is a fantastic place to call home base for a Venice stay. - Everything was clean. Everything worked from the gate and door codes to the shower and coffee maker. The kitchen was great. I especially liked how the property is close to the beach and it is close to Washington Blvd restaurants and Abbott Kinney. It is more central to the cool places. The bed was comfortable with nice pillows.
• Magdalena (10/5): - Super lokalizacja, dobry kontakt z właścicielem. W trakcie pobytu nie działało oświetlenie na schodach, po naszym zgłoszeniu zostało naprawione ale potem znowu nie działało. Oraz zasugerowałabym zmianę lokalizacji TV :) lepsze miejsce byłoby w sypialni. Nic
• Jakub (7/5): - Apartament całkiem ok, schludny i czysty Po przyjeździe na miejsce okazało się, że kod do drzwi apartamentu, który dostałem od właściciela, nie pasuje. Musieliśmy czekać około dwóch godzin w wieczorem na ulicy, aż uda się do kogoś dodzwonić. Wydaje mi się, że właściciel zapomniał zmienić kodu po poprzednim lokatorze.
• Cel Ine (9/5): Parfait pour une halte de 2/3 jours - Le parking inclus et sécurisé, c’est un box avec bip. Proximité avec Venice Beach - 10 mn à pied des restos et boutiques de Venice. 5 mn des canaux. 7 mn pour un petit dej à la boulangerie Levain. 30 mn en voiture de l’outlet Citadel. Chambre grand, frigo, micro onde. Petite table pour se restaurer. Au calme. Rien.

No chance of communication with the owner or the staff,msg sent several times and no reply,6 nights without housekeeping,not even once linen and towels were replaced. I had to provide myself an adaptor,no usb where to charge mobile phone (they should know about guests from europe have devices 220volts..).

• David (9/5): Ideal spot to access all parts of Venice for a pleasant 3 day rest. - They were prompt to reply to questions and made the check in process very clear. Good communications. Good location, very quiet private neighborhood, just around the corner from the scenic Venice canals and the beach. The apartment is well kitted with kitchen supplies etc. I would have loved to have an electric water kettle.

• PEREZ (8/5): Super Appartement bien agencé, bien équipé et parking facile - Bel Appartement très bien agencé et bien équipé. Possibilité de se garer devant le logement = super Propreté nickel Petite terrasse agréable Communication bonne avec le propriétaire Lave linge et sèche linge ne fonctionnent pas. Forte odeur très désagréable dans l’appartement
