• Piotr (7/5): - Lokalizacja, garaż, bardzo dobrze wyposażona kuchnia Apartament ciemny, właściwie można funkcjonować tylko przy zapalonym świetle. Duży taras, zupełnie niepotrzebny, bo wychodzi na wewnętrzną "studnię" z niewielką ilością dziennego światła. Zresztą na tarasie nie ma żadnych sensownych mebli przy których można usiąść. Pomieszczenia niewielkie, szafy dość duże, ale mało półek na rzeczy, więc nie bardzo można rozpakować walizki. Niewielka przestrzeń dzienna, słabo umeblowana, za mała dla czterech osób. Posiłki można jeść przy kuchennym blacie lub niewielkim wysokim stoliku. Siedzi się na hockerach, które są dobre w barze do wypicia drinka, ale niekoniecznie w domu do zjedzenia śniadania.

• Hayley (1/5): Very disappointed!!!! - DONT BOOK THIS PROPERTY. Upon arriving at the property there were eviction papers in the doorway, we also had someone knocked on the door the following day and serve us eviction papers. This is because the person who has listen the property is illegally renting out the apartment (they are meant for live in residents only). They are also not paying the rent on the property to the landlord. This made for an every uncomfortable stay for us and our 2 children, we didn’t feel safe being in the apartment and having all of our belongings we were traveling with in the apartment. I contacted booking.com to see if we could get a refund and book somewhere else but they sided with the person renting it out so we were stuck there. As well as the eviction papers there is a very large, very loud construction site next door which starts work at 6am each morning which didn’t make for an enjoyable stay.
• Wendy (6/5): Unfortunately we were woken up early everyday - Location We were not told that there was construction going on across the road with works starting around 6.30am daily except Sunday . With loud banging across from our bedroom window plus large external elevators making load noises constantly going up and down from 6.30am. When I rang management , they were not interested and said it was not their concern .

• Maria (7/5): Nice accomodation with kitchen and laundry services it was just unfortunate that it was so noisy. - Good location however not as close to the beach as we were led to believe. Very noisy with construction right across the street which started very early and went through the weekend.
• Judy (7/5): It was a good stay while I worked in Santa Monica but I would look for a new place when I go back. - It was exactly as pictured, except new furniture that wasn’t as nice. It had everything you needed and the location was close to many restaurants. It was right across the street from new construction that started at 6:30am every morning. The AC control was difficult so it was hot in one room and cold in the other. The TV blacked out on one half on our first day but the owners didn’t do anything after I told them.

It's tucked away in a quiet area that's like a sanctuary from the hustle and bustle of LA, giving visitors the best of both worlds – chill out time and exciting escapades. The apartment's location is pretty much the star of the show - it's literally minutes away from the stunning beaches along the coast. You can take a relaxed walk to the famous Venice Beach, with its cool culture and buzzing boardwalk that always has something fun going on. The fact that all this natural beauty is just a walk away is a real bonus and makes the whole stay even better. So, to wrap up, this Santa Monica apartment is a true treasure for anyone visiting LA. Its perfect location, combined with the chilled vibe, makes it a top pick for anyone wanting to soak up the beauty of the California coastline while still being close to city adventures. I'm super excited for my next stay, knowing that I can count on top-notch service and hospitality.

• Anna (10/5): Exceptional - I recently stayed at the apartment and had a wonderful experience. The apartment was clean, spacious, and well-maintained. The location was perfect, with easy access to public transportation and various attractions. The host was also very friendly and accommodating, making the stay even more enjoyable. • Gemma (7/5): Good - I didn't receive an answer to my early check in request so booked a bag storage close by and an airport car to get us there. Found out after arrival it was a different, slightly further apartment. Not ideal after long flight and arrangements made etc, but the apartment itself is great and we appreciated the space.
• Lynn (4/5): This is non refundable and given the problem with the host I would think twice before booking. - Apartment was clean and attractively decorated. Walking distance to Santa Monica pier and restaurants and shopping. Apartment was different than the one I had confirmation for. It was confusing and the host was not helpful in clarifying the change. I spent significant time trying to reach him to understand the change. Then the Keys were not available at the lock box. Host did not answer phone for several calls, required me to send a picture that the key was missing before he sent housekeeper to open the apartment.

• Jennifer (9/5): We enjoy staying at this location. Very clean place. - Super clean. Well taken care of. 15 minutes to Santa Monica pier. The thermostat was programmed to shut off at certain times. The temp got very uncomfortable in the middle of the night. Even after we turned the temp down. We never got hot water out of any faucet except the shower.
• Gary (9/5): A fabulous spacious apartment great for families or couples looking to explore LA. Highly recommended - Clean, spacious & ideally located. Great for a family wishing to explore LA. Everything in the apartment you could ask for. Would definitely recommend and would return. The view but that’s out of the owners control at the moment. Some beach items would be great for international travellers like us who can’t bring it with them. Also some local information such as close by recommended restaurants, supermarkets nearby etc and finally a few instructions such as where to take the rubbish, how to operate the microwave or oven would be helpful although when I contacted the owner re the rubbish I had an answer within five minutes which was brilliant.

• Sarahloveland (10/5): Great stay - Beautiful apartment with updated features and decor. Very comfortable and much larger than anticipated. Don't get frustrated with the check in process. The address is a little tough to find. Just look for the 626 salon and you will find it no problem. Great gym facility. So close to downtown and the pier. Walking recommended.

• Olga (9/5): Nice place - Very comfortable beds and a clean and nicely designed house. The location is super: close to a beach, shops and restaurants. Large parking in a garage. There is a gym downstairs that we also used in the morning. We had troubles with getting instruction messages via booking platform, but the host helped us straight away when we called and sent all the details directly to our phone. The second shower did not have hot water.
