• Haneykamal (8/5): Safety Aspect - I love the spaciousness of the unit since we didn't spend much cause we were busy looking for things and out the whole day.it was just nice for the 3 of us. It's not the unit but the common area, the tiles at the lift lobby area were broken since 2023 (read the review) - the management of the place should replace them urgently for safety reasons. And the lobby area there should be a seating place while waiting for the pick up/transport

• Asokan (1/5): Terrible place to stay - It's a really very terrible experience for me and my family. The entire condo and the studio was in very dangerous condition with the tiles all broken and they cover just with the cardboard. When we walk can hear the sound of broken tiles. My children scared to walk in to the room and we must cross the tiles broken pathway to enter the room. When we said about this to the property agent he refused to give back our money rm 480 even we didn't stay there and we give a valid reason. Such a terrible experience and not recommend this kind of place to anyone.

• Noraiham (9/5): Best contactless check in ever... - It was a very good stay and worth for the money. The owner is so friendly and helpful. By the great instructions given for contactless check in, I guess he might be a teacher/lecturer. The room was tidy with enough beds for five of us. The location is near to Aeon Tebrau and Lotus. It has enough facility for a night stay. Limited utensils for cooking and the bathroom could use some improvement to make sure no injury might be occured due to standing water.
