• Long Indra Putra (10/5): Better than expected! - I had a really pleasant stay at this unit. The place was clean and well-maintained, with everything I needed readily available. The host provided clear and easy-to-follow instructions for both check-in and check-out, which made the whole process smooth and hassle-free. The unit was fully equipped with all the necessary amenities, including a comfortable bed that ensured a good night’s sleep. I was also pleasantly surprised by the quality of the iron — much better than what you’d find in some hotels! One of the highlights was the location of the unit, which is conveniently just opposite the pool and playground. It’s perfect for families, making it easy for kids to have fun while parents relax. Overall, a great experience and definitely a place I’d recommend.

• Tan (5/5): Won't be staying again. - The internet is fast, location for this property is still ok. 1. Key collection is very inconvenient, we need to pretend as visitor first, get the key and then re-enter again. Same goes to check out, u need to use the card to go out first, and then pretend as visitor again to come in. 2. Air-cond controller is not working well 3. Parking is tedious as you need to drive to 6 floors, and the parking lot/ pth is very narrow. 4. The water heater isnt working well. 5. The bed is not clean, there are bed bugs over the bed and I hardly sleep due to that, makes my whole body very ithcy

• Lee (8/5): Very good - Decor: Very modern and aesthetically pleasing. Amenities: Very comprehensive. Communication: Whenever I had questions, the host was very patient and responded quickly. Cleanliness: The entire environment was very clean and comfortable. Overall: I am quite satisfied with this stay. The only downside was that the check-in process was a bit complicated, although the host did provide detailed instructions. This might just be me, as I prefer less complicated procedures. However, I understand that a more complex check-in process can ensure higher security, which is beneficial from the host's perspective.
