• Carolina (10/5): - Me gusto la limpieza...los detalles de cortesia (alfajores, cafe en saquitos, cafe molido, yerba, azúcar etc). Tambien habia jabon liquido y suavizante para lavar la ropa, en el baño tenias perfume de ambiente, articulos de limpieza...super completo. Y la ventana no da para una calle entonces no hay tanto ruido y se podia descansar bien. La cama super comoda y las sabanas impecables. Tmb hay plancha y un tender para la ropa. La dueña muy amable y te explica todo,muy amorosa.

The apartment is very well equipped, with a nice and practical design — it basically has everything you need for a comfortable stay. The hosts were amazing. They were incredibly kind and welcoming, and it really felt like they paid attention to every little detail. They welcomed us with cold water, sweets, and mate, and gave us many great tips and ideas for our stay. I can’t recommend this place enough! Everything

• Rod (10/5): Excelente apartamento - Una experiencia excelente. Tanto Neus como Javier estaban atentos para resolver cualquier duda que pudiera surgir. El apartamento tiene una ubicación inmejorable y todo estaba limpio y ordenado. La cama muy cómoda. Sin dudas repetiremos!

Muy buena ubicación, en pleno centro, pero en la mejor zona, con variedad de restaurantes, cafeterias y casas de té tradicionales. Por ejemplo, el Café Saint Moritz, donde Borges acudía cada tarde, o el London Café, lugar preferido de Cortázar....Vale la pena merendar en la Cafetería La Ideal, recuperada hace muy poco a su estado original. A una calle de las Galerias Pacifico y la Peatonal Florida. Relación calidad precio Excelente. Luminoso, baño completo, cocina equipada a full con lavadora. LA CAMA QUEEN ES NUEVA Variedad de cafeteras para los amantes de tomar un café en casa antes de iniciar el día. Volveré, volveré, volveré.... Nada

Neus es la mejor anfitriona y no es mentira tienen que comprobarlo! Nos dió detallitos que como extranjeros nos sentimos muy chineados, fue espectacular! Ahí mismo te deja el matecito y su guía para tener la experiencia total argentina! Un vino y alfajores! • Arena Hotéis (10/5): Uma estadia a negócios que me fez sentir no conforto da minha casa. - Neus me fez sentir em casa, foi muito simpática e prestativa. Além de muito bem localizado, o apartamento é muito confortável, estiloso e é uma pena que eu apenas tenha ido por poucos dias a trabalho. Espero poder voltar à lazer com minha namorada. Quarto limpo, muito bem equipado com os utensílios. Super recomendo.
• Neuss (10/5): Unforgettable experience at Porteño Central apart GALERÍAS PACÍFICO - The flat is more spacious than it looks in the listing! It is so functional and good fashion stylish highlights. It is one of the most comfortable and cosy I have ever stayed in. Impeccable, and fully equipped! The bed is so nicely dressed and very comfortable. The flat is full of sunlight and well located near PACIFIC GALLERIES! I definitely give Neus the highest score as a professional host 😀 . I strongly recommend to look for her! You will have a granted experience!

• Thábata (10/5): Dias incríveis - O apartamento era incrível. Possuía tudo o que era necessário para uma estadia confortável: roupas de cama, utensílios domésticos, adaptadores, etc. A ducha era maravilhosa. A internet e a TV funcionaram perfeitamente. A localização era ótima: perto de vários pontos turísticos. Fizemos quase todos os passeios à pé. Também tínhamos acesso a diversas opções de transporte: ônibus, metrô, Ebus (gratuito por enquanto), entre outros. Os funcionários eram bem cordiais e atenciosos. A anfitriã (Neus) nos recebeu com muita gentileza e amabilidade, e esteve disponível durante toda a nossa estadia, sempre pronta a nos ajudar. Não tenho nada a reclamar em relação à acomodação. O único ponto negativo para mim está relacionado às taxas (municipais) cobradas fora à parte, que acabam aumentando consideravelmente o valor da estadia. Mas, tudo isso estava bem claro desde o princípio, e eu já sabia qual seria o total da acomodação no momento de confirmar a reserva. Talvez, sem essas taxas, eu pudesse ter ficado um pouquinho a mais...
• Tracy (10/5): Exceptional - I love this apartment and Nues! She's a fantastic host. She makes sure you feel welcomed and taken care of. There's a washing machine, kitchen, sofa & Netflix, a yoga mat, air-conditioning, coffee & mate bar, and she provided me a public transit card. The bed is comfort! The receptionist downstairs are friendly - I felt at home here. The apartment is also well designed, comfortable, and the appliances work well. Just remember to be aware when walking around. I had an incident, but Nues and husband were incredibly supportive. I highly recommend staying here!

The location was perfect—close to downtown and within walking distance of many attractions. The apartment was spotless, very clean, and well-organized. But what really stood out was our host, Neus. She went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and was incredibly helpful with recommendations and assistance. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience. • Keith (10/5): Exceptional - Neus was an amazing hostess. She welcomed us joyfully even upon our early arrival. It was a lovely treat to return to the room and find a welcome package that included a nice bottle of wine amongst other things. The apartment is clean and the attention to details in the space will delight you. I bet the little things you forgot to bring will actually catch your eyes as you get acquainted with the apartment; even umbrellas are neatly tucked away in the closet! It’s also in a great location, close to Galerias Pacifico. A home away from home. You will be comfortable and Neus responds to your needs, should they arise.

• Terry (10/5): Great pre-cruise stay in Buenos Aires - This apartment is excellent. One block to Florida street. Lots of restaurants including a great authentic Argentine BBQ right across the street. Highly recommend this place if you have the opportunity. Nues was very helpful. She took us to exchange money and provided lots of information for following our long flight from Canada. Very quiet location with 24 hour security. Everything was excellent. No complaints whatsoever.

The bedsheets were very comfortable and quality cotton. Washing machine was a bonus and also the added detergent. Great attention to details for what someone would be needing while away. Neus was a great host and the welcome gift was much appreciated.

• Guo (10/5): Exceptional - Neus is a warm and caring person, and the best host I have met. She greeted us in the apartment, showed us surroundings, also provide us recharged metro card . The apartment provides everything we need, also prepared the famous local tea and biscuits and bottled water and wine. If one day I forget the scenery I saw in this city, I will not forget this apartment and its host. I highly recommend Neus's apartment to anyone visiting Buenos Aires. Nothing.

• Frances (10/5): I want to emphasise how amazing and caring Neus ( owner ) is and has been with us.. Neus arranged for us to be picked up - We were central to the tourist attractions. A 15-20 walk to Recoleta Cemetery and Teatro Colon. All the restaurants and cafes there as soon as you step outside. For breakfast go to Florida Garden. You won’t be disappointed. Excellent breakfast and bakery.We had ham scrambled eggs, toast with jam, orange juice, glass water and cappuccino- $26000 pesos. Round it up to $ 30000 giving a tip. Lovely shopping centre to visit. galleria. Our accommodation had security and felt so safe. Really friendly and caring Nothing not to like

• Glenda (10/5): Perfect apartment & hosts for first timers to BA - Absolutely perfect! The apartment is in a great neighbourhood and has everything we needed plus more. Beautifully decorated, spacious, super clean, speedy wifi, easy access in a lovely building with 24hr security. Most important, coffee was good, the bed was comfortable & it was quiet. Neus and her lovely husband went out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed to make our first stay in Buenos Aires wonderful. I would definitely return again but unfortunately, it's unavailable for my next visit. Thanks Neus, you really are a Super Host! I honestly can’t think of anything negative. It was all good.

The next morning Javier took us to a money exchange place they trusted and took the time to show us around the neighborhood. The apartment had everything we needed and is in a central location, walkable to major sights. Highly recommended. None

We arrived on a rainy day and hoped the apartment had an umbrella and an electric plug adapter. There were 3 umbrellas and multiple adapters. Very comfortable apartment with plenty of space and natural lighting. Best shower of any place we stayed in Argentina. Neus really cares that you have an enjoyable stay.

• David (9/5): Clean comfortable apartment centrally located - I had explained to Neus who owns the apartment that I would be in Buenos Aires earlier than check in was supposed to be. She assured me that I could drop my bags off if needed and when I arrived early Neus was cleaning the apartment and explained to me all about where I was staying and let me leave me bags so I could find my bearings, She then informed me when the apartment was fully ready and checked in with me the next day to ensure everything was ok. The apartment was spotless, comfortable and well appointed, even having a washing machine which was handy after my travels. It didn't have a conventional oven but that was not an issue for me as all I needed was a hob and a microwave if I wanted to cook. A nice touch was some essentials in the kitchen such as tea and coffee and salt and seasonings but Neus also left a bottle of wine as a welcoming gift which was much appreciated! Once I had my bearings I realised that the apartment really is quite central and I enjoyed walking around seeing the sights. I did get a bus tour on the first day (which departed a short walk from the apartment) which gave me a better idea of what I wanted to do and where I was at. Overall I enjoyed my stay here and would recommend it.

• Marc (10/5): A perfect, cosy and modern apartment in a very central location, run by wonderful hosts - My partner and I stayed in this apartment for 3 weeks this January, while we were on a tango dance holiday in Buenos Aires. Everything was just perfect! The apartment was bigger and more luxurious than I had expected, with all the facilities (and more - 3 types of coffee maker, etc) that you could hope for. It's very centrally located, with easy walks to supermarkets and local shops, as well as designer outlets; minutes' away from tango schools and milongas, as well as lovely restaurants and bars. Just round the corner can be found lively nightlife, although the apartment itself is quiet and feels very secure with friendly security guards at the front desk 24 hours a day. The hosts are amazing - Neus showed us all the apartment facilities and then took us out to show us the local shops and the other things we'd need during our holiday. She checked in on us via message throughout our stay to see what we needed, and made sure that she sent over clean linens and more kitchen equipment. She even left us little gifts on arrival, and furnished us with a SUBE card to be able to take public transport. She had thought of everything! We are already looking forward to our next stay here! There is nothing to fault. :)

We stayed here over Christmas and it is so wonderfully presented, we couldn’t have asked for anything more. • Alejandro (10/5): just excelent. i would come back whenever i go to buenos aires. - The place is just great. Super near the centre. Neus is an extraordinary host with her eye on every detail. i was surprised to find anything i needed, from scissors to aspirin in a med kit she has around the place. super good quality. as a very small detail, the curtains could cover the whole window but this does not bother for a good sleep. Neus offered to bring eye covers for sleeping which we declined as we did not need that. beyond that everything just works excellent.
