No funciona el botón del inodoro y es un reclamo que aparece en varios comentarios previos, al igual que un buen espejo al menos de medio cuerpo,el colchón se hunde y la vajilla de cocina necesita renovarse. No hay un lugar para dejar equipaje si llegas antes del check un o te retiras más tarde. En general no está mal teniendo en cuenta estos detalles

• Matthew Wai Yim (8/5): Value for the Money - Val is a very good host. She responded to my inquiry promptly when I sent her questions. The facilities there were clean and acceptable. The building has guest WiFi facility. Comfortable bed. The kitchen counter in the apartment was quite small and the work area was limited. The fridge needs to be defrosted as ice had been accumulated in the freezer box.

• Donna (6/5): With a few upgrades this would be a gem. - We loved the location. It was safe, walkable to grocery and attractions. It was clean, and issues were addressed promptly. The air conditioning worked very well. With new bed linens and more comfortable pillows I’d rate much higher. Valerie was there to welcome us and I think she really cares about the property. The bedding was old and wearing thin. The old stained smelly feather pillows were promptly replaced, but with inexpensive foam. I was lucky I had enough usd to pay upon arrival because other electronic methods didn’t work.

• Araujo Mayorga (10/5): - La ubicación es excelente. Te permite moverte con facilidad. El balcón es muy lindo y cómodo. El mobiliario también. Tenés todo lo que necesitás. Podés descansar bien. El baño funciona perfecto. Es una zona con mucho tránsito por lo que el ruido de la calle es inevitable. No obstante, si uno elige una ciudad para pasear, esto no es problema. En el edificio no hay ruidos. Es muy tranquilo

Fogão não funcionava, dia que preferimos ficar em casa a noite e fazer algo pra comer, ficamos frustrados! Colchão muito ruim! Deu dor nas costas de tão afundado que estava.

We spoke with the host and she said she would take care of it but it was not fixed during our visit. The apartment was very sparsely furnished and uninviting.
