- Lethabo (7/5): Good -
- Keabetswe (5/5): Passable -
- Matshidiso (8/5): Good stay - Location Cleaniness in the bathroom
- Matshidiso (9/5): Safe location, easily accessible, spacious - The place was so close to where I was going. The flat is spacious and beautiful furniture with workable spaces. I think the flat is not taken care of as it should be. I went there for two weeks apart and the basin tap in the bathroom was not properly cleaned. There was stains on it, for the second time there was no tissue it was replaced a day after I checked in. First time I extended my stay and asked for a refill for coffee and sugar but it was not refilled. May the cleaning personnel put more effort in cleaning and let the owner check before the visitors come in. The bed was also without a comforter, it was packed in the wardrobe
- Lungelo (9/5): Superb -
- Masuvhelele (7/5): Good -
- Mgidi (4/5): Disappointing -
- Gracious (8/5): Very good -
- Ntuthuko (7/5): Not as that bad, I’d visit again - The room was spacious, the couches were so comfortable. The Braamfontein view was refreshing. No backup during loadshedding. Utensils were not clean and the fridge. We were struggling with locking the door from the inside.
- Elize (1/5): Bad -
- Keke (5/5): Passable -
- Thokozani (1/5): Honestly. Never again. - It was in a convenient area. There was no electricity throughout our stay. The images are deceiving. They don’t have spare keys.
- Thapelo (9/5): Superb -
- Motsitsi (10/5): Exceptional -
- Evandre (8/5): Very good -
- Evandre (7/5): Good -
- Kuhle (5/5): Passable -
- Thando (5/5): Passable - The space, the staff, tv and kitchen The kicthen ware was very minimal no spoons, teaspoons, bowls and only 2 plates.
Check in was rather difficult as owner didn't clarify instructions before my arrival.
Many of the furniture is practically damaged, chairs and tables.
- Sydney (5/5): Passable -
- Palesa (6/5): Pleasant -
- Dawid (10/5): Exceptional -
- Nompumelelo (8/5): Not pleasant at all. Sadly, we as artists should be recommending it since it is close to JHB Theatre - Location and property staff that we constantly had to speak to for assistance From arrival. No one knew about us coming. Keys were not made available, couple of phone calls were made to arrange this. The place had one spoon, no teaspoons. We bought our own tea, sugar , milk, toilet paper. TV was not playing so was the wi-fi down. Electricity depleted.
The flat person lied about sorting things out! We had to leave late because we had no means of taking a bath before sleeping and after waking up to go. It was horrible and apparently, everyone complain about Room 301, on the 13th floor , owner Percy that I had to call and give him a piece of my mind!
- Mhlongo (7/5): Good -
- Letlotlo (3/5): It was a 5 over 10 - Comfortablity One of the stuff was very disrespectful
- Mosepele (5/5): It was just fine. If you’re just looking for a roof over your then it’s ideal - I liked the fact that there were pots so we were able to cook. The bed was comfortable too. I love the view from the balcony too The towels were not clean and the extra blankets and towels were thrown in the wardrobe. The window is also a problem because when it was windy it made a noise. The Wi-Fi is slow and Netflix does not work.
- Gwebu (5/5): Passable - I didn't have breakfast 4
- Katlego (10/5): You're doing great - Service was perfect.
Wifi was working nicely I will be lying everything was fine only loadsheding disturbed my planning but other than that everything was good
- Mgidi (5/5): Passable - I liked that the flat had everything I needed such as, Fridge, Stove, Pots, Plates, Cups and so forth. The windows should be fixed permanently such that one is able to lock them from inside.
The room I was given didn't have Wi-Fi which is crucial because the flat had a smart TV without DStv so we need wifi to connect.
- Zenzele (1/5): Very very very bad - We were promised WiFi and there wasn't any Wi-Fi. The lift wasn't working and we got a room on the 13th floor. The towels were wet, there was no hot water, everything was horrible
- Rapoo (9/5): Superb - The place had Pots,Plates ect The windows were opening them self during the midnight it was scary
- Nqobile (4/5): Disappointing -
- Aaron (8/5): Very good -
- Keelese (5/5): Passable - the floor the room was at
- Colleen (4/5): The location was close to shopping, quiet and safe and for $70 for the two nights, it was good value - breakfast not applicable. The location was very central to the shops nearby. We felt safe there as the majority of the people we met coming and going were students at the university. Light fixture in the kitchen and bedroom had a bulb missing. The fixture over the fridge had none.
- Theo (8/5): Great. - Self catering , cooking by myself. Everything was good for money.
- M (8/5): Very good -
- Anita (2/5): The parking is unsafe and had to park next to the security cubicle. No parking is provided. - Nothing, except for the lady that helped with the luggage - she was very helpful and friendly. These flats are located in a very noisy part, windows does not close and no curtains. It is located on the 13th floor and during the heavy rains, it was very uncomfortable with thunder, wind and rain blowing into the flat. The place was a mess and dirty. Very uncomfortable and unpleasant.
- Vuyelwa (1/5): It was horrible 😢 😫 😞 - There's nothing I like about the flat. You see the open window on the website picture, the window is broken so it was open for the rest of my stay. I wish booking.com can someone before list the property on the website because everything in that flat was horrible. The old carpet with a smell, no Iron board , no bowl, no wifi ( I had to ask for wifi and he bought less than a gig data after day 2 the data were finished and mind you I was not in the flat for the whole day). The lights were so fade and dust all over. I even took pictures of the windows and the rest of the stuff. The trolley that's is the website by the window is holding the window not to open. The pillows were horrible with funny smell. What a waste of my money.
