• Christoph (9/5): - Sehr herzliche Vermieter, immer ansprechbar. Fußläufige Lage zur Altstadt. Studio mit viel Platz und stimmig eingerichtet. Eine kleine, gemütliche Terasse gehört auch dazu. Das Frühstück war überdurchschnittlich und bot neben Brot, Aufschnitt, Gemüse, Schafskäse und Oliven verschiedenen Eierspeisen, auch frische, hausgemachte krapfenähnliche Gebäckstücke und Honig. Die Küche war sehr mangelhaft mit Utensilien zum Kochen gefüllt, für einen Kaffee reichte es aber. Von außen war sie merkwürdiger Weise relativ schmierig, denn das Studio an sich war top gepflegt.

Les chiens à proximité ont tendance à aboyer souvent mais nos hôtes ni peuvent pas grand chose . La surface annoncée ne correspond pas à la réalité .

Vand og frugt tilgængeligt. Lækker terrasse med super flot udsigt. Lå perfekt i forhold til placering og i forhold til den gamle bydel. Maria og Christof var super søde værter som hjalp med alt man kunne have brug for og mere til. Vi betalte ud over opholdet for en super godt planlagt byrundtur rundt i den gamle by. Maria taler flydende engelsk. En meget stor anbefaling herfra. Wifi er ikke det aller bedste, men fungere til husbehov

• Eduardo (4/5): Decepcionante - No era lo que reservamos - El alojamiento es económico. Reservé un alojamiento para dos parejas. Queríamos dos habitaciones con dos baños y villa Katalea, en principio, reunía las condiciones. Cuando llegamos al alojamiento, resultó que en realidad se trataba de un apartamento con salón y una pequeña cocina, además había un dormitorio y dos baños. El salón contaba con un sofá cama abierto, que prácticamente ocupaba todo el espacio disponible. Cuando dijimos que eso no era lo que habíamos reservado, la persona encargada del alojamiento nos dijo que si no nos gustaba, podíamos irnos, aunque ya no quedaban alojamientos en Gjirokastra. Tuvimos que quedarnos, aunque los que dormían en el salón carecían de una mínima privacidad, El dormitorio existente ventilaba a una especie de vestíbulo que si que disponía de ventana al exterior. Cundo entrabas al apartamento, los interruptores para dar la luz del salón estaban en la cabecera del sofá cama, con lo que unido a la falta de espacio, para encender la luz, tenías que reptar por el sofá cama. Finalmente, para acabar la mala experiencia, en la ducha, el agua sale casi hirviendo, algo que se puede controlar, pero la parte del grifo por donde sale el agua caliente, se pone a 90º C. Mi mujer se quemó, sin importancia, y yo, pese a estar avisado, me hice una quemadura en el brazo, que pasados diez días, todavía presenta mal aspecto y tardará en curar.

• Sania (7/5): Good - -Location, about 10 minutes from Old town. - Good size of space. -Like some of the other reviews mentioned, the owner tried to give us a one bedroom with a sofa in the living room after we reserved a two bedroom. When we protested, brought up the other reviews complaining about this, and produced a message history when we had asked in advance if they were definitely going to provide a two bedroom and them confirming they would, the owner’s wife, who was a decent woman, told him to give us what we reserved. The owner then to charge us extra, which we again had to protest. Maybe he tried to charge extra because the two bedroom was part of a larger suite but they locked that part anyway and ultimately gave us what we reserved and paid for, which was what should have happened in the first place. -As other reviews mentioned, the shower situation is messy/uncomfy because there is no barrier/curtain that separates it from the rest of the bathroom.

I would recommend staying here for a visit to Gjirokaster! It is an easy 20min walk from the old town, so as long as you don’t mind this a perfect place to stay while visiting the city Everything was clean and new, with all equipment in perfect working order. I would add a shower curtain rather than an open shower, while not a problem for us some guests might not appreciate :)
