Pogled na Zenski most koji je jedna od atrakcija grada. Mirno i bezbedno mesto. Fantastican pogled na oblakodere i novi deo Buenos Ariesa.
• William (8/5): Nice View of the Harbor - The property is part of a warehouse that's been converted to flats. The conversion was well done as everything works, and there are plenty of lights and electrical outlets. The view is very nice from the small balcony. We didn't use the TV, but had no problems with internet. While there were nice, moderately priced restaurants within walking distance, they were a few blocks away. The apartment layout is a bit unconventional, with the bathroom at one end of the unit and the bedroom at the other. While the laundry facilities (coin op) are in the same building, you have to leave the building and walk to another building entrance to access them.

• Olga (9/5): Industrial style charm with fantastic view - The apartment is a storage building conversion with clear industrial-style features. We loved the high ceilings and windows with a fantastic view of the nearby waterbody and the high buildings on the opposite side. The available room is vast. The cleanliness was good, and the beds were very comfy. The location is 10/10: very modern and safe with plenty of nearby restaurants, bars and cafes. We spent five unforgettable days here and would definitely book again. Some of the furniture pieces are dated and could be replaced. The bathroom could benefit from more storage, more towel rails and some TLC.

• Simon (7/5): Good - It rained on one of the nights. This resulted in a flood into the bedroom and the bed getting wet. The host did discount our stay by one night. The bed linen and towels were old and could do with upgrading. It may be worth having these professional laundered rather than just putting them in the local washing machine !

There were lots of switches for the lights and it wasnt easy to figure out which switches worked or not. The terrace didnt have a working light.

• Iveta (9/5): Perfect location, safe, great host! - Location is perfect! Puerto Madero is a quite new neighborhood in Buenos Aires, so it’s safe and very modern. The view from our bedroom was breath-taking. The apartment itself was HUGE! And when I’m saying huge (most relevant info to Europeans perhaps 😀), I mean it. If I’m not mistaken, it was around 70 sq. meters!:) So to sum up - very spacious, modern, and has a perfect balance! All necessary items can be found in the apartment :) The chairs and the table in the balcony could’ve been cleaned. But it was not a big issue (keeping in mind that birds are flying all over the harbor all the time :D)

Great location, beautiful surrounding atmosphere, great staff. Everything has been thought out to the last detail (you will even find plug adapters in the room to be able to charge your devices). And of couse, the view from the property is breathtaking! My wife and me we were very pleased with our stay. Augusto the best host went over and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. Very friendly and helpful owner. Wifi works extremely well. The location is excellent, Everything was very fine and exceeded my expectations.
• Jorge (9/5): Excellent option for families - The location is really good, just a few steps from Puente de la Mujer, all subway stations are really close and plenty of options to eat in the surroundings. They have security in the building and they are always willing to help with any question or issue. Augusto our host is a really nice guy, who let us check-in early and also do late checkout. The view was really good but I was kind of disappointed that my unit didn't have a balcony.
