Silencioso, acogedor, con todo lo necesario para estar seguros, cómodos. Las personas que habitan el edificio son muy amables (es un valor agregado para los extranjeros)

• Mario (9/5): Excelente. Volvería a ir. - Excelente ubicación, tranquilo, cerca de todo, equipado con lo necesario, parking a 20mts y resaltar la muy buena atención de parte de los anfitriones. Falta un poco de limpieza más profunda y mantenimiento en general, en el baño habían jabones usados, debajo de las camas había mucha pelusa acumulada.

Located right in front of the Obelisco and within walking distance to everything, including plenty of restaurants and transport options. Hernan went above and beyond, helping with the check-in and even accommodating my very early 4:00 a.m. check-out. A great place for a solo traveler! Paying in cash.

Clean and enough supplies Loud as the apartment is located directly at a very busy street. Mold at the ceiling as it was raining and the roof was leaking.

• Hendrik (8/5): Nice apartment in a good location - The size of the room was good and the shower was nice, even though it was small. The communication with the host was good. The location was near restaurants, metro and buses. You could walk 15 minutes to Plaza Major. The lift is very small, hot and it jerks when it stops, which is scary. When you get in and out of the lift it has a step up or down. You need to pay in cash, even though in booking.com it says you can pay by credit card.
