- Lisa (9/5): Great stay due to the brilliant location, but more attention needed on maintenance/upkeep - Roof top pool was very good with amazing views over the city and plenty of sun loungers. Great location for KTM station and shopping malls/restaurants all located within a very short walking distance. Also very easy/convenient location for using Grab. Great balcony with amazing views of the city. Good range of facilities in the room and UK sockets were a great bonus to us. Water purifier provided in the kitchen which was much appreciated as it provided a constant supply of safe drinking water. Modern/easy to use washer/dryer meant we could clean a lot of our clothes before flying home. Very good air-conditioning which had silent modes which meant I could easily sleep with it on (very light sleeper). Rooms felt very secure due to the door code system and additional locks on doors. Plenty of lifts available, which are speedy so didn't have to wait long for a lift. The ViiA Residences could be amazing if more attention was given to it's upkeep/maintenance. Our room had a sofa which sagged at one end due to the base being broken at that end which made it quite uncomfortable to sit on. We were offered a room change when we reported it but we had already unpacked so decided to stay. The shower head position bracket in the second bathroom was broken so we had to tie something around it to keep it in a higher position. The towel rail in the main bathroom was loose. Rooms only cleaned once a week, any additional cleaning had to be paid for. A change of towels had to be requested a day in advance. Toilet seats in both bathrooms were a bit wobbly. Hand soap in bathrooms looked like it had been watered down. Having a code for the room door access was a bit of an issue especially if your mobile phone battery is dead, but there are sockets everywhere including corridors for emergency charging. Only given one key for internal door/lift access which was awkward and two keys would be better.

- Scott (7/5): It looks nicer than it is practical. - The apartment was nice enough, and we did not experience poor cleanliness issues that some previous visitors had reported. There is a driking water purifier Proximity to a good shopping mall is a real plus - no toaster or rice cooker, and these were not even available for loan. No rice cooker in Asia? Extraordinary. And I had to toast bread in a saucepan - there is no safe in the room. We travel extensively, and this is the first place I’ve stayed in without this. A serious miss. - crockery was insufficient; for example there were no small side plates; - cooking utensils were basic at best; - no water glasses, we had to use wine glasses for water, which are easily knocked over; - AC in a couple of the bedrooms blows directly at the bed. We had to switch it off and open the door to the living room and use its AC - the apartment was noisy; there was train and traffic noise all through the night, despite being 39 floors up. - the PIN code to enter the room is annoying. Had to keep referring to the phone to get the code, until eventually we remembered it. - cleaning service is only once a week

Property cleaning needed improvement as there were ants everywhere and some areas of the property needed extra attention by cleaners.. eg mugs were dirty, had stains inside, towels were stained, hairs on floors and in drawers. Power cut on 1 day of our stay for several hours

You can’t beat the location, it’s walking distance to Mid Valley, The Gardens and KL Eco City Mall. The apartment is fully equipped with a fridge, stove, washing machine and steam iron. Huge thanks to the front desk and security team for being so friendly! None
- Nabarun (10/5): Perfect stay in a perfect location - The property was perfect for our needs. Big spacious bedrooms and living/kitchen area, all amenities in perfect working condition (aircon, kitchen and bathroom), enough towels, tissues and cutlery, apartment was spic and span clean. The location was brilliant, walking to public transport like the light rail and grab and 3 malls (KLEC, Gardens and Mid valley megamall). Everything was great, loved it. The infinity pool at the top 40th floor was such a lovey addition. Special mention to Steve and Kholid at th reception desk for making our stay special without any glitch! could do a little maintenance of the bedroom floor as the wooden floor had spots which had chipped off at certain edges. They can definitely add beer glasses to the cutlery. One bedroom which get some traffic and light rail noise at nights, but they can’t do anything about that tbh.

- Kenny (8/5): A home away from home, with convenience at your doorstep. - Great location right next to Gardens and Mid Valley Mall, with the LRT station directly below. The unit was spacious, well equipped, and had a nice view. I especially liked the ceiling fan, which made the place feel homely. Facilities were excellent, including a large rooftop infinity pool with great city views. Housekeeping is only provided once every 7 days, though fresh towels can be requested every few days. There were also some visible signs of wear and tear for a relatively new property, but it didn’t significantly impact the stay.

- Eileen (9/5): Location, accommodation and staff were excellent. Close to the Mid Valley Shops and train station. - Registering was quick and easy, staff were respectful and pleasant. Easy to communicate. Room was very comfortable with all the facilities. All facilities were clean and tidy. Refrigerator and washing machine were up to the task as the fridge was a full size and not a small one. Only minor issue was that more instructions or tags on the switches on the wall would help with turning on the induction cook top and advise on how to switch on the tv monitor to obtain You-tube and Netflix as no tv programs are available, not sure if the lack of reception or otherwise. However once advised we were able to watch Netflix.
- Paula (10/5): Beautiful and peaceful place to stay. - We enjoyed every moment of our stay at ViiA Residences. The location is convenient to Mid Valley Mega Mall. Staff were friendly and very helpful. The apartment was clean, comfortable and had everything we needed. We are already booking to go back to KL and will definitely choose ViiA Residences for our next stay.
- TZI YEE (9/5): - Great value, location was superb. Close proximity to Lrt and malls. Fantastic pool and security. Staff was helpful Room scent was a bit strong. Car parking was limited. Beds were only queen size, would love King size beds.
- NESIN (9/5): - We wanted to be near MidValley and Gardens, so this is a perfect location. Has own lobby and reception, so taxi drop off and pick up is easy. Communication is excellent, all via WhatsApp and response time is quick. Staff is really friendly and helpful. Security is great, we feel very safe there. Apartment and facilities very clean, well equipped and spacious. Plenty of parking spaces from what I can observe, this is extra charge though. I rented a car, and this location is right off federal highway, very easy to locate on Google Map. We stayed on Level 16. Only thing is noise, but I'm fine with it. The apartment is well designed to be as sound proof as possible. The noise from the LRT station close by is quite noticeable, but tolerable for me. My husband though, he needs some ear plugs. I can't sleep when it is bright though, but the curtains and blinds in this apartment is very good. It is dark enough at 12pm to keep me sleeping comfortably through the jet lags. The part of the corridor that is open space can get wet when it rains heavily and tiles can get quite slippery. Just be careful when it is wet. I informed staff of this and it was sorted quickly.

- Hawwa (8/5): It was overall a quite good stay. - Cleanliness, hygiene, location and the helpful staff A table ironing board was provided at the two room balcony suite i stayed. Would have been so much helpful if they provided a full foldable board. Also the staff though they are friendly takes time to respond to messages. I thought a breakfast inclusive stay meant a buffet but instead it was a very selective limited menu of maybe 7 dishes that didn’t include much variety and from which i just had to select my breakfast for everyday.

Très pratique avec la machine à laver. Personnel disponible dans la nuit pour le Check-in, changement de serviette à la demande et rapidité du Check out. Rien si ce n’est les fourmis si vous ne jetez pas rapidement vos sacs poubelle.

- Ronald (7/5): Pleasant and convenient. - Well located Noisy being so close to the LRT. We can hear the traffic and trains very clearly, like we had an open window even when the windows were shut tight.
- Virginie (5/5): Ok for heavy sleepers who do not mind poor soundproofing - The property was well equipped and furnished. It was clean and there was no horrible sewage smell, although a little smell still. The late checkout until 5pm at 120 MYR was very convenient. The TV did not work properly when we arrived but staff was sent immediately. The noise from the street was unbearable and it was impossible to sleep without earplugs. There is no soundproofing per se, even if the street looks far from the window. The apartment is like a beatbox of street noises, a few trains pass directly below. I really did not appreciate the deposit policy. Also, for the refund one needs to fill a form and the refund, if any, will arrive not less than a week later.

- Amrita (2/5): Not as good as I expected - The space you had and the location were nice The staff was unfriendly. They tried to charge me for a baby cot when it was mentioned that it was free. They dropped the baby cot and towels that I requested in front of the door, very unhygienic, when I asked them to put it in the room. The kitchen didn't have a towel, how do you expect to dry your hands? Also there was pubic hair on the dinner table.

- Chee Hwan (6/5): Fair - Location The parking on first come first serve basis rule is unwelcoming. End up I didn’t get a parking lot and have to pay RM70 for 2 nights parking. When I ask if I can reserve for the following day, the response was to ask me to check with the next day staff on duty… very disappointed.
- Keng Hooi (9/5): Excellent location, good apartment and adequate facilities (eg. swimming pool), car park. - Location next to the train station and across the big MidValley Mall is excellent. The area gets really bad traffic jam during peak hours 6-7pm. The bed in the room2 is too small for 2 adults.

- sazali (9/5): Fantastic place to stay in KL - I like the room and the amenities provided and also its location is superb . Iam on wheelchair so it quite diff for me to go into the room on wheelchair and at elevator as well . If the management can provide a small moveable ramp is much better as any guest on wheelchair request for the ramp is easy to arrange for it .
- Charly (8/5): Dans l'ensemble le séjour c'est bien passé. - On avait uniquement deux choix à faire pour le petit déjeuner. Pour notre séjour de 4 jours, on a pris deux fois le même petit déjeuner. Pas d'autres choix. Ce que je n'ai pas apprécié c'était les oreillers dans les chambres ils étaient gros et dur. Mal au coup à chaque matin.

- Eng (8/5): Excellent.. - Very cozy and comfortable unit. Well furnished and equipped, felt like home. Walking distance to the malls and LRT station. The floors is a bit dusty, cleanliness to be improved.

- Swee (10/5): Very comfortable stay. Would definitely stay there again. - Location was excellent especially if travelling with a young child using a pram as it was fully accessible via covered walkways to the shopping malls and just 20m from the nearest tube ( MRT) station serviced by a lift. Staff were very helpful and friendly, all English speaking. Prior to our arrival, they communicated with us via WhatsApp and we were able to inform them of our flight delay so our room was prepared and concierge was waiting to help with luggage. Property was clean, well maintained with quiet climate controlled air conditioning units which helped our 2 year old adjust to the humidity perfectly. Perfect location and facilities for families travelling with young children, only advice is to bring your own travel cot if your child is too young to sleep on a bed. Nothing.

- Ashley (8/5): good value and location - would stay again - excellent location, easy access to the LRT, mid-valley mall, and grab pick-up. Even though I could see the LRT train the apartment, particularly the main bedroom, was relatively quiet and did not interrupt my sleep. The washer/dryer - I didn't know how much detergent to use - but it was very convenient to do laundry! the front door isn't well insulated, so you can hear the elevator ping and any noise from the hallway. In the main bedroom it isn't a problem at all - I didn't hear it while sleeping, and thought that the room was very well insulated. I think if anyone was in the bedroom close to the door that it might be an issue at night. The front desk/concierge are rude and unhelpful. No free luggage storage, they will charge 10MYR to put your suitcase next to the wall by the reception/concierge desk in the lobby.
- Yuxing (8/5): 整体还不错 - 位置挺不错的，楼下就是地铁站，附近也有吃饭的商场，比较便利。房间挺干净的。 没有提供一次性清洁用品，需要自带。楼下靠近地铁站，靠近窗外的房间能明显听到地铁进出站的声音。

- Valerie (9/5): Beautiful and comfortable - The location and the apartment were nicely done. There's washer, dryer, almost everything. The check out took longer than usual.
- Joyce (8/5): Schoon en nieuw appartement - Ruim, schoon, nieuw en goede faciliteiten. Behulpzaam personeel als je ergebs om vroeg. Zwembad was super op de 40e verdieping. Bij aankomst niet heel veel uitleg ontvangen. Ontbijt was oké, maar niet super.
- Moscou1 (8/5): - L'emplacement proche des transports en commun. Piscine et salle de sport au top, les équipements du logement très bien . L'appartement se trouve au 5 étage ,La fenêtre d'une chambre donnant sur les voies de trains , ne fermaient pas correctement , cela eut pour conséquence d'être dérangé par le passage des trains. Autre désagrément , une odeur d'égouts se trouvait dans la salle de bain malgré le passage d'un technicien , celle-ci était persistante tout au long de notre séjour.
