• Lerato (9/5): - I liked the cleanliness of the place. It was so comfortable and felt like home. The advert showed views and board games but we didn't get any of that. Over and above that the experience was amazing
• Batululi (7/5): - Place was very central, close to all amenities Would be helpful to leave a leaflet of where the mops, brooms etc are! Also indicated where the bin for the garbage is…..pool wasn’t working! Some coffee and milk would be nice, at least for when guests arrive
• Precious (10/5): The stay was amazing - The cleanliness of the property as well as the safety The only problem was the shower head in the bathroom the water was not coming out properly
• Chantelle (1/5): - Location. Most towels were clean. So disappointed. The place was dirty, there were cockroaches. The pool was dirty. The host did not reply. The house manager was so extremely rude. I asked for a refund for 1 night but they absolutely refused. Booking.com was also not helpful because they refused to refund me without the host agreeing even though I provided pictures. The host did not answer booking.coms calls to give approval to refund but the house manager outright refused and was downright rude. So absolutely disgusted with their behavior.

• Mathilde (1/5): À chacun sa chance, nous étions livrés à nous même - L'appartement est bien situé dans une propriété surveillée. Il est spacieux et lumineux. Nous avons loué 3 nuits et sur tout le séjour nous avons eu une coupure d'eau (l'eau est revenue le matin de notre départ). Les coupures d'eau sont connues à Johannesbourg mais ce qui est inacceptable c'est que nous n'avons que très peu de retour de la propriétaire (pas beaucoup de réponse pour nous tenir au courant de la situation, pas de solution proposée, pas d'aide pour se débrouiller dans cette ville) . Nous avons eu 70 L d'eau non potable présente à notre arrivée et c'est tout. Pour vivre à 5, cela n'a même pas suffit pour tirer la chasse d'eau. Donc si tout va bien l'appartement est très bien mais si il y a un problème, n'attendez rien de la propriétaire.

• Sithembile (10/5): beautiful apartment - Complex was secured and safe. Located very close to the malls. The apartment is well maintained and feels like a home. The garden needs some work.

• Omar (8/5): Simple, convenient - Convenient.Easily accessible.Clean & good value for money. Only problem I had. When I arrived,the security guard was not aware of my arrival. He kept asking me for “unit number” & after going through all the correspondence & confirmation mails & checking the app, I couldn’t find any confirmation number. Went into the app & called the number under “contact property” & it was the wrong number, the person who answered didn’t have any idea what I was talking about. Eventually went under “message property” & only then was I informed of my unit number & granted access to the property. All that was a 30mins delay & really frustrating. Please update correct contact details & in future, please provide unit number upon confirming of booking.
