- Kelebogile (6/5): Pleasant - The place is very close to malls, restaurants and shopping complexes. Very nice and quiet. My first stay was awesome and that is why i returned for the second time at the property. This time the cleaners did a front for the visitors and not a job well done. Towels are changed after 2 nights of stay. Towels were never changed. Recommendation to the owner or managers to come physically do an inspection after very clean up. Under the couches was dirty and by the head stands. I even cleaned here and there, since i had a baby with.

- Estelle (4/5): A plumber and very little money will sort out the plumbing issues. Lounge furniture needs replacing. - We liked the location and ease of access. The lounge area was sub standard. PVC suite and dirty coffee table (under the glass). The second bathrooms' water is shocking. The basin splashes all over your clothes. The only proper shower (not in a bath tub) has such low water pressure I could not rinse the shampoo from my hair.
- Vedprakash (8/5): Very good - Hi was a lovely apartment...but the cupboard in the kichen smelled mouldy..the fridge worked the first night next morning fridge wasnt working..lots of my perishables went bad.😭The one bathroom smelled of urine..Empty cans of glade toilet sprays were kept for us to use.No cleaners came yet we paid a cleaning fee.Rooms were comfortable.Safe place Lounge was relaxing.Thank you Overall place was lovely just a few things needs your attention.I liked the apartment.Beautiful safe convenient place.Rooms were comfortable relaxing and neat.
- Saeed (9/5): Great stay, highly recommend - Beautiful place, well decorated and well kept. Very clean, it's of hotel standard. Located in a safe complex, would definitely return to this place. Difficult to find any fault. Maybe get better photos taken for the booking sites as the place is really beautiful. Just advice to keep up the attention to detail and ensure it's kept clean. Very well done

- Jude (9/5): I would give it a 9.5/10 - The furnishings were modern . Location, Security, Staff friendliness, pool Fans blew a lot of dust in the room. Wish there were more adaptive voltage/charger plugs. TV was not working but it was fixed very promptly and the managers were on top of it.

The issue of the blackouts because of loadshedding was not ideal because part of my trip needed electricity so badly as i needed internet ...could help to invest in a standby generator and Rad Stays is a self catering but it needs a daily cleaning service because for many reasons one can book this place but have no time to wash sheets and self clean the house. Kindly check the emergency lights too because in the other bedroom it's not working...one can imagine when it's dark and load shedding is in progress how scary it becomes.

- Farzanah (10/5): Beautiful apartment - The apartment is beautiful and decorated well. It is clean and located in a beautiful area. The wifi was amazing and loved that they had Netflix. Also the kitchen is well equipped with dishes. The shower pressure did not do it for me. It would suddenly stop and I had to keep on turning the tap on to get it going. The hot water was phenomenal however.

- Carolynne (9/5): Well located in Sandton, comfortable and fully equipped. - Located easy walking distance to hop on hop off transfer and fast food options. A little further to some excellent restaurants. We walked sometimes, took Uber others. Apartment was comfortable with Netflix, laundry facilities in apartment, two bathrooms and kitchen. Pool available but small. Pool could use a clean. Decided not to swim.
- Mahmoud (7/5): It's ok for a shirt stay - The location is great, and the flat was accessible The kitchen area is not clean. Please clean the light fixtures. You can see it wasn't cleaned in years. The main bedroom door lock is broken. The couch in the lounge isn't comfortable at all.

They have tea and coffee They have appliances They have extra blankets They have shampoo and conditioner They have cleaning utensils The booking was for four people, 2 nights yet there were only 2 bottles of water (500ml) in the fridge for the entire stay. Very disappointed. The shower pressure was too low. There was no Netflix/showmax for entertainment. Parking is not near the unit, you’ll have to walk from the main gate if you have more than one car.
