• David (6/5): - The place is good i must say i like the securities as well they werw very helpful and friendly The beds @ unit 402 needs to be changes i thonk they have reached its life span and the main door @ unit 702 needs some fiximg we had to get the feiendly Securities to assist us..and one last thing no braai area around the entire building dat was sad for us

• Keamogetse (2/5): - No breakfast For family that travels with kids , the apartment get dirty easily so 3days housekeeping should be reduced, and there need to be washing machines so that atleast one can do their laundry more especially in family rooms

• Bongani (5/5): Just met the expectations - It was beautiful and clean on arrival. I waited for more than 3hrs to check in. I didn’t like the fact that I had to do my own cleaning.

• Karin (1/5): The worst oasis ever at Apex - The apartment was in a poor condition, broken chairs whe curtain rail was damaged. The beds were broken, it took two days to be replaced. The shower was dirty and there were 2 towels for 4 people. It took two day to have that problem fixed. Poor service in total. Poor service, it took 4 hours to get access to the apartment This property should be removed from the listing on bookings.com especially at the price charged

• Brigitte (1/5): Most horrible experience - with a no care attitude from the representative - We booked and paid for 2 x 2 bedroom apartments - on arrival they only had 1 apartment available. I had to phone several times while the kids were waiting in the car. As it got darker I phoned again and their representative said they cannot assist. Not one of the families stayed over and we all had to look for alternative accomodation and still no refund received and no feedback received.
• Zamokuhle (10/5): The Apex is a warm home away from home. Thank you !! - I honestly liked everything. The rooms were very clean with nice decor inside and outside balcony. The Apex is now our holiday home whenever we visit Johannesburg we won't search for place to sleep anymore. My kids enjoyed their stay. It will be appreciated if they can have a sleeper couch in the sitting room coz that will come handy for a family of 4 kids and more & a cot bed for new mothers.

• Phatho (1/5): not a great stay, location is great management of the unit need to do better - The reception staff were friendly, the location is awesome. the sheets were dirty, the room was not cleaned properly. had to call to have housekeeping come back and even after then, getting the linen changed seemed difficult. the management need to do better. it looked like the managers were slow to respond to the housekeepers for guidance or simply unwilling to help.
• Olwetu (2/5): It was just okay, didn’t offer soap for dishes and at least some amenities in the shower. - The interior was lovely, I didn’t get what is shown on the above picture. Sliding door was completely shut and not able to open. Key must always be left on the property makes no sense to wait for caretaker till evening hours.

Wi-Fi and smart Tv that was really great, the only disappointing part was the housekee - The property was nice and comfortable… Perfect location for everything we needed to our lil vacay. Housekeeping, it was not mentioned that no one will come and clean our place… We stayed there for a weekend and no one came to clean, meaning our place was dirty on Saturday. I think it would’ve been nice if we were told so, that we can be aware about the place we are choosing… because we went out on on Saturday came back very late and to our surprise the place yhuuu😤😩
• Mohammed (1/5): Bad - We had booked 2 apartments, but when we got there only 1 was available and they had to organize another apartment for 1 night. Then they gave us another apartment the next day.We stayed for 5 nights They did not give us towels. There were 4 adults in the apartment with 2 children and we had to share 2 towels between us. They eventually gave us some clean towels the evening before we left. That was only 3 towels. There was also huge balls of dust under the beds. If a person has allergies, they will definitely not be well. As for the 2nd apartment, they had 2 towels for the entire stay.

• Akesh (5/5): False advertising - Location was good Security was good Apartment wasn't cleaned...shower was filthy with mould on the floors...furniture wasn't dusted...other shower door leaked onto toilet floor...4 sleeper Apartment with no teaspoons and 2 tumblers for 4 people...rental agency lied and said she will send a housekeeper to clean up but she didn't....one towel per person for 3 days...pictures advertised for the apartment is false ...this is not the apartment on the site...

• Mohammed (1/5): Bad - The unit is nice and clean . Location is great I am very disappointed with the establishment. They did not give us towels, toilet Paper or soap. When I requested they told me that they could only give it the next morning. Only got it around 9am the following morning.

• Gary (4/5): Disappointing - Great location Apartment needs maintenance. Broken latches on street-side window. No ways to close the window so noise from busy Jan Smuts street is constant besides the cold air. Broken chair at main table which is obvious but hasn't been replaced or repaired. Overall the apartment needs attention.
• Paballo (7/5): really fun space to have a night out with friends - the place looked clean modern and updated. the beds were comfortable and clean. the location is perfect being so close to rosebank mall and bars downstairs. no heaters or air conditioners to get the rooms warm especially because we are in the middle of winter. there was only a small oil heater which didn't do much at all.
• Zizi (7/5): Not a Happy camper this time around! - Location. Friendly staff. Free Wi-Fi. It was not very clean. The heater was not working. There were no proper pots for cooking. Not very clean at all! The linen was worn out. The extra blanket smelt like dirty feet.

• Busi (8/5): Very good - the place was clean and comfortable there is backup for loadshedding the swing chair on the pictures its not there, theres no heater in this cold weather

• Kutlwano (7/5): It was a good experience in the end. - Very comfortable and the view was stunning. Reception also let us leave our bags when we went to breakfast. Our check in was delayed by 3 hours and we struggled contacting the host and getting the apartment key. The information/unit number we received from book was also incorrect.

• Glenys (5/5): Inconsistent - Hi Upon arrival the appearance from outside is great however, the first apartment did not meet our expectations and the next day they moved us and that was much better, but the downsize my daughter left items in the last apartment and no one was able to assist in getting the items back. Then 3 days after checking out I get questioned that I am still checked in and to date have received no receipt.

• Ismail (5/5): Unit 203 - N/a The apartment was not clean, stains on the couch, curtain was not damaged, room with ensuit window could not close fully because of a broken handle, very noisy at night so difficult to sleep, bathroom in the ensuite was dirty. Front door has a play after being locked.
• Relebohile (10/5): 2 bedroom apartment - It is very spacious, and the view from the balcony was breath taking... The place was very dusty.. the glasses and tables had dust on them, there was no bathroom mat in the ensuite bathroom
• Danielle (6/5): Pleasant - It was in a very good location on the main street and it is self catering.Had a fridge and microwave. There was alot of noise from other guests, there were no daily cleaning staff which is fine, but then it would have been nice to be provided with cleaning products for the kitchen and bathroom. There were also not enough towels and never heard back from staff after I requested more.
• Leanne (9/5): Overall a lovely stay. Nice and clean. Safe and secure. Friendly staff. Will recommend & stay again. - Location was excellent. Facilities very nice. Safe and secure. Only 1 elevator/lift was working which took some time to get up to our room/down to our car as we were staying on the 4th floor and parking was on the lowest level.
• Jarrod (4/5): Very neat and well furnished apartment, center ally located but a little more attention to detail espipe have been nice - Neat, Clean, nicely finished En-Suite basin drain was a bit blocked, not enough towels or pillows. No house keeping for the whole week that we stayed. No dish washing rack or dishwashing liquid to wash dishes with.

• Lerato (7/5): It was good. Just good. - The property is beautiful. By check in time the apartment was still getting cleaned. The towels were still in the washing machine, so we were left with no towels for the whole weekend. The main switch kept tripping, we ended up switching off the plugs and just leaving the lights on. It was so frustrating.

Friendly and helpful staff as well as entertainment for the kids especially Netflix The apartment did not cater for people living with disabilities... My 18 year-old daughter is on a wheelchair and bathing was a great hussle
