• Pablo Cesar (10/5): Excelente! - El dpto es tal cual la foto, perfecto!!. Fuimos con mi pareja y estuvimos muy satisfechos. Está super completo, y tiene todo para pasar unos días super cómodos. La atención de Roberto es lo más, no solo te espera para darte la llave, si no que te da una guia con paseos y lugares para recorrer Bs As. Está atento a lo que necesites, y se preocupa por resolver lo que sea. Gracias Roberto! La ubicación es excelente, en pleno Palermo, a mano de todo en la zona ( 3/4 cuadras de Plaza Armenia y 5/6 cuadras de Santa Fé) SIn lugar a dudas, volveremos

AC, hot water, and water pressure were all great. Roberto, the host, was an excellent communicator before arrival, at check in, and check out. Couldn’t have asked for better. Nothing. Desde que el departamento tenga persianas para ir a dormir con todo oscuro, hasta todos los mínimos detalles (secador de pelo, plancha, cafetera, mate, jabón en el baño, absolutamente todo). Súper limpio y prolijo. Además el dueño muy amable, respetuoso, nos recomendó lugares, nos asesoró como llegar a lugares donde queríamos ir. 10 de 10.

• Diana (1/5): Nuestra peor experiencia lejos... - Era limpio y buena ubicación. El departamento está ubicado en el último piso debajo de la caldera del edificio, las dos primeras noche sentimos unos pequeños golpes (como ruido de tambor) nada grave o quizás estábamos tan cansados que no le dimos importancia. El viernes a la noche empeoró, osea era más frecuente y fuerte , el día siguiente le comenté al dueño, pero ya era fin de semana tarde para arreglarlo así que el ruido siguió emperando y prácticamente no dormimos las dos últimas noche, ese fin de semana había una maratón en BsAs y empezaba la primavera así que se nos hizo complicado encontrar otro lugar para quedarnos. A todo esto nadie se hizo responsable. Booking intentó contactar al dueño pero obviamente el no le respondió (por que si le responde tiene que hacerse responsable) entonces nos dieron un voucher de compensación de €36,60 para nuestro próxima reserva, después de eso según ellos no pueden hacer nada por que el dueño no responde. El propietario del departamento el domingo nos preguntó si nos íbamos el lunes y le respondí que nos íbamos el lunes a la mañana, el lunes alrededor de las 9 de la mañana me ofreció una noche más de alojamiento, obviamente nosotros ya nos habíamos ido y tampoco teníamos intenciones de quedarnos. Nuestra peor experiencia lejos... hay todo un contexto que empeora la situación que no vale pena comentar por que son sentimientos/opiniones muy personales. No somos usuarios asiduos de Booking, si de otras plataformas y nunca nos pasó algo similar. PD: mi pareja no es Argentino y así transcurrió su primera experiencia en el país.

• Marina (10/5): Incrível! - Apartamento completo, com todos os utensílios necessários. Espaçoso, bem decorado, cama muito confortável. Tem uma cortina que deixa o local totalmente escuro, ficando ainda melhor para dormir. O prédio deve ter uma vedação térmica boa, mesmo no inverno, o quarto estava quebre e não foi necessário ligarmos aquecedor. O banheiro tem cheiro de esgoto, mas basta deixar a porta fechada que o cheiro não vai pro resto do apartamento.

Ofrece toda la informacion que se requiera y tiene muy buena predisposicion. Nada para decir. La experiencia ha sido muy buena, ha cumplido las expectativas. Voy a recomendarlo. Y volveria a alojarme en este lugar, si esta disponible.

• Ruth (10/5): Exceptional - This stay was perfect to settle me into my first time in Argentina and South America. The apartment was well situated in a quiet, safe area with all the amenities you would need nearby. The bed was comfortable, everything was clean and convenient. The lift worked well as I had big suitcases. Overall, I found Roberto and his wife brilliant to deal with. They were so welcoming and Roberto helped with any question I posed to him. He gave me tips for what to do in the area of Palermo and in Buenos Aires in general but also specific questions like money withdrawal and luggage storage. This was very helpful as I am a solo traveler with limited knowledge about Argentina ! Thanks so much Roberto for a great first few days in Buenos Aires 😊

• Richard (10/5): Great base to explore BA. - Great location. Good restaurants and bars within a few minutes walk. Comfortable and quiet apartment, nice little balcony to enjoy a beer in the evening and plan the next day. Perfect base to explore the city. Not much.
• Guy (10/5): Beautiful apartment in fantastic location with an exceptionally helpful host - A truly lovely studio apartment in a very nice and safe area. Roberto is an absolute gentleman and very responsive to any request. He allowed us to check in early and then stored our luggage after check out and before our flight. The apartment is very peaceful, comfortable and well equipped. This is an excellent apartment and comes very highly recommended. It is a 10-15 minute walk to the metro; there are numerous buses within a 5 minute walk and a 24 hour supermarket a couple of blocks away. Absolutely nothing - the perfect start to our time in Argentina.

• Linda (10/5): I’ve already booked a return visit! - The apartment had everything I needed. I appreciated how clean it was and with comfortable bedding. It was great having a kitchen so I could prepare my own coffee and meals if I wanted. It is located very close to restaurants, a Carrefours, and small shops selling fruits, vegetables and meats. A large shopping center and reliable cambio are a 10-15 minute walk, with the Subte halfway between. Roberto, the host, is very kind and helpful. Beware of the coffee table. The bottom is very low and I stubbed my toe on it a few times. LOL
