The presence of a washing machine in the building But appartment inside old.I heart noise from the neighbors because the walls and doors are thin. Wi-fi is ok by kitchen, but dint work in the room, it is uncomfortable. Poor value for money. For me, in the location not many supermarkets and good cafe.

• Fernando (8/5): Buen departamento, bien ubicado - Buen departamento, bien ubicado. Muy amable el dueño, me dejó ingresar un rato antes del check in. El colchón no es un colchón de 2 plazas, sino 2 de 1 plaza juntos. El problema es que no son de la misma altura. Temas menores: el tacho de basura del baño es un tarro de plástico que originalmente contenía otra cosa (pintura por ejemplo); el caño de la cortina de la bañera se caía constantemente; una de las hojas de la puerta ventana que da al balcón cerraba pero no trababa (y al balcón se podía acceder desde el balcón del departamento de al lado, motivo por el cual no brinda la seguridad que debería).

• Martijn (9/5): Cool, clean and convenient - Great location in fantastic neighborhood yet quiet enough. Very clean, no nonsense apartment that was perfect for us. Airco and wifi worked perfect, pool on the rooftop was very nice. Would easily book again. The kitchen needs some extra glassware, esp wineglasses. No biggie but it would be nice.

• Marcus (1/5): Terrible. I’d urge you to find somewhere else to stay. - Location was ok Be warned. Do not book this property. It is neither superb nor beautiful. I suspect those reviews are fabricated. The accommodation I booked and paid for was a one bedroom apartment but I was given a studio, I told the property but they were dismissive and weren’t interested. It was also dirty, noisy, the person responsible for the accommodation was rude and the payment was very awkward, eventually it cost me money just to pay him on top of the cost of the rental. That was after specifically telling him what time we would be arriving then having to wait over half an hour in the street for him to get there. In addition, the equipment in the gym is broken. Sadly the experience of being in Buenos Aires was tarnished by this awful experience.
