• nagma (7/5): Overall good - Whole flat was really nice with great view few broken doors and very less utensils ,hairdryer was not working and no staff to help with luggage ,the reception staff was very rude and unhelpful ,we were a group of 5 ladies and 2 of them had back issue so we requested to help and they refused saying we don’t have this service although I was willing to pay ,this made it very inconvenient and frustrating ,also the breakfast should be more options as buffet so that we can get variety as we ate same food 4 days in a row

• SURIANTI (6/5): Pleasant and good. - Front desk staff should be more presentable in way of smiling and friendly. They should be more approachable rather than looking at the laptop instead of eye contct with your customer. Treating your customer equally and dont ever judge a book from its cover. Giving a room key without explaining what to do next its not acceptable. There is no proper direction and instruction to enjoy staying in your facilities. I know its a private facilities rather than a hotel, but to have a proper information and direction is all about to make them feel welcomed. Front desk is not organised and the staff should be more presentable and more friendly. Otherwise your room, cleanliness is superb. Keep it up. More likely your security staff is more helpful rather than your receptionist staff.

• Artūrs (9/5): - I really liked my room, the location of the apartment, the cleanliness, the facilities and the pool on the Roof. This was even more worth the money for the view of the city of skyscrapers. Just a small nuance - I was surprised by a cockroach crawling in the room.. Maybe I was worrying too much and this is completely normal in a tropical climate. Anyway, the overall experience was great. I definitely recommend it.
• Ahmad (1/5): Aviod this property. It’s not comfortable to stay here. - I stayed at this property in Malaysia, and unfortunately the experience was very disappointing. There is no room service and no proper way to contact anyone if you have a problem. also, the bedding was very bad and dirty and when we ask for help, nobody was there to help us After check-in, there is no staff available to help. If you need anything, you are told to contact a number, but when you message them on WhatsApp, they never reply. There is no phone call support and no one on-site to assist you. This made the stay very inconvenient and stressful. If you have any issues after entering the room, there is nobody to help you at all. Because of the lack of service, communication, and support, I do not recommend staying at this property. Please avoid this place if you expect basic assistance or customer service. I did not like anything about this property. It was not convenient to stay there at all. When we needed help, there was nobody available to assist us.

• achrafeddine (1/5): À fuire des cafards dans le logement - Affreux il y avait des cafards dans le logement( cf photo ) des cadavres de moustiques, des traces d’acariens. il y a une station d’épuration en face de l’hotel et la nuit les odeurs remontent la salle de bain est usée. Les plaques de cuisson étaient sales, les ustensiles usés on entendait sans cesse l’ascenseur. On a fait une reclamation et on a été changé de chambre et c’est là qu’on a remarqué que y’avais plus de chose dans cette appartement exemple : une planche a découper un tapis de bain des produits de toilettes un fer a repasser qui marche mais elle était plus petite ! Au debut on était dans les étages du bas qu’ils laissent en sales états ! En plus il n’y a pas de transport à proximité obligé de prendre des grabs ou marcher 20min. La salle de sport est payante la piscine aussi. Booking nous à remboursé 2 nuits sur les 13

• Azizi (3/5): Poor - The room is spacious, good, and clean. There are kitchen utensils, a washer with a dryer, and a microwave. However, there is no dining table, which is unusual. you'll have to eat on the bed. The view from the room was not good, as it was on the 15th floor. I do not recommend this place at all. Everything in the tower is bad the rules and regulations are illogical, disrespectful to guests, and humiliating. The pool staff on the 8th floor is rude. There are no qualified staff to welcome guests, and the security personnel never smile. Everything is bad. The rules are strange in every way. even wearing beach slippers at the pool is not allowed. Most facilities in the tower are either closed, not working, or under maintenance. like the Eco Kitchen. The jacuzzi is under maintenance, and so on... everything is bad. The swimming pool on the 48th floor is paid, not free. I’ve stayed in many smart towers in Kuala Lumpur, but this was the first time I stayed in a stupid tower. Thank you,

• Atkinson (3/5): I would not recommend this place at all, it is all very confusing with multiple third parties to go through when there i - Fairly near to the centre and good use of washing machine Our toilet was broken… not attached to the ground on uneven floor so very wobbly and uncomfortable. Check in was not easy and a 300 MYR damage deposit needed in cash which we were not aware of when booking. The “suite” itself was very small and dirty everywhere. When I contacted the property owners they asked to come and look for themselves… Extremely disappointing stay for the price I paid I wouldn’t recommend.

Keep it in mind. I never managed to have hot water, it was maximum slightly warm. All the facilities will come with extra charge.

• Harun (5/5): Nice place to stay with poor management - building is nice..clean...but poor way of entering the tower B, lucky no rain if rain sure couldn't get in the apartment lobby 1.) very poor way and system for collection of the key... have to deposit RM300 + RM100 for the carpark, its look like i was going to steal something from the apartment , but the best part is nobody went to check in the room is anything broken or missing? on returning key got back deposit ... its funny and poor system 2.) Entering the apartment room, door was so noisy and neighbor entrance door also so close there is something design issue.. 3.) room wardrobe door fall on me, when i open the wardrobe door screw fall on me together with wardrobe glass door, then i go down all the way to counter to tell them, they come 1/2 after for repair, poor management 4.) this service apartment is not only for local people also lot of foreigner renting this, but there is not any English TV channels...feel so funny 5.) bed was not comfortable,

The internet was terrible had to get some to come back 3 times after that I gave up asking to get it to work . The door where so loud in the hall and when the person got home next door it made a really bad noise in our room.

Many stingy rules make it difficult to enjoy the space. Could be cleaner as there are a lot of water stains throughout the bathroom, dusty spots, small stains on bedding, and ants (on the 37th floor).

• Mariia (8/5): overall good experience - In the beginning i had several issues with the room however next day all was fixed and the stay was good. I had a room with a really great view over the city that more enjoyable in the evening The location is near to few metro stations. Some landmarks are nearby as well. They have good pool and steam room. Hotel has small shop where you can buy some grocery. The internet was working perfect. That the pool on 48th floor you can visit only ones and you need to pay for that. The staff on check in time was not really friendly. But the girl name Aida was great: smiling, friendly, trying to help and always ready to assist. Maybe will be good if they have some restaurants

Room was clean There were optional charges that was only informed via email on the day of check-in. The actual cost was only informed upon check-in. The pool on the 48th floor that is used in all their promotional photos is a pay to access pool. It costs $12 malaysian ringgit per person per entry. They do have another pool on the 8th floor which is free. Parking charges are also informed only upon check-in.

• Aminath (3/5): Poor - Location. We chose the expensive suite hoping to get the twin tower view, but we did not. Same with the bathtub, pictures showed bathtub but there was no bathtub. Hot water was not working smoothly. It was either normal or extremely hot. Was DISGUSTING as the shower gel had a hair inside the bottle, they again refilled the bottle without checking on the second day of our stay at time of housekeeping. No mirror except the one in the washroom, was difficult to get ready (get dressed and do hair or makeup). Mosquitoes swarming all over the suite. Even after we used mosquito spray, mosquitoes would come back again at night and we could not find where it was coming from as we did not open any windows. No daily housekeeping. Takes a deposit of 300 RM.
