- Nichole (1/5): Disappointed - center place of city The host didnt prepare well, checkin 3pm but delay 30mins...the post mention have futon bed in each room but the host didnt included, all the post writen the same description but given different result...not worth it...very disappointed...access card instruction didnt mention clearly...get a tv there but cant go for netflix and others...
- Isaac (10/5): Facilities in the apartment was modern and fully equip which make it easy and comfortable for us. - The instruction given was clear and easy to follow. I managed to retrieve the keys easily and access to the apartment was easy too. The landlord also gave us one apartment with 3 rooms although we requested for a 2 bedrooms apartment. The queries were answered promptly and very informative. The apartment is very near to places to eat as well as stores for our other needs. The facilities are superb eg swimming pool for kids and adult. As there were guards at the entrance as well as added security whilst using the lift to the apartment, which make us feel safe while we were staying there. The guard needs to open the door for us as the mailroom where the keys are stored is inside the premise. The guards were helpful so no issue.
- Senthil (3/5): Poor - The self check in is so confusing, so much of Tower. Tower A and Tower B is the same entrance. The guards doesnt understand anything when we say we have made reservation here. Very dissapointing. No brush, coffee, water bottles provided. Booking.com stated RM215 per night but was charged RM405 for one night. The host informed us that its the cleaning fee and tax from booking.com. Please improve.
