Wallpaper already thorn, bed not comfortable at all. All air-conditioner takes a very long time to cool. Got 2 bathrooms, 1 is not functioning. Noisy sound from lrt. The guard at swimming pool very annoying, will look at you and what you are doing in pool, every second finding your mistake, so uncomfortable. About charges: Got cleaning fees+tax RM100+ and has to pay parking card rm20.

Facing view to KLCC, very nice look at Night To advise for this Apartment need to refurbished, some furniture need to change the new one. Aircond need to change also. • Prakash (1/5): The worst ever unit I stayed. Not recommended at all. - Check in procedure was easy The worst ever unit i have stayed! The master bedroom aircond was not cooling at all. I had to share rooms with my kids and stay in the 2nd and 3rd room. The bathroom was very smelly. House was dusty and dirty. The owner didn’t even send any technician to check the Aircond problem.

• Seevagangaineshwarry (3/5): It's the dirtiest place I've stayed from Booking.com - Regalia Residence KLCC View by iLuxHome C-21-05 was spacious and hotel location was excellent and strategy. The suite with good security system and with parking. Well I would consider 3.45pm to be about an average time for check-in! I set 2.00pm as my earliest check-in although I am flexible on that if I have baby with me but the host allowed at 3pm. It takes 30min to process the check in as the queue is long and i got my key and security checking at entrance door, another long queue as they have different host check in at same time (3pm). Also, extra chargers RM 40 for parking which extra charges. So managed to reach room at 3.30pm. BUT THE ROOM IS NOT READY. The cleaner just started to clean the room and he said busy with another room and not enough man power which is RIDICULOUS ANSWER ! We waited for 45min to get the room clean. (Attached photo below) The room C-21-05 condition, cleanliness and safety is NOT ACCEPTABLE ! (Attached photo below) The balcony was dirty and with rotten chairs. Unsafe electrical socket (broken 2x and 1 not working) Electric kettle O/O/O The shower handle lose and cant stand. Broken bidet pipe holder Part of the wall paper peeling off all over and the vinyl tiles came out. The leather sofa was damaged and it has been covered. 7x extra pillows with cover and extra beds also no covers. Also with stain and smell. The towels provided 6pax and we made booking for 10pax. The best part was cleaner using bath towels to wipe the toilet and floor. The room is extremely dirty, smelly and poorly managed. The hotel seriously needs to evaluate options for improving general cleanliness ! Very disappointment.

Swimming pool need to share with 3 blocks of residence plus upper view hotel customers. Not enough chairs at swimming pool. The main living room door cannot lock & broken which is very dangerous for small kids. No water filter for drinks. Netflix facility need to use your own account. If you dont have Netflix account, you cannot view TV during your stay. The apartment is in Block C but the swimming pool with klcc view is located at Block A. The lifts is very slow.
