• Benz Aliff (7/5): - It was linked and near to universiti lrt. On top of a mall. Although its not a big mall, theres a lot of cafes and grocery store village grocer there so we can shop for food everyday no problem. The clothes hanger was unusable as well as the washing machine and dryer seems to not be working well.
• Mas Intan (7/5): 5 nites stay with family - security level was good but the security team need to be educated more on their attitude. private lift to apartment was a plus. apartment was huge. but cleanliness especially the bathrooms needs to be improved. toilet bowl need a good scrub, the bidet pipe needs to be changed. aircons are all good. washing machine combo dryer is appreciated. detergent provided. tv channels must be changed, seems dated. astro would be a better choice. the pool was being maintained so we couldnt swim. kl gateway mall is a walking distance.

• Ashish (1/5): Not great, wouldn’t recommend this for families - The location The apartment is very dated, not kid friendly, has cheap furniture/fittings across the entirety. The supplies i.e. towels a the like within the apartment are also not up to scratch.

• Dan (3/5): Good for large families with no mobility issues. Not for elderly people in wheelchair - It was a large apartment It iis not very accessible by wheelchair. The connection between the apartment and the mall was definitely not wheelchair accessible. There were not enough towels. Toilet paper in KL must e purchased in bulk, so there was no proper toilet paper

On arrival at the level 18, no electricity and must turn on phone light or in darkness. One electric card does not make sense for a 3 bedrooms with 5 guests and 3 bedrooms mean minimum 2 car park. Block F is significantly less convenience when accessing KL Gateway Mall Nothing except bigger space

Facilities also were provided and I would really recommend it if you wanted to stay with your family here compared to normal hotel. Nothing. Everything is perfect

• Tony (5/5): Great location. - Location was good, close to PJ, Bangsar and KL centre. Access to mall next door was useful although unsuitable for anyone with limited mobility. Shops and restaurants nearby at the Sphere very handy. Apartment had a great pool. Apartment was a bit tired. Could do with some general redecoration. One of the rooms had a terrible lingering sweaty smell. The towels were very basic, thin and small. Lighting could be less harsh - mainly fluorescent lights. No lighting over the sink made washing up a bit awkward. Kitchen utensils seemed to be a collection of random odds and ends. We stayed 12 days and would have happily paid for cleaning service after a week if it was offered. A bit more thought could have gone into making the place more comfortable and user friendly from the guests’ perspective. Good value for money but guests would likely have been prepared to pay a bit more for a better set up apartment.

• Happy (1/5): Bad - There is very small room consider a room. The land is sticky. The windows is broken. Some more their policy does state need to pay deposit. Request change date also not allow to sort it. Pay with 450 for single day with unpleasant day. The rating seem not accurate. Not clean at all and the dining desk have any or spider. Forget to bring my bag. They have responsible to return us.

• Mrsflorencegoh (9/5): Comfort and convenience of a home away from home - There was clear communication given in a timely manner. Questions were replied quickly via Whatsapp. The self check-in instructions were clear and we got the keys to the apartment easily. We could get to the Mall from level 7 using a bubble lift. The TV has access to internet and Netflix. Our unit is well maintained and well stocked. There were adequate kitchen utensils, with microwave oven, convection oven, stove tops, kettle, big fridge, bowls, plates, dish cloth, table cloth, toilet paper, etc. Mattress is firm which I like. Apartment is clean. At the 18th floor, traffic noise can be heard especially after midnight when all is quiet. Therefore, for light sleepers, use ear plugs. As the unit is situated within a functioning residential complex, security is tight. We were given 2 sets of card keys which need to be used for the lift, getting in and out of the complex, going to the gym, etc.
