We couldn’t stay even one night. Just checked out and moved out of the property. Very unclean and messy. Doesn’t look like the pictures in booking.com
• Xin (3/5): Great location, great space for family or large group, hygiene was poor. - Each room comes with their own bathroom. Although they close off the water for the master bedroom's bathroom, it provides great convenience for the 8 of us sharing 3 bathrooms. Each room comes with a great view of the city as well, on top of views from the living room. Unit was at the top most of the building, and being a penthouse, it's definitely spacious, great for family or large group of gatherings. Located in a great spot! And though situated within the city, we can hardly hear the traffic be it day or night. Hygiene was poor. Unit was infested by cockroaches crawling over the kitchen top, bathrooms, on the bed, just right in front of you. And this is when we first checked in, without any food just yet. The pot provided had burnt/stain marks on it. There were also stains and hairs on the bed sheet.

• Teik (8/5): Very good - Management very supportive and responsive The only drawback is there is no tenant car park given, as result we have to park a nearby carpark that is even though opposite main road but takes 30mins to arrive. If tenant carpark is given, this will be a perfect deal.
• Nurul (1/5): Really disappointed and not worth it at all. - Nothing at all 1) I booked for 4 bedroom, but I can only use 3 bedroom instead of 4. My brother need to sleep at sitting room, do I deserve to this??? I pay for 4 bedroom. I ask for refund due to I only can use 3 bedroom, hope you guys can give cooperation regarding this matter. Agent of this unit gave me a bad respond and refuse to responsible of what I going through in the house. The house smelly, horror, dirty, incomplete kitchen thingy.. I really disappointed and one of the worst unit I ever stay.

• Kylie (8/5): Very good - Huge apartment, lots of lounge areas, close to food and things to do Toilet in main bedroom not working but water was off to entire bathroom so lovely big bath in there couldn't be used, couldn't get toaster to work

• Syaqiela (10/5): Exceptional - The apartment was very spacious. It's enough for my 4 friend to stay at. The guard was very friendly and help us for the accomodations. Moreover, there's a parking in front of the apartment, and it's free, yeah. At night, there's a drunk people.. there's time when I need to use the lift, there's a vomit inside it. But at least next day, no sign of it anymore.

The location is very convenient We have to forfeit our deposit for not returning the second key which in first place we never received second key set. For future guests, please check how many key sets in the key box. Also the property desperately need pest control

• Abhijeet (6/5): - it was average stay. different than what was shown in the pictures. - The location of the property was good. It was a furnished apartment. Many eateries around the area so that one can have different cuisines. Lots of places to visit nearby and great connectivity. - wrong photos. The photos shown and the room given are different. - no laundromat or washing machine in the apartment / building. So if one is planning a longer stay it is going to be troublesome. - the bed is very spring and of low quality. - The aircon was not good. I had to call up for maintenance person to have it fixed.
• Gabriel (5/5): Could be better - I recently had the pleasure of staying at a hotel in a prime central location, and I was thoroughly impressed with the spacious and comfortable accommodations. The rooms were big and well-appointed, with all the amenities that I needed to make my stay enjoyable. What really stood out to me was the hotel's unbeatable central location. It was just a stone's throw away from some of the city's best attractions and landmarks, which made it easy for me to explore everything that the area had to offer. Despite the hotel's prime location and spacious rooms, I was pleasantly surprised to find that it was also affordable. This made my stay all the more enjoyable, as I didn't have to break the bank to enjoy all the amenities that the hotel had to offer. Overall, I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient stay in the heart of the city. The spacious rooms, central location, and affordability make it a great choice for both business and leisure travelers alike. Unfortunately, I have to admit that there were a few negative aspects of my stay at the hotel. Firstly, the room was quite dirty and dusty when I arrived, which made me feel uncomfortable and unwelcome. Additionally, the age of the hotel was quite apparent as the room felt quite old and outdated. Moreover, I was disappointed to find that the number of toilets available was insufficient for the number of guests staying at the hotel, which made it difficult and inconvenient to use the facilities when needed. Finally, there was a noticeable amount of mold in the bathroom which made it unpleasant to use. Overall, while the hotel had some positive aspects such as its spacious rooms and central location, the dirty and dusty rooms, insufficient toilets, old decor, and moldy bathroom were definite negatives that impacted my stay.

• Nantha (10/5): Exceptional - The extra beds in the hall. Pillows comfy. Water pressure is excellent. Parking was a hassle and not available inside the apartment.
• Melissa (3/5): very disappointing - the location of the property was good, nice view of the city and lights. the apartment was unclean. lizard droppings covered the walls in most rooms, dirty walls, we had a leak in 2 areas of the apartment which dripped onto the floor making it unsafe for children. We were sent a cleaner to do a ‘refresh clean’ however the apartment was no different afterwards. some of the plug sockets in bedrooms didn’t work meaning side lamps etc could not be used. lots of bulbs out in rooms. Cockroaches in every room… gross. no knives for eating with, and broken spoons/cutlery in the very limited selection. TV almost impossible to use with the remote, making it very hard to choose programs on Netflix for example. weeds on the balconies, some windows did not fully close so lord of bugs inside…overall not a great experience.
