• Michelle Blasco (9/5): - The pictures match the description. The bed is very comfortable. The 2nd toilet is definitely a plus. The apartment is very secure. The restaurant, gym and pool are definitely a huge plus. The curtains in the bedroom would need a bit of attention. Some of the taps were not secured properly.

• Malehlohonolo (9/5): It was ok I guess but could be better - When I arrived in my room,it smelled so bad. It was clean but the smell was so bad it smelled like a man was sleeping just before I checked in. Also the shortage on twin plugs? I didn’t even watch tv because I had to charge my phones😣. WiFi gave us a bit of a problem but the host fixed it.

• Ooma (6/5): A fairly good stay but if the above are attended to, it would be a pleasant stay. - Good location. Did not have breakfast. Safe secure parking. Curtains are in a terrible state. Cleanliness can be improved. No hand towel provided - only two bath towels. No multiplug provided in the kitchenette yet there are three appliances and only one plug point. No two-pin sockets in the bedroom - inconvenient.

• Dossa (10/5): - Sandton Skye is truly an exceptional place. We had a wonderful time and thoroughly enjoyed our stay, particularly in apartment 214, which was incredibly comfortable. The view from our apartment was simply amazing, adding to the overall charm of the place. We also appreciated the very helpful staff, who made our stay even more enjoyable. While we can't speak for the other apartments, 214 was a beautiful and cozy retreat that met all our needs.

• Joao (8/5): It was wonderful - we liked the location of the hotel, it was closer to the mall. the host was very helpfull and the receptionists were very friendly and attentive. we didn't like the fact that when we entered the room we couldn't take a shower right away because the hotel was out of water, but they managed to solve it as soon as possible. and also because the iron wasn't working, I think fot the next ones you could check if the utensils are all ok before customers enter.

• Tumelo (1/5): I didn't enjoy it. The service and facilities are poor. - You said it was not a bed and breakfast. I didn't have any breakfast and it was confusing because on booking. Com it was stated that breakfast is available. The place was unhygienic. It wasn't properly cleaned. The aircon was not producing any heat, it was not working despite reporting numerous times. The intercom was not working at all, we couldn't call for assistance. The bed is soo uncomfortable and small, it made noise even when sitting down on it.

I have stayed in other apartments at this location but this apartment : the bed was very uncomfortable , the kitchen was poorly equipped as no plug for the sink , no utensils to cook with , the frying pan was burnt , the was no tea/ coffee , the towels were old and smelt , the fridge was set on freeze and had to defrost the fridge before using causing water to leak out . No second key available but thank you to security they managed to arrange one .

Bedding was dirty, too old Bed is also very old and makes noise as you turn. Ac was not bringing up heat, Extra blanket was smelling, perhaps it's never washed. The wardrobe shelves kept falling. Basically the apartment is not given attention when it comes to cleaning and replacing items.

Wasn't Happy About The Bathroom Basin Being Blocked Even Though I Tried Pouring Boiling Water Down It. The Fridge Had A Broken Side, So We Couldn't Put In Some Of Our Items, And The Freezer Had Way Too Much Ice, Needs To Be Cleaned. The Hanger Rack In The Wardrobe Fell On Us When We Tried Hanging Our Clothes. Shower Had Mould On The Walls.
