• Zwelethemba (8/5): Splendind. I will definately come back - It was a peaceful and serene location. I appreciated the assistance provided by the staff and the person who responded to my messages. They made the process of navigating the hotel quite easy for me. The security officer was also helpful in directing me to my room. However, I was disappointed that I couldn’t use the safe. On the positive side, I was grateful that no one came to check or clean my room. I was pleased with the extension of bonus hours when I requested it for pre-checkin and post-checkout. By the way, do you offer DSTV or Openview? I was disappointed that I couldn’t use the safe. I was also disappointed with your TV; it doesn’t have DSTV. The ironing board was not available either.

• Zethembe (1/5): HORRIBLE STAY, still mourning the traumatic experience. - NOTHING at All!!! Only the lady at reception and the security guy were helpful. And this was limited, as the HOST of this apartment 610 went MIA. I think I will be wasting my time about the host of this property. Honestly, I have never had such a horrible experience with a host. This guy is HORRIBLE personified. He doesn't care and has no respect for the guests. He stopped taking my calls, wouldn't respond to my texts. For the duration of my stay, they never cleaned my room. Neither did they replenish the supplies e.g. toiletries. It would have been better if I was alerted in advance about this.

• Prudence (6/5): Pleasant - Easy to get around with Uber. Close to amenities. No WiFi TV only plays SABC in black and white. Getting to the room was hectic, no clear directions from host. Got lost a few times. There was no water this weekend, the host could’ve made provisions with a bucket or two maybe, for the toilet atleast. Communication wasn’t the best either.

• Andrew (1/5): Short stay. Bad service. - Nothing False advertising that doesn’t tell you about frequent power outages and dysfunction wi-fi. Service only got worse over time. TV had one channel. Stay at your own risk if you have no other options.
