• Ackim (5/5): - Central location Host was more concerned about receiving payment than anything else. The property could use a make over. Furniture and fittings look old and tired.
• Mathias (5/5): Feedback from the guest - A bit the location Service in general is not acvording to the expectations. No care to the guests by a dedicated staff. All was done and tried by the security guard. The furniture was broken and in the 2nd room no natural breathe. We had to change the hotel for better service.

• Thandi (4/5): the apartment needs to be re evaluated . it is not at a standard i am used to and also overated. - the location is walking distance to the mall and have lots of restaurants around . The place seem secure and quite The address in booking.con is wrong- 86 instead of 89. this si very strange. The kitchen and the beds are old and need replacing. kitchen utensils were not for 4 people . they were old, toaster not working , the bathrooms smelled dispite being cleaned. there seem to be a problem with the drainage system.

• Tamimo (4/5): our stay was exhausting without any satisfaction - I really liked the location Communication with the person responsible for the apartment was not very easy. First, we requested an early check in as we arrived very early and wanted to rest a little, which was denied with no alternative. We were not told that to enter the building it was necessary to have a code to provide to the Gate entrance. We had to call to request the code, which also took some time. Our apartment did not have any basic hygiene products, not even soap. There were not enough towels. The next day our arrival was worse because there was only 1 bath towel and 1 hand towel for 4 guests... I called the person in charge but we didn't have any towels until the day we left. The response time to serve the customer is enormous. We found broken dishes, few cutlery, there wasn't even the traditional tray of tea, coffee, sugar, water for guests, which is basic in accommodation. We found a cockroach in the bathroom and we had to kill it... The condition of the kitchen cupboards was not good, the doors to the bedrooms were not good either, There were several water drums in the bathroom...

Will not be staying here ever again. - Area It was disgusting, there was a cockroach infestation, it was all over the fridge, going inside the fridge, around our food which we bought for 3 nights. It was all over the microwaves, in the bedrooms. We had to leave early to get another hotel because we couldn’t sleep with cockroaches crawling everywhere
