• Kwanda (4/5): I struggled with finding the keys to my unit because they sent me wrong codes. 4 Codes. That’s not good at all because I - Nothing really, except for it being in close proximity to Jewel City.
• Bianca (5/5): - We had trouble with the key but we Atleast the owner had another apartment at the same place imagine if she didn’t option B The owner can she check now n then if her quest are still fine. Have complementary hot beverages makers like coffee milk n tea they don’t have to be expensive There was only one tissue that had to last us for 3 nights 1 cup but there’s two guests Side table was broken n it was only one site table A full body mirror would have been nice
• Tsekane (1/5): - The bed sheets had blood stains, in the bathroom there were spider webs. Even the shower tap was spraying water outside the shower.

• khathutshelo (1/5): I DIDNT ENJOY MY STAY - THE SHOWER WATER COMES OUT VERY LITTLE AND NO TISSUE IN THE BATHROOM, THE PILLOWS ARE LIKE BOX AND THE BED IS VERY UNCOMFTABLE THE WORST THING THE ARE COCKROCH IN THE ROOM THE CERTAIN RAIL WAS NOT OHK WIFI NOT STABLE. I WAS GIVIN A PARKING FIRST NITE THEN TOLD O GO LOOK FOR SOMEWERE WERE I CAN PARK MY AR LOCATION WAS THE BEST. AND THE VIEW

• Nokwanda (1/5): My stay was good but please get generator for emergency supply - I like the place The manager at that place needs to get generators if the supply were to cut off it can’t be true a big property like does not have a generator I had to walk down the shop to leave my phone to charge whole day and what if it was stolen please get the generator please for better service.
• Mabunda (8/5): Place is awesome, just need a option to chose a room when booking. - On arrival I went to reception and showed them my booking and I was escorted to the room, the man even helped me with my bags If only I was give a chance to select a room I would not have chosen a room so far from the entrance. It was quite a walk and I had people coming to my room one by one different times now think about how many time I needed to walk that distance.

• Rakopa (10/5): - The view was good, the place is close to places I needed to go to. Balcony was good also, for when I needed some fresh air The wifi was not really stable, but everything else was great

• Khotso (7/5): Our stay was very nice regardless of the disadvantages, we suggest that the merchant buys a fan for the place but overal - The aesthetics were very nice. Facilities like the balcony, the TV and the WiFi was perfect. The room was very clean. We were provided with only one toilet paper roll which was half. The shower drainage took time to drain water. The room was veeeeeeery hot, no fan provided or ventilation of any kind. There was no water coming out of the taps or the toilet around 9pm yesterday, we had to go buy our own 5lt bottles to be able to use the toilet and to drink. There was only one glass provided
• Noluthando (4/5): - I liked how clean it was and the was no funny smell I stayed with my girlfriend and the experience was not very comfortable. The room was extremely hot and there was no fan or proper ventilation, which made it difficult to relax. The shower also took a long time to drain, so water would just sit there while taking a shower. Another thing the are no glasses the is only one glass. I even asked the host if I could get an extra hour and offered to pay for it cause I didn't want to check out at 10 I need to rest some more, but my request was declined, even though check-in for new guests only starts at 2 PM. I think adding a fan, fixing the drainage, and being a bit more flexible with requests would really improve the stay for future guests.

• david (10/5): Exceeded my expectations, great stay - Location was on top. Best area location Only glitch when we arrived we had a double booking which slightly inconvenient us but we managed to get another room.

• Siyanda (5/5): I wouldn't say it was great... - Building was good... liked the balcony. The pillows were hard like a rock 🪨. They weren't comfortable at all and made it unpleasant. Secondly, you might consider numbering your rooms from the main door, i.e. on 1st floor, list all rooms on that floor from the main door or by show of an errow. It wasn't pleasant being lost looking for the room. From where I've been, if the room is 208, that means it's on the 2nd floor and not 1st floor. That's so disorganized and confusing.

• Tshepang (8/5): A perfect place with a bit of maintenance needed - The place was very clean and comfortable. I enjoyed sitting on the balcony at night while being entertained by the other tenants. The steps to the room were very tiring and the Wi-Fi was not working (the host gave us the wrong wifi password). The shower took time to drain the water

The security/reception was rude, even when i told him that i was not informed that my ID will be required at check in, he tried to make a fuss. There was no coffee, sugar or tea.

• Julia (4/5): My stay was ok if the place could be fumigation, better beding and clean towels - Roaches everywhere was really not cool to be honest And the bedding and towel. There was one towel hanging on a chair still getting dry, we were two in the apartment like just felt like there was no consideration and the wifi wasn't working so that was very disappointing

Money down the drain. - No breakfast included The shower doors were broken, no towels, shower head not spraying water properly, the bed was old and sinking like a ship, no wifi and the place had cockroach all over because the entire apartment wasn't as clean as it should be for Geust...
